You must mean RFID and no I am not sure if they are.
That's the beauty of penny stocks, that a small group of individual investors can influence a stock's price. It happens to the vast majority of penny stocks eventually. The key question is when is PFOB's time. Will the next court filing be it? If it states that all common shares are to remain actively traded and not canceled it might. If it mentions that a legitimate revenue producing private company will be R/M into the public shell it might.
It is a matter of if and when............stay tuned...........
Up we go!
Close at .005?
I agree Alaskan that next week we should see news.
Stay tuned boys and girls, our day will come...............
See a good power hour here. People want to load up before the weekend in case news comes out. Remember Dean has been in meetings all week with the new management team.
I expect to hear good news shortly.............
Exactly, some folks just don't know how to trade. Many of us made money in Expo on the run last September and have loaded up for the next run which will happen no matter what some here think.
I personally don't listen to the bears. They are getting rather desperate anyway. In fact their presence is actually a good sign. When you research many of the penny stocks that had major multi-bagger runs over the last few years you will notice that many had massive amounts of bears dissing it before the run.
So I just put the bears on ignore and enjoy the ride......
WhooooHoooo!!!
How about a triple decker greasy burger PR and then a big fat greek wedding CC?
The conference calls will be held quarterly. The first one was Aug. 4th so that would make the next one around Nov 4th.
Nice close today...........
Thanks for the update, Alaskan.
Am waiting with baited breath for an update.
We need it to get the pps out of the .01-.013 range and build a new base at a much higher level.
I like the fact that in the year+ that I have been here we don't have the typical basher or pump and dump crowd here. Let's keep it that way.
Slow and steady wins the race................
Shares are very cheap now, I have averaged down to .0034 and plan to buy more.
I agree, the SH meeting is going to take us to the next level.
Then depending on how the SH meeting goes we could move up again.
Am looking forward to updates on:
- New CEO
- Up to date Financials
- Production ramp-ups for D&D, etc and CIM
- Further reductions of debt
- Status updates for Lowe's, Food Lion, etc
- Share structure clarifications
Many of those 'sells' at the bid are actually buys.
I had an offer for 200k at .0006 and they gave them to me at .0004
I believe that a PR is imminent or some group has picked us.
Bought more to average down and ride today's wave up.
Up 100%!
Even the .0004s were buys, some of them were mine.
Ask now .0006 after 4.5M buy.
Huge volume going through now.
Something must be up, news coming!
We are getting some action here 100k volume.
Bid .007 X .0071
Maybe something stirring..............stay tuned
Good post Cricket, a little churning never hurt anybody.
Typical pattern here for EVRM.
Onward and upward....................
.0115 power hour is strong
Hoping for another green week..............
Very slow day today. We need new buyers.
We need news to perk this up............
Is this run simply a technical bounce off of the .002 bottom or is there anticipation of funding news?
Hopefully both will be true...............
There aren't many sellers either. Have to look at both sides.
Very long here.
Little resistance up to .05
Slow and steady wins the race here.
Very few flippers, many longs looking for .05+
I smell a reversal soon also even without news.
With funding news we rock.
Well it is up 33% today. With a fixed SS and revenue coming in we could have a run anytime.
Yes, 622M float is good, I was expecting worse. It was great that they clarified their SS which is something that I have been advocating.
In a previous PR they mentioned some revenue projections such as the expected $50k from Cloud Centric.
Onward and upward.
The $140M was mentioned in the CC as coming from the Stanley DOS CA GSS contract. The $2.8B contract is spread out over 10 years with one new region of the world being awarded every month for 21 months.
There are 2 primes, Stanley and CSC whom Sym said should each receive 50% of the total TO's. STS should get 9-10% of the 50% or 5% of the total which is $140M.
They mentioned that a few contracts have been slow to develop such as the BOSS-U contract but they have been bidding on contracts every month and winning some small ones, and that July was very busy.
We shall know more when they release a PR of TO's awarded.
Here is the PR from Stanley on the contract:
ARLINGTON, Va., March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), a leading provider of systems integration and professional services to the U.S. federal government, today announced that it has been selected as one of two prime contractors on the 10-year multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity Global Support Strategy (GSS) contract by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs (DoS CA), to provide business process support services for both non-immigrant and immigrant visa-related operations at U.S. embassies and consulates abroad under a performance-based arrangement. The firm-fixed-price award has a $2.8 billion contract ceiling and includes a one-year base and nine one-year option periods.
Under the contract, Stanley will have the opportunity to provide oversight and management of support services for worldwide U.S. visa operations in up to 149 GSS countries.
"We are proud of the capabilities we offer to the State Department on the GSS contract and believe our solution provides comprehensive, secure, customer-centric, scalable and efficient delivery of GSS services around the globe," said Howard Ady, Stanley vice president and GSS program manager. "Our team offers international experience with a detailed understanding of various factors affecting the countries and citizens who will be served. Stanley and our subcontractors, VFS Global, Computer Frontiers, STS-Corporation and IBM, look forward to beginning work under this essential contract vehicle and working with our global team members to meet all DoS CA expectations."
"Stanley has a long-standing, 17-year partnership supporting DoS CA in a wide range of passport and visa services, including modernization of consular systems, visa systems training at 250 overseas embassies and consulates, and implementation of the first-ever passport book print facilities," said Phil Nolan, Stanley chairman, president and CEO. "We greatly value our service to DoS CA and fully appreciate the importance of this GSS initiative."
This is what I posted last week.
Sym values the company at 30-45M which with 839M O/S is .035-.053 based on current known contracts.
Of course, I might add, with new and as yet unknown contracts this estimate will go up.
Guys, let's not get carried away here. Yes we are undervalued and the trend is up but I would be happy in the .05-.10 range by the end of September. At least 2 Stanley contracts should be awarded by then along with news of smaller contract awards.
Tradable float is very low as 51% of the O/S is held by Richard Weitzel to comply with the SDVOSB designation.
company = shareholders. Same thing in my book.
Sho-nuff, during the CC they mentioned several small contracts won and many more in the pipeline, especially those related to the visa processing contract. The Mexican portion of it will be awarded on August 20th and they expect to get it along with many more after that. They expect $140M revenue over 10 years on that contract alone. PR's to follow.
There is also a larger contract they can't tell us about yet.
Much more transparency with new website, CC's, and E-newsletter.
No dilution.
Talk of uplisting to Nasdaq or London Aim in near future.
They also mention how tremendously undervalued we are considering the amount of business.
Yes it woke up and 422 BM's here are watching it.
Ask is very thin.
2 MM's at .011 then 1 at .02!
.01's are up. Let's break through the wall.
I bet that we are our way to over .05 within 2 weeks with or without TO news.
Momentum is swinging back in the longs favor.
Hold on tight and enjoy the ride.
Chart is primed for a run.
This is starting to remind me of July 2009 when we traded 4-5M a day and went up 15-20% daily for 2 weeks.
Can history repeat itself, I hope so...........
Yeah and I hope this week's action was informed buying and not a 'let me buy some of this pos because it might wake up some day'.
back to lurking.................
What I can't believe is that so many shares are for sale at .0035.
Who is selling this low? Not me.
