Uh Oh, gotta go take wife out to eat, be back later.
East property line:
Hey all, I will try to post the remaining pictures that I took Sunday. I've already posted the best ones, but maybe one of you Keen Eyed spotters may see something of interest. LOL
another shot from across freeway:
spec machine, I'm a cheapskate and can't return PM, but no problem, easy to do IMO.
The photo is of the front end of trailer, the axles and wheels are still intact on the rear end. My impression is that it is just parked there while not in use. It is located in the lay down storage area on the far east end of the property.
Oh yea, I almost forgot, The DD that has been done on the property, found that DDI was on aprox. 4.9 acres. I don't believe there is any posibility that that total includes the newly cleared land. JMO
I'll try to post more pics tomorrow night. Good nite.
From across freeway:
another view:
Spooky, all trees gone and cleared within fence. Yes, the fence is fairly new, no doubt.
I belive there were people working in those buildings today (Sunday)as that was the only gate open today and it looked like a couple of personal cars were parked in there.
I know I could probably look it up but if you don't mind me asking, Does DDI own the property they are on or do they lease?
alex, I don't know who did their landscaping, but They probably have 20K worth of Queens Palm Trees and other palms!
brikk,I can tell you, The real estate that DDI occupies (I-10 frontage) that close to Beltway 8, is PRIMO commercial real estate!
NP Joe. You guys are doing some great DD, I just want to be able to contribute to the cause. Thanks again for the person mark
Shot from SW corner of property being cleared:
BTW, If there's anything I can do here let me know.
Another shot of front:
My wifes favorite part of Deep Down! LOL
Pond and waterfall in front of offices.
Hey Joe,
I think I may have told you that I live about 20 miles from DDI location. My wife and I were in the area today and it was such a bright and warm day, I decided to stop and take a few pics. When I got home and began to catch up on weekend post I realize that JDS already had posted some great pics. LOL
I'll post one. Would you like for me to email the rest to you so you can pick any that you would want to post? As I noticed that you were posting the pics that JDS took.
Thanks $tock Weazel for your reply. What would need to happen to make it a legit pincher play? TIA
Hello, just trying to learn pincher plays. Does this look to be a pincher forming? RSI (2), (5) crossing up over 30 soon maybe? If I have totally missed, please tell me what I am missing. TIA
KGLJ
Promise?
LOL...now if I can just get my stocks to "Take Off".......
Great call on ADTJ MrBig.....Everything I'm in was red today! No powder to play with. Not a good day for me.
Don't fret over a few typo's. I'll share a great lesson that I learned from an Engineer from Japan that spoke broken English and was hard for me to understand. He told me..." listen to WHAT I say, not HOW I say it. It worked!
Great work glassy! It just reminds me why I was mad Friday that I couldn't free up even more cash Friday!
Thanks Joe, very impressive and informative. I think I might call you "MrDeepDown". LOL
No problem mAjOr d. This guy seems to be the town bully or wanna-be power broker. We just have to ask ourselves, what is his motivation? Jeliousy, anomosity, or maybe greed?
Thanks red, good find.
I knew you were going to ask that! My old-timers is kicking in, but I believe it was from Laugh-In, maybe an Arte Johnson skit maybe? Not sure of show of origin. Maybe someone else can help me remember! LOL
You can call me Ray....You can call me Jay....You can call me Ray Jay.....but ya doesn't hafta call me Johnson...
Young wipper-snappers will think I have lost my mind! LOL
LOL!
Oh yea, Glassy just keeps on impressing me, she's great! I hate to admit, but I have been following DPDW for months but this week has been so busy at work that I haven't been able to pay very close attention to any of the stocks I'm in or watching and I just flat went to sleep on DPDW this week until I caught one of glassy's post this morn. So thanks Glassy!
Yep, I was able to free up some stagnet money and was able to get some @.52, was wanting more but I just couldn't get all of my sells to go through. I really hate selling on fridays, would much rather be bargin shopping on fridays.
WAY TO GO MR. BIG Z!!!!!!! I am really proud of you, like I would be for one of my kids! You have really come a long way in a short time, from our days in ACMG. Keep up the great work and don't forget us when you get rich and famous!
Glassy, is it pinching?
DPDW
Hey Glassy, Deep Down is about 20 miles from my house. Matter of fact, my wife is a school teacher in Channelview and drives by thier office and shop every day.
You may have hit on something copy'. I did read that Sandy Farkas had recently left a job at City Hall (I think it was). He may have had political animosity with the mayor then.
Paper is Albany Journal. Weekly publication. Sandy Farkas actually owns the paper and appears to be an influential local businessman and has been involved in local politics.
You may find this interesting about the author of that blog, Sandy Farkas,...McKenzie in July filed a civil lawsuit against the Albany Journal and its publisher Sandy Farkas, Lorie Farkas’ brother, on charges of libel and tortuous interference with a business relationship. Wilbur T. Gamble III of Dawson is McKenzie’s attorney.
