I've written them an email. We will see how long it takes to get a response and what information they can give me. I will update the board as soon as I hear back.

Of course, there's always the possibility they don't get the rights. I believe it's just a technicality in the language they may need to change. The fact that they were originally granted the rights, fact that Nevada is mining friendly and the amount of money riding on this, I say the odds are in their favor. As far as a percentage? I wouldn't ever venture to guess that. I may try contacting investor relations to see what info I can get from them.

Are they still paying cash for their inventory? That could be part of the issue of being able to have enough stock on hand. I'm picking up more down in this range and will sit on it for a while.

I know there are a lot of disgruntled investors from before, heck I was one of them. I bought a large position ( for me ) on April 9th 2014 approximately half an hour before the bell. I was excited it went through as it was quite a discount from its high on March 17, 2014. In the ensuing two years, I had quite a few fruitless and non informative correspondence with the company. I'm still way in the red on this one but it's not money I need to pay bills and I'm comfortable ( enough ) if I lost all my investment. I've made money on other stocks and that's the game, win some/lose some. If people can't accept that and need to come here to constantly come down on PHOT, well then, let them I guess but they probably shouldn't be trading if it affected them that much. As another post said, "it's all gambling", and we all need to remember that.

Couldn't agree more. I don't think Heygi has such a narrow scope as to stick to selling hydroponic equipment for weed growers. As their site says, it is focused on other areas as well, one of them being vertical integration. This is a new approach to feeding the world population by using technology in areas that are notoriously difficult to farm and areas that are affected by droughts etc. I believe Marco and Growlife are at the forefront of an agricultural revolution and if he can make it work, then the shareholders will be wildly rewarded.
