The tweet is precisely why I posted my frustration with the SEC...
Venting made me feel a bit better tho... :)
111 days have passed since the SEC received our Reg-A application...
Remember Troy saying it could take between 30 - 90 days for approval...30-low end...90-high end...usually averages 60 days...
Great efficiency SEC...take a few more vacations...companies waiting for funding are in no hurry. (sarcasm font on)
#FreakingRidiculous
Welcome...your nice chunk should result in a nice chunk. :)
Each day since Labor Day, bid support has been stair stepping up 1 tick per day...starting @ 14
4M on ask is about the average for every tick up...since day one.
Support on the bid what to watch for...
I kinda' miss the CC's that were pretty frequent in the past. It took 6 months for the court to get rid of the 2.2B shares...& just over 3 months for the SEC to get to this point with the Reg-A...bureaucratic wheels turn slow...sigh. But...while it was taking 9 months to achieve these milestones...Troy has definitely not been sitting on his hands. He's got a ton of things done in the interim & it will all come to fruition very very soon. And, all this time with not a shred of dilution...pretty rare thing in the pinks. Well done Troy!
The following is a paraphrase, per Troy in last CC...shares will not be restricted...but...he knows many of the people that will be funding the Reg-A, & he said these people are not your basic OTC trader types...some may sell sooner than others when we get over a penny, but most are true investors, & realize what the true value of the acquisitions & future market cap will be.
Even tho this company is now on the OTC Pinks...it is being built in the mold of the higher exchange public companies. There will be a professional IR firm to promote it & bring in many more investors...auditors will perform a true valuation score of all acquisition assets & uplisting to the OTCQB will happen ASAP.
IMO...Everyone can trade to their heart's content...but I suggest holding a descent chunk of a core position for the long haul...as the future of this company looks very bright.

Solid bid support has gone up one tick every day this week...steady trend going into inevitable Reg-A approval...
Yep...plus wholly owned...that'll make it 5 companies @ 50% stake & 2 @ 100%
When he releases approval news...all of the penny stock trader eyes will be on us...
On his last CC a few months ago...he specifically stated that his target for investors is around 1,000...we currently have less than 300.
Well...the cat's out of the bag on that...guess we'll find out when the Reg-A approval news hits.
Wow...pretty sure Troy said: Green out...wholly owned MJ company in!
Yep...& 14's have been support...now 15's...16's by eod maybe...?
Hopefully...3 times is a charm...3rd amendment submitted last week.
Feeling good enough myself to even add a few more before kickoff.
Also...current float is 738M...very small for OTC.
My theory is that the $2M/506 private placement funding is being used to fund the movie that was PR'd last week & the Naughty Girls one today...& then the Green Inc. MJ play, later this week...as that final amendment that was filed last Friday gets approved for the other 4 acquisitions.
Plausible...?
I put this doc next to the last one filed & don't see any difference...???
Yep...this stock's offer prices on L2 have been thin since the beginning...before we even knew what the float was. A lot of people were pretty close on their guesses when Troy caught up on the delinquent filings & we found out it was about 3/4 B shares. If I remember correctly...we very seldom had more than 5 or 6 MM on the ask, even when it was trading in low trips. Very low float for a pinkie stock...altho, we are now really much more than you're basic pinkie stock.
Starting to look like "the" was meant to be "a"...ha ha.
That's OK...just put the meat on the table Mon/Tue...& not late week...as following weekend will be a 3 day-er for Labor Day. At least that seems like conventional wisdom to me.
Yes...within the week would be tomorrow...last day of this work week. Problem is...did he mean to say that...or should the "the" be an "a"...ha ha...kind of an ambiguous tweet for timeline...but great tweet for upcoming substance.
Not to mention the Funky Biscuit in South Florida too...I'm guessing it has gross revenues in the millions also...not sure what their net is tho. According to the Reg-A...we're supposed to be putting a cool million into it for expansion. If you need to expand...you're definitely doing it right! Yet another profitable acquisition in our stable.
Well...it's the accumulation of a year & a half's hard work at getting the company current & obtaining solid acquisitions (some that are already profitable) & raise the $$$ to fund them without a bit of dilution. I'm gonna' go out on a limb & say the upcoming salvo of press releases we're expecting will be pretty dang good!
Those past highs will look like the foothills of Mt.McKinley...
I'm kinda' laughing at the 7M that got devoured @ 0015...
bad for the seller...great for those that just snatched them.
SNM Global Holdings? @snmglobal 15m15 minutes ago
Roger that...I remember Troy tweeting very early in the process, that they needed a few amendments tacked on...I also remember being quite surprised that the SEC got the ball rolling so soon...but...like most government agencies...the process always seems never ending.
Even dealing with the county court system in Florida when the 2 billion shares got cancelled took almost 6 months...the wheels of justice & government turn ever so slowly...(sigh).
Patience is the key...
Copy that...thnx
Roger that...btw...I may have missed the latest update on the recovery of our biz attorney...any idea what his status is?
