It's tanking as expected. This is why there was so much dumping last week.
Earnings out
Considering how the rest of the market is getting smacked you might be right.
Your absolutely right. PAYS. That's the key and a big part of what smaller retail investors miss. But hey, not to worry. If everything is great then this stick should skyrocket past a dollar next week right?
Keep the pump alive.
LMAO I know it makes you angry to see you night in at best the height of the last pump and now you're having to watch you money erode, but I can assure you I'm not the reason why.
Like I said before the trend right before the ER will be a good indicator of what the earnings will look like. If it spikes or reverses chances are the earnings will be decent. If not they may not look to well. None of this is for advice one way or the other. Just an observation.
Another great post. The date of the tweet is right at the start of the last pump-n-dump and right before the last offering. Great timing.
That's good data. It shows the companies that received the shares to dump in the offerings which represents 5% of the risk holdings.
Now we know who's been dumping.
No major financial institution is going to hold something this low AND foreign. Most companies will RS to attract larger investors and most of the time companies who do this to regain compliance will watch their sharprice drop almost immediately. The shareholders there before the split at usually the ones who suffer the most.
Then the dilution train starts again.
Keep hope alive ?????????. You might need it.
You're going to know by Friday. If this trend continues into Friday you can bet earnings are going to be trash and they'll be looking at a R/S.
This wouldn't be the people that bought. This would be the people that were selling.
That would be the company. More dilution for all.
I'm convinced shares are still being dumped from the offering.
More dumping on this one today
Do you understand what happens with dilution and reverse splits?
If they would R/S that would be what many call rinse repeat. It's typically what happens when a company has diluted itself into oblivion.
That typically happens in offerings
I'm surprised it took this long to drop this offering.
Between this and Ocugen I can't see two better examples of how rigged the market is.
Halted on the way up. Never on the way down. Rigged.
Going in the wrong direction.
Nah. This is fixing the previous management's screwup.
Work harder. A lot harder. Still green.
How about no?
I like how they throw this article in behind an offering filing. Trying to sucker in the last few investors I see
Definitely agreed
New motions filed by OSK and USPS in lawsuit
36% is still pretty high
Good post
As long as the company is quiet everyone else will be too.
This could make things very interesting

Absolutely. Clear to R/S.
Clearly you have been lied to. This is right out of the recent filing.
Hint: This is a filing. This IS the truth.
All this hype on a stock that is about to R/S?
