I think someone said Jim has 10 kids. I would say his wife should get a really really nice valentines gift for that much work.
Could you tell us how you arrived at that 9% figure? I'm pretty sure Jim won't be happy to know he doesn't have as many shares as he thought he had.
Ya know Buckey, the rest of us hashed this out yesterday and we all got happy again. Please just let the sleeping dogs lie, you will be much happier for it.

Automatic Effectiveness.
Except as otherwise provided in this section, a post-effective amendment to a registration statement filed by a registered open-end management investment company, unit investment trust or separate account as defined in section 2(a)(37) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 shall become effective on the sixtieth day after the filing thereof, or a later date designated by the registrant on the facing sheet of the amendment, which date shall be no later than eighty days after the date on which the amendment is filed.
A post-effective amendment filed by a registered open-end management investment company for the purpose of adding a series shall become effective on the seventy-fifth day after the filing thereof or a later date designated by the registrant on the facing sheet of the amendment, which date shall be no later than ninety-five days after the date on which the amendment is filed.
The Commission, having due regard to the public interest and the protection of investors, may declare an amendment filed under this paragraph (a) effective on an earlier date.
Immediate Effectiveness. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a post-effective amendment to a registration statement filed by a registered open-end management investment company, unit investment trust or separate account as defined in section 2(a)(37) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 shall become effective on the date upon which it is filed with the Commission, or a later date designated by the registrant on the facing sheet of the amendment, which date shall be not later than thirty days after the date on which the amendment is filed, except that a post-effective amendment including a designation of a new effective date pursuant to paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section shall become effective on the new effective date designated therein, Provided, that the following conditions are met:
It is filed for no purpose other than one or more of the following:
Bringing the financial statements up to date under section 10(a)(3) of the Securities Act of 1933 or Rules 3-12 or 3-18 of Regulation S-X;
Complying with an undertaking to file an amendment containing financial statements, which may be unaudited, within four to six months after the effective date of the registrant's registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933;
Designating a new effective date for a previously filed post-effective amendment pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section, which has not yet become effective, Provided, that the new effective date shall be no earlier than the effective date designated in the previously filed amendment under paragraph (a) of this section and no later than thirty days after that date;
Disclosing or updating the information required by Items 5 or 6(a)(2) of Form N-1A;
Making any non-material changes which the registrant deems appropriate;
In the case of a separate account registered as a unit investment trust, to make changes in the disclosure in the unit investment trust's registration statement to reflect changes to disclosure in the registration statement of the investment company in which the unit investment trust invests all of its assets; and
Any other purpose which the Commission shall approve.
The registrant represents that the amendment is filed solely for one or more of the purposes specified in paragraph (b)(1) of this section and that no material event requiring disclosure in the prospectus, other than one listed in paragraph (b)(1) of this section or one for which the Commission has approved a filing under paragraph (b)(1)(vii) of this section, has occurred since the latest of the following three dates:
the effective date of the registrant's registration statement;
the effective date of its most recent post-effective amendment to its registration statement which included a prospectus; or
the filing date of a post-effective amendment filed under paragraph (a) of this section which has not become effective.
The amendment recites on its facing sheet that the registrant proposes that the amendment will become effective under paragraph (b) of this section.
The representations of the registrant referred to in paragraph (b)(2) of this section shall be made by certification on the signature page of the post-effective amendment that the amendment meets all the requirements for effectiveness under paragraph (b) of this section. If counsel prepared or reviewed the post-effective amendment filed under paragraph (b) of this section, counsel shall furnish to the Commission at the time the amendment is filed a written representation that the amendment does not contain disclosures that would render it ineligible to become effective under paragraph (b) of this section.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Amendments; Suspension of Use of Paragraph (b) of this section.
No amendment shall become effective under paragraph (a) of this section if, prior to the effective date of the amendment, it should appear to the Commission that the amendment may be incomplete or inaccurate in any material respect, and the Commission furnishes to the registrant written notice that the effective date of the amendment is to be suspended. Following such action by the Commission, the registrant may file with the Commission at any time a petition for review of the suspension. The Commission will order a hearing on the matter if a request for such a hearing is included in the petition. If the Commission has suspended the effective date of an amendment, the amendment shall become effective on such date as the Commission may determine, having due regard to the public interest and the protection of investors.
The Commission may, in the manner and under the circumstances set forth in this paragraph (c)(2), suspend the ability of registrant to file a post-effective amendment under paragraph (b) of this section. The notice of such suspension shall be in writing and shall specify the period for which such suspension shall remain in effect. The Commission may issue a suspension if it appears to the Commission that a registrant which files a post-effective amendment under paragraph (b) of this section has not complied with the conditions of that paragraph. Any suspension under this paragraph (c)(2) shall become effective at such time as the Commission furnishes written notice thereof to the registrant. Any such suspension, so long as it is in effect, shall apply to any post-effective amendment that has been filed but has not, at the time of such suspension, become effective, and to any post-effective amendment that may be filed after the suspension. Any suspension shall apply only to the ability to file a post-effective amendment pursuant to paragraph (b) of this section and shall not otherwise affect any post-effective amendment. Following this action by the Commission the registrant may file with the Commission at any time a petition for review of the suspension. The Commission will order a hearing on the matter if a request for a hearing is included in the petition.
A registrant's ability to file a post-effective amendment, other than an amendment filed solely for purposes of submitting an Interactive Data File, under paragraph (b) of this section is automatically suspended if a registrant fails to submit and post on its Web site any Interactive Data File exhibit as required by General Instruction C.3.(g) of Form N-1A (239.15A and 274.11A of this chapter). A suspension under this paragraph (c)(3) shall become effective at such time as the registrant fails to submit or post an Interactive Data File as required by General Instruction C.3.(g) of Form N-1A. Any such suspension, so long as it is in effect, shall apply to any post-effective amendment that is filed after the suspension becomes effective, but shall not apply to any post-effective amendment that was filed before the suspension became effective. Any suspension shall apply only to the ability to file a post-effective amendment pursuant to paragraph (b) of this section and shall not otherwise affect any post-effective amendment. Any suspension under this paragraph (c)(3) shall terminate as soon as a registrant has submitted and posted to its Web site the Interactive Data File as required by General Instruction C.3.(g) of Form N-1A.
Subsequent Amendments.
Except as provided in paragraph (d)(2) of this section, a post-effective amendment that includes a prospectus shall not become effective under paragraph (a) of this section if a subsequent post-effective amendment relating to the prospectus is filed before such amendment becomes effective.
A post-effective amendment that includes a prospectus shall become effective under paragraph (a) of this section notwithstanding the filing of a subsequent post-effective amendment relating to the prospectus, Provided, that the following conditions are met:
the subsequent amendment is filed under paragraph (b) of this section; and
the subsequent amendment designates as its effective date either:
the date on which the prior post-effective amendment was to become effective under paragraph (a) of this section; or
a new effective date designated under paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section,
in which case the prior post-effective amendment filed under paragraph (a) of this section and any prior post-effective amendment filed under paragraph (b) of this section shall also become effective on the new effective date designated under paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section.
Notwithstanding paragraphs (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this section, if another post-effective amendment relating to the same prospectus is filed under paragraph (a) of this section before the prior amendments filed pursuant to paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section have become effective, none of such prior amendments shall become effective under this section.
Certain Separate Accounts. For purposes of this section, a post-effective amendment to a registration statement for an offering of securities by a registered open-end management investment company or unit investment trust as those terms are used in paragraphs (a), (b), and (e) of this section and as such amendments are referred to in paragraphs (c) and (d) of this section, shall include a post-effective amendment to an offering of securities by an insurance company funded through a separate account, as defined in section 2(a)(37) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, where the separate account need not register under the Investment Company Act of 1940 under section 3(c)(11) thereof.
Electronic Filers. When ascertaining the date of filing, electronic filers should not presume a registration statement has been accepted until notice of acceptance has been received from the Commission.
Note: To determine the date of automatic effectiveness, the day following the filing date is the first day of the time period. For example, a post-effective amendment filed under paragraph (a) of this section on November 1 would become effective on December 31.

That would be my question also.
I see a sell for close to 3m however I don' t see any corresponding buys. All the buys are relatively small.
Look under data tools for trades
Cerp, where is that number being shown? I don't seem to be able to find a trade that large.

Looks to me like the sellers are the busy ones.
Yea, thought it might be. No biggy, i normally have that part turned off anyway.
The intro no longer fits on a Ipad screen. Are you using HTML5 or is this a investershub edit program? Either way there should be screen/margin control.
Yes! It is HUGH!! This means that we are very close to the next step befor production. That would be the Lab to Fab company. Then production. Yes HUGH !!!
Oh come on now. You can't belive that JN would put out that PR if there was even a slight chance of failing. No way Jose.
Alrighty then. i stuck to the requirement to stay on subject. Seems I am the one who is at fault, or are these other post designed to irratate me an illicite a response?
Well holding your breath won't make alot od differance but thank you, I think.
Gee thank you, and I'm sure you think I care, rirht?
IMO way to early for addittional aqusistions Jim will consolidate what is, then ,I think, wii announce the final prototype is done and is already on it's way to to the "LAB TO FAB". Again what we post here has no relationship to reality, just mostly wishfull thinking.
This is what I'm taking about. This is the type of thing thatwill drive SLTD up.
Whooh, well said! It would be nice if you were correct. I stand by what I said. Nothing said here, on this board means anything. Opinions are a dime a dozen. What SLTD does has nothing at all with any opinion voiced here. Niether you or me, or anybody here can contol where this stock goes, up or down. If you believe otherwise you need to get out now.
What we really need here is some reallity. This stock will grown on it's own. Nothing said here will affect that. The reality is that this is by far the best investment available to those who like to gamble. At the end of the day we are all gambleling that this stock will soar. Reallity is... It might fail. Can you afford that? If yes then hang in there. If no go away. I have a lot of money invested. and therefore shares, invested in this company. If I choose to involve myself in side conversations so be it. At the end of the day it does not amount to a hill of beans. The stock will go where it will go, nothing anyone here says will make the slightest differance in what it does.
So, stop taking this as a holy grail, it's not. When all is said and done, it is just another stock. Hopefully this is a winner, but only time will answer that question. So in the mean time enjoy your freedom to expound you opinions, because like the stock all will go where it goes. Enjoy!
Yes. You are 125% correct
Thank you you got it right
Got it! Are you offering to buy me out?
Golly gee thanks for that.
Or is that accepted? Always confuse those two.
Excepted.
And I will ponit out to you that cerp and I were obeying the rules by not talking about another stocb(by name) as is required. I also was responding to a young ladies request for information in the only way I could without being totaly rude. It happens that she has her private messaging blocked.
Ah God has spoken, all bow down to befor God. May I remind God that iI pay for the privalage to say what I wish to say so unless God would like to refund my money I respectively will tell God to go to Hell and visit his brother!
HyperSolar Reaches Significant Milestone in Achieving Low Cost Solar Powered Hydrogen Production
HyperSolar Reaches Significant Milestone in Achieving Low Cost Solar Powered Hydrogen Production
The company reports that its breakthrough technology is now capable of producing 1.2 volt open circuit voltage for use in direct solar hydrogen production
SANTA BARBARA, CA – February 11, 2014 - HyperSolar, Inc. (OTC:HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and any source of water, today announced that its artificial photosynthesis technology is now capable of producing 1.2 volt open circuit voltage for use in direct solar hydrogen production. This achievement represents another 10% increase over the previous 1.1 volt reached late last year, a significant step towards truly renewable low cost hydrogen.
“We now see a path to production of hydrogen through immersion of low cost semiconductor materials in water,” stated Tim Young. “Our approach uses only one type of inexpensive semiconducting material and reduces manufacturing complexity. Use of low cost materials with an industrial scaleable process and may even make it a viable approach for fabricating low-cost photovoltaic modules for other applications beyond water splitting.”
“With the recent announcements of Hyundai, Honda, Toyota and other major auto manufacturers to begin shipping hydrogen fuel cell cars next year, there will be increased demand in the near future for clean hydrogen,” continued Mr. Young. “We believe our technology can address two serious drawbacks impeding major adoption of hydrogen automobiles: First, the lack of hydrogen production infrastructure near the point of distribution or the fueling stations is addressed by our solar hydrogen production process. Second, hydrogen is currently produced from a fossil fuel—natural gas—in a process that releases substantial amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.”
It is well known that the theoretical voltage for splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen is 1.23 volts, and approximately 1.5 volts in real-world systems. Achieving 1.5 volts using inexpensive solar cells has eluded the world. For example, silicon solar cells are the most inexpensive and abundant, but their 0.7 volt open circuit voltage is not enough to split water. Commercially available high voltage solar cells are considered to be far too expensive for use in hydrogen production.
HyperSolar’s research is centered on developing a low-cost and submersible hydrogen production particle that can split water molecules under the sun, emulating the core functions of photosynthesis. Each particle is a complete hydrogen generator that contains a novel high voltage solar cell bonded to chemical catalysts by a proprietary encapsulation coating. A video of an early proof-of-concept prototype can be viewed at http://hypersolar.com/application.php.
About HyperSolar, Inc.
HyperSolar is developing a breakthrough, low cost technology to make renewable hydrogen using sunlight and any source of water, including seawater and wastewater. Unlike hydrocarbon fuels, such as oil, coal and natural gas, where carbon dioxide and other contaminants are released into the atmosphere when used, hydrogen fuel usage produces pure water as the only byproduct. By optimizing the science of water electrolysis at the nano-level, our low cost nanoparticles mimic photosynthesis to efficiently use sunlight to separate hydrogen from water, to produce environmentally friendly renewable hydrogen. Using our low cost method to produce renewable hydrogen, we intend to enable a world of distributed hydrogen production for renewable electricity and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
