They have told that specifically over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. Funny how some hear everything they release except this one thing.......
Somebody just took a huge dump at.035. 201K
50 minutes since last trade. Last trade was 170K at 10:05. Holding well. Nobody willing to sell or dropping their price to sell.
Impossible. You can sell existing shares, but you can not purchase new shares using TDA.
I typically like TDA, but with OTC pennies, they can be annoying some times. They often require you to call in to place your order and won't allow you to do it online. I really like their L2's and streamer.
Yes, that's essentially what I was told over the phone. EPGL is working to clear up these issues so that all brokers can trade. I think that will occur soon based on the CC.
Yes, that works, but with TDA & others you can get a partial fill at a lower price and the rest of your fill at a higher price vs. all of your shares at a higher price in your scenario. You net many more shares when you can edit your order after a partial fill. Just something you have to be aware of with ETRADE.
I thought I took all that junk out already, but dropped down right after my orders completed. I'll be picking up more on Thursday, so I'm happy if we stay here or drop a little till then.
Well my goal and the reason I wired funds in today was to hopefully pick up more shared below .04 and I succeeded. Most of my new shares are at .0389 and the remaining were .0388. Was pleased with the wire transfer time with Etrade. I wired my funds at 12:27 and my funds were available for trading at 12:44. I'm used to at least a couple hours with TDA.
That's it. Spoke with Ameritrade yesterday and their policies haven't gotten really strict regarding OTC shares. He did indicate that they may be trading EPGL soon, but couldn't give me a time frame.
No, all my fills are complete for a total of 131,000 more shares and my account shows 3 commissions. I called them and was informed that is their policy for a change on a partial fill. No big deal, just didn't know they did that as all my other brokers don't operate that way.
Well yea. I know that now. Point is that other brokers don't charge you multiple times to edit an order. Just wanted to make others aware that are considering Etrade.
I did buy, but only got a partial fill before the ask moved up, so I edited my order so as to fill on the ask and was charged again for each edit.
Yes!! I have Ameritrade too and that's what I'm used to doing. If I get a partial fill at the ask and the ask moves up, I just edit my remaining order to the new ask to get filled for my remaining shares and it counts as one commission. Not with Etrade. I had to open an Etrade account because Ameritrade is still not allowing new order for EPGL. So, I've got $30 spent on one trade.
Wow Etrade sucks. I've had to change my order 3 times to get filled at the ask and each time I edit my order they charge me a commission. Insane!
I'm trying to get the rest of my order filled at the ask and it's not filling.
Having a hard time getting filled. Ended up wiring some more funds in today instead of waiting till Thursday. Got 61K and 35K & waiting on the rest to fill.
NO, NO, NO!!
I've told you guys that I need to pick up more shares and my funds won't clear until Thurs. Do what you can to keep this sub 4's until. After that, run to the moon!, LOL. I really was hoping we would keep churning in the mid to low 3's until then, but looks like that was just wishful thinking. Doubt we'll ever see 3's again. Looks like it's time to establish EPGL's new base after we reach it's new 52 week high.
Yes they can. Below is a quote from the August 30 press release regarding your question.
"The Company will market to pain physicians, primary physicians, Internists, sports medicine physicians and physical therapists to name just a few in the significant market for the MPDD device."

It think it's about 12k - 20k with 20k including the maximum amount of training along with the device from EPGL. To purchase you have to include a copy of your professional license. Here is a link to all of the pre-order info if you're seriously interested in purchasing.

Well said.
Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Be berry berry quiet. I need to pick up more shares this week sub .05's.
Behaving just like the previous recent pullbacks. It pulls back around 40% or so and then basically trades sideways for a few days. Then it starts walking back up to new highs. It feels more to me like we're consistently building a foundation that's stronger and taller with each week that passes. When your holding long, the day to day should not matter in the least. You just want to look at this in 6 months and see significant steady growth on the chart and not extreme bounces in either direction on the way up. Patience will reward you immensely IMO. If you're a flipper looking for 100 % swings in a day and need your money back out daily, EPGL is not the toy you want to play with.
Thanks H8ster. This certainly makes DD much easier for newbies. I've been in EPGL since 2007 and like many thought all was lost and just forgot about it and was happy to see what was taking place when I looked back at my holdings in late 2012.
Watch the video from the CC last night posted in the stickies above. It clearly addresses restricted shares.
No problem. Mine are locked away as well. Not concerned with day to day pps movement. Long term movement north is where I'm headed.
Yes. I think he did a great job of addressing valid concerns in the CC yesterday and did so without fluff and delay tactics. He gave specifics and like you said, everyone heard without question that our float is 499M for a long time to come with no dilution. That should put that hot potato to rest. GLTA!
Thanks invest!
Agree completely.
What do you mean by numbers? Pre-sales? We do have numbers on "Right of Refusals", which was around 8,000 if I'm not mistaken. You'll see actual orders once the product is actually launched and that date will be announced on March 29. The actual release date will be sometime between April and June per the conference call yesterday. If you haven't listened to the call in it's entirety, I strongly recommend it. Here's a link to it:
We're top 10 most active board on the home page and number 7 most ready today.
Absolutely! The pre call chatter was worth calling in on it's own. I called in about 4:45 and couldn't believe what I was hearing, lol. It amazes me how ignorant people can be and too lazy to do the most simple DD. 90% of what they were talking about and questioning had been addressed numerous times via twitter and PR. As a company, it has to be exhausting answering the questions over and over again. Quit wasting everyone's time and lets ask some new questions as we move forward. I wanted to just un mute my phone and scream, but there are some that don't allow common logic to penetrate, so it was just best to let it flow and things went pretty well once the call actually started.
You're right on. There were some in the call that I don't think knew how to tie their shoes, much less be part of a conference call. With 100 people on one call, there would be no way to conduct a live Q & A via the conference call. People are incredibly disrespectful and rude, so there would have been no constructive way for them to have asked questions live. I like the idea of using twitter to answer follow up questions. That keeps an honest, transparent dialogue open with shareholders which is unheard of IMO.
You're welcome Yog. It might not be a bad idea to sticky the video for new comers next week. There were some on the CC yesterday that had never even heard of IHUB and were asking how to access it, so I'm sure more and more eyes will be coming to this board soon.
My pleasure viking. Excuse the lack of editing, but I felt it was important to leave it in it's entirety so as not to lose context. I've listened to it twice since the initial live call and it's amazing how much you miss or forget when listening live. I think it will help investors continue their DD. As a former police officer, I'm used to listening closely to phrasing, etc. and I really felt Michael's tone was sincere and I certainly felt no evidence of deceit as he was speaking. I've listened and watched other execs with other investments I've been in and it's been quite obvious that the entire thing was BS. BHUB is one that comes to mind quickly. EPGL really seems like something special. GL!
Not sure how you come to that conclusion.... If I'm running a business and I am interested in a product that can significantly help in my field and I'm interested enough in the product to sign up for the product, knowing the cost already, I'm more likely to follow through with purchasing it. Right?
No. As long as EPGL is in the building! LOL
Conference Call Video....
Hey guys. I've created a video of today's conference call. Keep in mind that I threw this together really quick just to get it posted asap. Lots of good info from Michael and the staff. Very important for longs to listen to this in it's entirety! GLTA!!
