Woody, you did the unforgivable with regards to SLJB: You spoke the truth and backed it up with photographic evidence...
Keep up the great work!
And thanks for your efforts.
That beats a few days ago when with one trip to the ATM you could have got enough cash to cover the entire day's trades and had enough left over for a decent dinner.
IMO.
For almost any stock, not just SLJB, higher volume on lower price is... how should I say it?... umm...
BAD!!!!!
IMO.
Only 10 seconds now? They upgraded their internet connection too!
Your official records are about as accurate as an SLJB press release.
Yep, the volume was due entirely to Naked Short Sellers(C) taking pressure off the bid.
Yep! And SLJB made 87 Trillion in profit on 900 Billion in sales!
He and Bingbang clearly prove Steve is the bad guy and YOU know it! Nice try though.
WRONG! He and Leslie clearly state that SS is the bad guy. Kind of like when a gang of thieves is caught and some rat out the others. They are all guilty, but some of the cowards try to avoid responsibility by continuing to lie about what happened.
IMO.
10/31/07 @ 00.00 (midnight as we enter Halloween)
Mmmmm... kidney pie. *disgusting slurping sound*
I think you are being charitable when you call them screw ups. SLJB is and was a scam since they got involved with KORE/PV.
IMO.
Well, the true believer / kool aide crowd are now saying Petar is the second coming. IMO he should be have a cell close to Steve's and is even creepier than SS.
IMO.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM??????
To quote Joliet Jake, "I ran out of gas. I, I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts. IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD."
IMO, the only relevant questions a shareholder of SLJB needs to ponder are these:
Do I want to wait (possibly) until next year and write off the whole SLJB investment at once when it goes to zero?
- or -
Do I sell now and take my annual write offs until they total to my losses?
Please stop psychically channeling hockmir and return to belching hamburger scented burps. See if you can say "S-L-J-B" in one long belch.
Rumor has it that PV is going to try to keep the business going. Rumor has it that he more or less took everything Sulja Bros. had and now controls it.
Remember, though, these are RUMORS.
IMO.
Guess it was all a boatload of badooky.
Is badooky arabic for "mule fritters"? Seems appropriate for SLJB if so.
Your question has already been answered more than once today. Stop obfuscating, Sally.
Regulatory agencies move slowly and deliberately. The only time any gov't agency *might* react quickly is if there is an imminent physical threat to citizens. Otherwise, sit down, take your shoes off, kick back and get ready to wait.
I would take any slowness of action on the OSC's part as a BAD sign for SLJB. It may well mean there is so much evidence against them that the process of evaluating it all is taking longer than average.
IMO.
Sally, take a look at the OSC website. Look at the average length of time from beginning of investigation to resolution. It's often measured in years. Sure, some cases are resolved quickly, but most involve several continuations (or delays, as you seem to prefer).
Please don't make statements such as your last post that imply the OSC is lacking evidence against SLJB just because they didn't react instantaneously.
IMO.
$40 worth of trades, with just over 2 hours to market close... pathetic.
You mean they are going to make more things disappear than investors' money?
Wire and/or mail fraud are pretty much defaults, too. John Grisham joked about it in one of his novels. Something along the lines of "the federal prosecutor also included mail fraud in the indictment, because he had never seen an indictment that didn't include it".
To recap my previous post:
Every single PR that contains material inaccuracies that were presented as historical facts (e.g., "we have completed the deal" not "we hope to complete a deal") is grounds for charging wire fraud. If the powers that be believe SS acted in concert with others in concocting and disseminating the bogus PRs, then you can add a charge of conspiracy to each one. If there is evidence that several officers or agents of SLJB each acted in an illegal manner multiple times, then the RICO laws may apply.
That's just for starters.
Fraud, conspiracy and RICO charges can each lead to prison time. Can you understand this? Or do you need someone to draw you a picture?
You're joking right? Is your typical investment window really only a few hours?
And then there is the little matter of manipulating the market through the buying and selling in the nominee accounts...if that was directed by one or more persons, especially officers...look out.
Does this answer your question, Sally?

I'm glad you posted, EarnestDD. The board was so quiet that I thought everyone fell in the toilet or something.
The vision from the start, even before Sulja's got involved, pump and dump, simple as that.
Ding Ding Ding! We have a winner, who came up with the right answer to the question, "What was Petar's business plan?"
Supporting him? LOL I think he's as dirty as PV and Andrew.
I also think, as I've said before, he's trying to save his own butt and make a deal with the OSC, RCMP and anyone else he needs to.
I agree, sort of. I don't think SS started out as a con-man, but at some point after he began dealing with PV he actively chose to engage in crooked behavior. At this point the distinction is irrelevant.
Sand, actually, the angle has never changed.
It was always about KORE.
Red, do you take some perverse delight in annoying people? You know very well that nearly no effort is needed to view your posts about SLJB and see that you have not mentioned KORE at all except in the very last week or so. You are flat out lying when you say you are not changing your angle of view and that it has always been about KORE.
You're not even making an effort to address the points raised by others and myself. This is classic, stereotypical SLJB long/pumper/kool-aide drinker doublespeak and lies.
You don't have a clue what's going on in Ontario, either nhsidelines... unless you are one of the insiders of the SLJB scam and are still trying to pump a few fractions of a cent into this pig so you have a little more to pay your lawyers.
C'mon...be a real PI...speak to officers of the company..get down to the nitty gritty...
They are around you know...unless..that's just not what you do...Unless..you're just not motivated enough to make the effort to get the simple answers to your questions...
Give several examples of honest communication from the officers of the company. BTW, who are the officers? Some say SLJB is in receivership and Steve is out. Some say Steve is still in. Should I try to talk to Leslie? She of the third-grade-drop-out press release fame...
I say to you nhsidelines that nothing that is said by current or former SLJB thugs and hangers on (e.g., Petar V, Steve Sulja, Miam, Andrew, Leslie, etc.) is of any value because they have no compunction whatsoever about lying.
You are choosing to ignore circumstantial evidence. There is nothing wrong with circumstantial evidence, it simply requires more effort, intelligence and discernment to evaluate it.
The hard evidence includes the "old" affidavit; the tone of your posts indicates that you think that just because the affidavit was taken last year that it somehow is not relevant. Perhaps I am misinterpreting what you are trying to convey, but I don't see why you would say repeatedly that it's old, unless you want to denigrate its validity.
The hard evidence also includes several demonstrably false press releases, put out by SLJB, which effectively destroy any credibility it may have had.
The circumstantial evidence surrounding SLJB is overwhelming, growing and undeniably current:
* SLJB has closed its operations in Ontario
* SLJB never began operations in Alberta
* SLJB is under continuing investigation by the RCMP, OSC and SEC.
* SLJB may or may not be in receivership, control of the company is unclear, no official information has been given to shareholders for over three months.
The list goes on.
The above are not my opinion, but facts.
My opinion, drawn from a review and evaluation of those facts is that SLJB is a scam, and most shareholders are victims of the Suljas and Petar Vucicevich, Andrew DeVries and probably a few other con artists.
You are wrong when you say I have nothing but an opinion and an old affidavit.
I have a preponderance of the evidence to support my opinion.
Well, that reply was about as substantive as most of Sally's posts.
Who did you hear it from Sally? Back your "hearings" up with something verifiable, or plainly state what likely is the truth: Your post is not even hearsay, but only wishful thinking on your part.
Why do you think something good is going to happen very soon? Are you simply playing the law of averages (and this succumbing to the gambler's fallacy) in that all the news has been bad for so long that there must be some good news coming just because it can't be all bad all the time?
IMO.
Gee, the "exiting news coming" bit smacks of the same kind of hype from a person who has gone missing from this board of late. Hmmmmmmmmmm..."things that make ya go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!"
More like "hmmpf!" (hope this translates to typing well...)
I don't know if he ever put out a PR on marketwire. I am not sure if I am allowed to say the name of the board he started here (I think IHub doesn't like competition), but Airys's big news was just that: A new stock message board in which he is one of the principals (I think). It has a few stocks on it, but SLJB is far and away the most active of them.
Which "mix and matches" posts do you mean, Sally? Or were you referring to PMs? If you could please post a msg number it would help to understand your comment.
You have about as much hope of proving a NSS position as you have of proving life on Uranus.
I read that asstronomers discovered rings around Uranus. They used a super powerful tellyscope to see the rings around Uranus.
Ok, enough 12 year old humor for now...
