They promised us weekly news and there is no news this week....what gives. They would not break any promises to us would they?
You would expect a company of this size that if they got rid of $2M in long term liabilities that they would be shouting it from the tree tops. All of the financials are unaudited so who knows what really happened. In the yearly financials they could not even add right.
How many times have they promised current information?
Okay, I got them to repost the financials and they are in dollars which shows sales increasing......
Someone tell me how this is possible....they went from roughly $2.8M in total liabilities at the end of 2013 to $243K in total liabilities. The bulk of it appears to be from long term loans going down by $2m.
Where did they get the cash to do this? How did this happen?
Todays' release, my thoughts......
First, look at the headline, what sort of idiot does this?
The International Drug & Explosives Detection Company IDenta Corp.'s Portable Sniffer Is Penetrating a New Large Market
Second, if they are really just now considering selling to private security firms then they really are the dumbest people in the world. Lets see, I make a product that detects drugs and explosives.......who needs such products....hmmmm........cops, armies, gov't, homeland security, moms and I think that is it.
Jokers.....
The nice people at otcmarkets are going to get clarification on which currency is used......if it is shekels, things are looking bleak.
what kind of company (who has previously released financials under two different currencies) does not list on their financials, the denomination of the currency used in the report?
is it a company trying to intentionally lead investors into making a bad decision?
I bet the report is in shekels. of course they dont tell you which always means they are trying to screw the market.....
if it is shekels then sales were $58K which is terrible.........
new financials out (of the unaudited vareity of course.
check this out.....supposedly they went from $2.1M in long term liabilities to $115k in long term liabilities from 1/1 to the end of Q2. A decrease of 2 million in long term liabilities which would be great of course......but how did that happen?
here is the filing by the way....why would they even do this, facepalm
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=IDTA&id=127353
check out the new filing from Jackoff.........if this does not scream more shares are coming down the pike then nothing does............according to them (not their TA) they have under 500M shares left for funding this debacle, which means they have burned through over 2 billion shares in the first nine months of this year or about 222M a month, so at the current rate look for a share increase by Christmas.
Intheknow, any thoughts on why they would put up a picture with a date above it from March 2014 when the picture was actually taken in 2011?
more crack marketing, here are pictures of someone using our product three years ago..........too funny.....
In today's bit of Identa misleading the public......this is too comical, are these guys complete morons? So they released a bunch of pictures today of their products in use.....the very first one listed has a date above of 3-3-2014, which would make you assume the picture is from March 3rd, 2014 which would mean a recent success.........but no the picture is actually from 2011. Check it here:

Oh I know their revenue figures speak volumes. The huge decline from 2012 to 2013 while spending 14x more on advertising speaks to the market need for their products.
I love how stupid they are, "we are going to update on a weekly basis about all the great things that happened while we were not doing PRs (even though we had 3PR firms). They could not even make it three weeks, two and out. So funny, so classic.
They said we would have weekly updates about all the good things that have happened in the 16 months since they stopped issuing PRs. The first week we got the report on the comparison between Identa and its competitors which was favorable but it was also stupid in that the report was old and they could have used it sooner.
Then we got the new order in South Africa.
What happend last year? How about a Waklgreens update?
But they said they would put out weekly PRs forever.....they would not lie to us would they?
Yep, I agree 1000%. Once the market for shares dries up they are done. However, there are always idiots like Mueller out there looking for a way to get out of their apartment quick and easy.
Today should be a news days. What do you think it will be?
Partnership in a foreign country
New sales in a foreign country
New PR/marketing firm
Update on sniffer
Some tangible financial update on Walgreens (ha, like that will happen)
You only need to look at their financials to see how much they are losing. Declining sales even with a significant increase in advertisings is a tough situation. They also increased their long term liabilities pretty substantially. Who would lend these guys money is beyond my comprehension unless they are doing it with debentures.
How are they going to support retail business in South Africa marketing wise?
It is much more fun when they are putting out PRs. Love the last one.....new order from a foreign country.
Also interesting is the exclusivity angle....odd that Walgreens would ask for exclusivity for the entire world when they don't have stores everywhere....
can't wait for the next one......French tender update maybe? New partner in xxxx country? New PR firm?
Can't wait to see the list of accomplishments from 2013, when revenue went down by like 25% and marketing went up like 14x.
What a joke. A press release to announce they will be having more press releases. How about fixing the financials with the math errors in them?
What will be the first PR? Here are some options:
1) Update on Walgreens
2) New tenders from France
3) Update on the sniffer
4) Some random country where they have a new partnership
5) Promise of quarterly/yearly financials
6) Some BS release with promises of things to happen in weeks
At least following Identa will be more fun now.
Wolfie is mad at some guy called wolf of weed street, I don't think he cares about Identa anymore.
Did I miss a Mueller post? I love those. Such high hopes and naiveté all rolled into one.
You should monitor his twitter, thewolferny it is great. He is about to implode after investing in Erbb, seems like he went to the SEC to get some folks in trouble.
Oh yes, mine are only the last year or so.
dont forget the india/russia plants
but remember the stock is not performing well because we bash it, not because of the company's failures
yep (did you notice he went to the SEC wearing shorts?), I am sure they took him seriously though.
I mean if it were not for us bashers this stock would probably be a dollar right now and Mueller would be out of his apartment.
lets not for one second believe that because Identa:
Jacked the A/S up to 13.5 billion
Has not had a news release for over a year
Published financials with simple math errors in them
Published financials that are audited but not by a firm that is recognized to audit firms for being upgraded to current information. And that they were audited to Israel accounting standards, not US like is required.
Is demonstrating declining revenues even after increasing adverstising by 14x
Failed to deliver of proposed revenue numbers of $3M in 2013
Failed to meet sales expectations (set by them) of the new sniffer
Sure, none of this has to do with the fact this thing is below a 1/10 of penny. It is all the bashers fault.
Read these two press releases and let me know what you think. One is from 2011 and then other from 2013. Both are promoting big wins of a French tender. They look to be basically the exact same press release with just the years changed.

One last tip for you Dennis. If someone you barely know gives you a tip on a penny stock don't ever, ever, ever buy that stock. The world of penny stocks is ripe with scam artists, trust no one. Do you own DD and if the story has any red flags then run away.
What is going to happen today? Anything? After the implosion of Mueller yesterday I am primed for something to happen. Following Identa is more fun when they keep issuing information which I love to take a look at and rip apart. The financials with the simple math errors are the best. identa please give us more information.
I would actually love to live in my basement (I practically do anyway), huge TV, huge couch, full kitchen, bar.......my basement is 1000% times better then Muellers apartment.
Get back in your basement chain........
I do actually feel sorry for Dennis, I think he has more of his money tied up in the pennies then he should....and based on his twitter, it does not seem to be going well
My wife's company has huge restrictions on what we hold so I dont even bother anymore. Plus I found a good investment company that is way outperforming my clumsy efforts.
Not for me thanks. I could never figure it out. At one point I was up like 400K on spongetech and barely got out of that with my money back. This is not for me, so I will just follow Identa around while they last.
I am with you. Mueller should read the top 10 list again. In fact I think he might want to reconsider his investment strategy.
I have a good friend who does private wealth management for high net worth individuals. He used to make fun of me for investing in pennies (and he was right). His rule: if it has a dot after the ticker (meaning .pk or .ob) never ever consider it, it has the dot for a reason.
Looks like someone dumped.... down 40% ouch.
I admitted a long time ago I made a bad (terrible actually) decision to invest here. I don't do pennies anymore they are way too risky. I think our friend Dennis should do the same.
Dennis, for today's purposes, my name is Luke Chen. For the last time I am not in a hedge fund and I don't hold this stock. In fact I do none of my own trading anymore. I am here to provide perspective for potential investors on what is happening with this company. I don't believe a company which can't add on their own published financials is a sound investment, but that is just me.
As I put on Yahoo, you need to start doing all of your own DD and not listen to anyone like this Papsin guy or the wolfofweedstreet. ERBB and IDTA have enough red flags on what is available to make it clear you need to do some extra digging.
It only took me one email to otcmarkets to find out that they CPA that Identa used for their financials is not registered with the appropriate authority to make the financials count towards "current information".
If you are going to invest in pennies, do tons of DD and if you see red flags dont invest.
Read the ERBB patent they might buy and tell me you think that is good for the business.
Dennis are you saying this is a scam?
Has anyone read the financials (since clearly the CPA did not)? What a mess......they increased advertising by 14X from 2012 to 2013 and sales decreased by 25%...wow, what a great product.
Long term liabilities are way up and they are burning through cash at an amazing rate.....
Yep still at Waklrgeens and by the looks of the financials it is not selling well. Revenue decreasing and still losing money....how long can they hold this together.
Yes with the apparent failure of Wakkgreens there is no market left where they can say, ok we did not make it with direct to consumer so now we are going to try xxx market. They have literally (supposedley) targeted all the major target markets in literally every viable country in the world and what do they have to show, sales from 220K up to 440K and then back down to 330K (or whatever the exact numbers are).
They are losing money at a rapid pace.
