1.90 uting
and we are back to 1.83 x 1.85
MM's having their way here, great opportunity for me to pick up some more, look at the volume folks, 124,000 doesnt warrant this type of price and small hits on the bid are bringing it down while large hits on the ask are doing nothing, hahahhaha classic walkdown.
give me some more cheapiesssssss!
relatively low volume all across the markets today, i think many are either sleeping in or think the markets are closed. rest of the week is going to be interesting.
10000 shares just went off at the ask, accumulation continues.
your absolutely right and the accumulation is evident at that. I like the style of our management team here, they tend to underpromise and overdeliver.
with so many things to look forward to, the next couple of weeks could get very interesting. maybe management is waiting for the great quarter numbers to start the next string of PR's and this consolidation at these levels is certainly something us longs are used to and appreciate.
indeed it did seem odd that they were forecasting a leveling off of of diesel fuel prices but then again please remember that these are just forecasts and short term forecasts at that. This is why is put the following chart right under that one, to show how prices have showed no signs of slowing.
i don't see prices slowing down any time soon.
certainly is important to note that the MTA of harris county should and will get home-grown biodiesel fuel from local sources like CMMI, especially its great proximity to the airport.
Also note that the U.S.A. is broken down into five PADD regions, since World War II. These regions are still used to help organize the allocation of fuels derived from petroleum products, including gasoline and diesel (or "distillate") fuel.
here is a nice breakdown I found of the map:
notice where most of the production is coming from, the Texas area or PADD III. This would mean that CMMI is not only positioned in a great spot next to the airport but also on a national level also, and with the Troutman acquisition, they can certainly take advantage of their new distribution network.
also for those who like numbers, here are the current weekly supply numbers directly from the Energy Information Administration site:

Here is an idea about how Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (Houston area), Texas (METRO) is using ULSD and how this is going to be the growing trend not only nationwide but also globally.
(scroll down)
let us start here:
Metropolitan areas have been converting and purchasing buses that use a Hybrid and ULSD technology to cut down on fuel consumption and reduce emissions.
heres how its works:
The Orion VII buses feature the BAE HybriDrive that combines a 5.9-liter, 260 hp (194 kW) Cummins ULSD (Ultra Low-Sulfur Diesel) engine with a 120 kW traction generator. The traction motor delivers 250 hp (186 kW) and 2,700 lb-ft (3,657 Nm) of low-end torque. The bus is built in Mississauga, Ontario at Orion Buses, a division of DaimlerChrysler.
The advantages of such cleaner, smarter, transit buses are that they produce:
37 per cent less greenhouse emissions.
36.3 tonnes less carbon dioxide per bus each year.
30-50 per cent less nitrogen oxide emissions.
30-50 per cent less soot particulates.
20-30 per cent less fuel consumption.
growing trend:
here is a list of just some cities that have taken advantage of these ULSD and Hybrid buses:
- New York City Transit, 180 buses
- Toronto Transit Commission, 150 buses
- Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County
- Seattle, Philadelphia, Houston, Minneapolis, Portland, Honolulu, Aspen, Springfield, Charlotte, Albuquerque, Louisville, Detroit and Yosemite National Park.
- 15.8 million euro investment in hybrid/diesel buses by Flemish government (Belgium)
these are just to name a few.
with prices going the way they are it is no wonder that more and more cities will be transfering over to this technology

nice to see this type of consolidation, makes the next move up much stronger and give us all an opportunity to add on the dips.
politely disagree spooky, 4mars was speaking of the second diagram, which is a Tether Management System or (TMS). In this case "a remotely controlled tether cable spooling mechanism fitted into the top section of a side entry garage containing the ROV. The TMS is lowered to the required working depth where the ROV can be flown out of its garage to the extent of its tether cable."
during a swell the garage would require some AHC (active heave compensation) especially when it is time to "park" the ROV back into the garage in the TMS, to bring it back onto the ship.
an ROV is an expensive piece of equipment, and at times many projects may be called off during rough sea, in order to protect the unit, some of these cases may now continue with operations with the leverage that the Proteus (TM) offers during rough seas.
but in essence your initial thought is generally correct under normal circumstances spooky, good work as usual.
i agree and we have seen these charecteristics from management, time and time again. They seem to always underpromise and overdeliver, and with everything they are working on in the yard and what we can't see via the cameras, one can only imagine what they have going on behind the scenes.
we may have many orders for Proteus (TM) already lined up, with deadlines, or another growth aspect of the business may be booming. At this point their is so much room for growth that a target of high single digits for this stock in 2008, is more then tangible. great things coming here, and next week will be very interesting.
nice consolidation at each level, allowing higher highs and higher lows week after week. great stuff here.
nice action here today, good to see the products coming and going through the shop, products = money and customers, which equals growth.
i like it.
Monthly Volume Report and Yearly Total
Interest is definitely picking up:
already accounted for and this will produce more accurate numbers once the next quarter is out. :)
indeed, please refer to the beginning of my post, where i say these numbers are the low-end and do not represent CMMI's current state, as far as, working at full capacity and the current acquisition, but rather serve as a benchmark for growth.
growth= value
another interesting calculation is that of the price-to-cash flow ratio or P/CF.
when brikk spoke to management a while back they stated that they were operating at about 1/3 capacity or roughly 52,800 barrels (.33 of 160,000)
at that point the Net cash provided by (used in) operating activities was $153,226
To achieve the P/CF using the reported quarterly, usually (meaning the way most analysts use the formula) multiply the last quarterly cash flow figure by four.
giving us: 153,226 x 4= 612,904
dividing this by our rounded out 50M shares we get =0.01225 cash flow at 1/3 capacity per share
now that means that at $0.21 pps/0.01225= 17.1428 price/cash flow ratio
one thing to take into consideration is the fact that many analysts use the Price-Cash Flow ratio to measure and compare a company's current market value to its cash flow. This ratio is often neglected and wrongfully so. Since the ratio takes into account cash flows, which in its simplest form is net income plus depreciation. The problem here lies in the fact that earnings and cash flow differences can be somewhat confusing, due in part to standard accounting practices and the way they define net income. So remember net income is measured as revenues minus expenses, however, not all expenses are actually cash expenses.
this is important to note since that was only a small taste of the potential in the cash flow for CMMI. by this we can start to see the potential here.In theory, the lower a stock's price/cash flow ratio is, the better value that stock is.
sorry again i'm a ratios guy.
excellent calculations brikk, and the best part is the 5-600% multiple for reselling.
here is a interesting comment on Global Woes in the Crude market:
"But high crude-oil prices are only good news for refiners if they can charge high prices for refined products like gasoline. And relatively soft demand for gasoline is holding down prices at the pump, at least for now. Since the end of August, the wholesale price of crude oil has risen 60% per gallon, while gasoline is up only 16% a gallon.

also brikk, i like the conservative numbers, gives us a lot to look forward to.
great move here today guys and great close, this is trading beautifully, many scans are going to be going off this week. going to be interesting to say the least.
nice orders coming in at this point, accumulation is more then evident.
welcome aboard uw86
very nice orders coming through now, looks like the close is going to be a bullish one like friday. a lot of scans are going to go off tonight with this move and volume, and those who want in before the action tomorrow will be looking to get in before the close today.
20000 shares to take out the 0.21
look at the bid building, this could get really interesting here very soon.
nice volume coming in at these levels, end of day is going to be interesting.
nice volume coming in now, looks like interest is building and many are realizing that the only way to get in is to buy on the ask.
actually its not taking that long, trust me from experience these things take time, and i rather management get everything straight first.
now the bid and ask are tightening up, .20 by .21
the consolidation at these levels will allow smart money to accumulate slowly, and in essence retain more and more of the float for higher gains, much higher gains.
but this also creates and very stong base for the next move up, if we look at the chart we can see this strong base being created move after move, and then the PR's come through and the shares are adjusted accordingly.
all the way that pps movement becoming more and more held closely and moving much quicker to a higher level.
great point, that base will allow us to start the next move up and if a PR is released, many will be chasing, only way to get shares is to hit the ask.
.229 uting
very thin at these levels.
hey breakout, nice chart, look how much room we have left on the RSI and the Acc/ Dis line is impressive.
interesting, looks like we will be seeing the big blocks coming through in this area again.
looking very good here this morning and we ahve only been trading for 30 minutes.
i agree with you on that brikk.
Fundamentals Weekly chart:
this has been building for the last couple of weeks very nicely, going to have to update this chart on a daily chart soon.
things are really coming together here, i like that management is working diligently behind the scenes and create the company from the bottom up.
great stuff here.
