RVD, I agree with you completely and that is exactly what I have been saying for a long time. People can spin it any way they like but this company has not lived up to what they have said in the past. In my opinion they continue to follow that pattern and until this changes this stock will remain in a holding pattern with no sustainable appreciation in share price. GLTU!

I can look at the current revenue already recorded, the backlog recorded and do a little figuring and in my opinion 8-9 million would be a lot closer. Throw in this companys history of over promise and under deliver and I have a pretty good idea where revenue will be. That said I agree the company is moving in the right direction. If they keep dilution to a minimum I think we will be fine.
Like the volume and the slow steady climb. Secret Diary PR will have minimal impact on share price. Almost all PR's have had minimal impact on the share price. Quarterly numbers is what its all about now!
Nice volume today, lets see sustained buying and incremental price increase! Slow and steady wins the race. I don't want to see any gaps! I hate gaps because the price always retraces and fills them!

11 Million is not important to you? So are you saying it does not mater if the company tells us they are going to do 11 million this year and then does not, its not important? Well I'm glad, unfortunately its important to analysts and institutioonal investors. You know people who care about things like company transparency and credibility. As for my revenue projections its just that, my projections, but right know I see no way this company gets to 11 million for the year, but as I said thats my opinion. If your happy with the following then you must be very easy to please as an investor:
Results of Operations: For the three months ended June 30, 2008, the Company had a net loss from continuing operations of approximately $512,000. For the three months ended June 30, 2007 the Company had a net loss from operations of $261,000. That is a net loss increase of $251,000 over 2007 results. The major reason for this additional loss was the increase over 2007 in Compensation Expense of $175,000 and General Administrative Expense of $67,000. In the second quarter of 2007 we did not have the full cost impact of the new management team.
Total Revenues: For the three months ended June 30, 2008 and 2007, the Company had total sales of approximately $695,000 and $389,000 respectively, for an increase of $306,000, which represents a 78.7% increase over 2007. All of the revenue was generated by CHDT's Capstone subsidiary. In 2007, the $389,000 revenue was comprised primarily of domestic book light shipments meaning shipments to retailers made from our warehouse located in the U.S. In the quarter ended June 30, 2008, approximately 72% ($500,000) of the $695,000 revenue was shipped on a Direct Import basis (EX China) and only 28% was shipped from our U.S. warehouse. In general , depending on the product category, U.S. national retailers are moving more towards Direct Import programs. This allows retailers to have control over the cargo/containers, provides better inventory utilization and reduces their overall costs. The increase in the Direct Import revenue is the result of increased sales of STP� tools products to retailers.
Cost of Sales: For the three months ended June 30, 2008 and 2007, we had cost of sales of approximately $495,000 and $209,000, respectively. This cost represents 71.2% and 53.7% respectively of total revenue. As a percentage of Total Revenue costs have increased from the same period last year by 17.5%. This is a direct result of the expanded mix of products now being sold. In first quarter 2007 Revenue were primarily comprised of higher margin booklights purchased domestically.
Gross Profit: For the three months ended June 30, 2008, gross profit was approximately $199,000, increased by approximately $18,000 or 9.9% over $181,000 in 2007. Gross profit as a percentage of sales was 28.6% for the three months ended June 30, 2008 as compared to 46.5% for the three months ended June 30, 2007. This Gross Profit decrease is a direct response of our larger customers buying on a direct import basis. The gross margins are lower in this selling scenario as indicated but the company's expenses are also reduced as the customer is responsible for related expenses. (Freight, duties and handling costs).
Operating Expenses: For the three months ended June 30, 2008 and 2007, operating expenses were $711,000 and $441,000 respectively. This is an increase of approximately $270,000 from 2007

Sorry but this quarter was bad in my opinion. Yes sales grew but 11 million is now a pipe dream. I don't think we touch 8 million and 5 or 6 is probabally more realistic. Gross margin took a huge hit and the loss doubled to over 500,000. Same old same old with this company. Want to know why we can't get institutional investors to come on board? Failed business attempts and revenue projections that never come close. This is a supposed to be a new company, seems like the same old one to me. Listen to the conference call cause I see another carrot about to be dangled on a stick. Good luck, we will be lucky to close above .02 tomorrow. Although in penny land with the right spin anything is possible. Anyone who says they are happy with this quarter is .................well you know!
I would hope they come close to 2 million for the quarter and reaffirm guidance of 11 million plus for the year. Also, we need to hear about more new STP products and placement.

There has been a mention in the current issue of Oprah's magazine of the "Pocket Safe". This has caused a flurry of excitement. If the momentum continues and some large volume buyers appear, the price will be forced upward.
Whether it can then hold will be largely determined by the 10-Q results due out this week. If they exceed expectations, we may see some sustainable improvement in the price, possibly to the mid to high .03's.
If the revenue increase for the 2nd quarter is viewed as disappointing however, and the earnings are adversely affected by lower margins and higher operating expenses, expect the present trading range to continue with possible dips below .02 into late September.
It would be nice if they restated their hopes for 11Million for the year and where that stood. Thanks HM I agree!

I agree Pork, I am going to go out on a limb here. Volume preceeds price and we are starting to see volume. I say PR the Oprah thing and couple that with solid earning a day or two later and we break .03 maybe .035. Time will tell if I am right!
Why do you care? And why is #@$# in your post? If they bought a thousand shares would you care? Stock is going no where until solid numbers come out in a filing. Till then its all just day to day capitulation! Hang around another year or two and you will either be very happy or broke!

Nice to see the cordless drill and the impact wrench. However, the price point is very high so I hope these are of exception quality. It states they come with a battery. Is that an extra battery? If so great, if not thats a big negative. Opinions about the battery anyone, tia!

I believe the trading is halted as a little bird told me CHDO is going to announce a multi bazillion dollar order. In a strange twist of fate they are going to ship all their product back to China. Seems the Olympics has created a huge demand for power tools which are needed for last minute remolding of the Olympic stadium and surrounding housing facilities!

However, I did express my concern about this
Now for the downside. It takes a while to collect all the information and enter it into the PPS. I know that an online backup solution is offered for a $20 a year subscription fee by BlackBox Solutions, but I just don't feel secure giving all of that information to a third party even though they claim to have a "Write Only" server. I think that they need to provide users the ability to back up the encrypted information on to a computer or CD-ROM. This would protect the information against the two risks of loss.
No way I am backing up all my personal data over the internet.

Agree completely with your post, wow, LOL! As to my earlier posts, I was not talking about a profit but large increases in revenue. And lets not confuse 1 million to 2 million quarter over quarter as an example which is a 100% increase quarter over quarter. I want 10 Million minimum for this year with clear growth beyond that.... Another words I am looking for this company to pump out 20 million in revenue within two years. Heck, I am a 2 person company and I can generate 1.5 million in sales a year. If the products are real and their relationships are real then I want to see revenue ramp up big time. By the way, what ever happened to the multiple rep groups they hired, haven't heard a thing with respect to them?

I am not into the whole rah rah thing anymore with this stock. Some of the reasons listed in your post are sound and if you guys like to do that sort of posting thats cool its just not my thing anymore. Concrete revenue numbers in a quarterly filing not a PR announcing orders. Obviously, by the lack of reaction to the last several PR's regarding product placement (which were very nice)the street wants to see actual numbers in a filing. Then and only then will the stock show any sustainable upside movement in my opinion!
