Those are probably safe.
Add a 0 maybe? .0086
At least you've cut your estimate i n half. What changed your mind?
I would assume the only way an additional acquisition can be made is either by debt or trading them shares ( and where would those come from?).
I ain't no expert, but if you average those shares at .001 into the total, it looks to me like it is trading about where it could, should and would at this time.
I think you'll have a chance to get your $ back. It may be a narrow window of opportunity---better not blink.
That's a little obtuse, but I agree, they are separate issues. I think the market has established value--and this is it. Could change with some communication from the management.
Indeed not ! This is one of the most interesting stocks I';ve followed this year. I don't think without some communication via PRs from Tom we will ever see .03 again, but I think it may have some nice trading opps in the .012 to .016 range.
8K --- No run
10K -- No run
SWVC --- No value
Of course . When you put in the sell order that becomes your ask.

thanks
I mean to say I'm not current on the company. I am aware of it's tech and some of its activities and successes. I was just curious if the more knowledgable people here had a take on the 10Q. Thanks.
I am a shareholder, but not familiar with the company. Is the 10Q considered to be positive?
Keep the roses--make your own decisions and you won't need to struggle to understand mine.
Partly just a rough calc in my head, the real number I think is the common shareholders only own 16.5%. I took the other numbers as part of profits Tom made from the debt transfer and asset sales to SWVC. This could be off by 20% your way. Hard to know.
I don't think we are what is keeping it down. I think lack of value and lack of transparency may have something to do with it. I also don't think Weeeeeeeee will help it either.
No. Thats what you're trying to say that I said. What I said is that Tom's dealings will benefit Tom and his boys 90% and shareholders here 10%. I said nothing about fraud or scam but many others must be worried that it is because that is what they keep asking me. If my posts are too deep for you to comprehend, please put me on ignore.
God Bless Texas

I'm going to Lake Fork fishing this Friday. I'd love to see a run to .05 by then so I can take a new boat. Just because I don't believe in Santa doesn't mean I won't put out cookies Christmas Eve.
Drop the mouse and step away from the computer. That's it , now relax and take a deep breath. LMFAO
If Tom rolls Greenshaft into this I'll KNOW I was right.
Unless they are posting lies or repetitive slush (ala VLV) I enjoy hearing all opinions not just the ones that agree with mine. Questions posed become questions answered or opined. I'd love , and I mean LOVE to see this run to even .06 . I'll make enough money to buy Hawaii. I just want somebody to convnce me it will. So far no one has. I'm still willing to learn. All I see is a tremendously well engineered progression of events that only marginally favor the shareholders vs. the management. I'm probably wrong-I have been before.
Gee, that makes me sound like I'm getting to be like Tom. I better re-think myself. Thanks for the constructive criticism.
Truer words never spoken.
Key word projected. Projected by Tom.
I admire both your fish and your attitude.
a stock that trades 12 to 50 million shares a day isn't affected by the drivel I post. Just my HONEST opinions.
They just rolled it into the next deal---sound familiar?
Is this a great country or what? You can scoop up investors money to start one loser company after another and when they run dry you sell the company with their debt to a new group of investors. The only scum worse than a lawyer (IMHO) is an investment banker. Neither one has to be accountable for their " Legal" actions. Just the poor sap that pays the bill.
I've owned the stock 4 times so far and will again if I see a pump rise coming. Please put me on ignore if it bothers you, cause I really don't care if you like it or not. Sometimes the truth doesn't serve everyone.
That's probably our next acquisition--Kissy Kat. LMFAO
I probably won't be rewarded---I'm not a true long.
I'll bet $50 it doesn't. That goes for both of you hypesters.
Let me ask another way. Would you put up 100% of the money to drill an oil well ( not a sure thing) and be willing to get only 16.5% of the revenues? Meanwhile the driller pays himself 140% of normal drilling costs because he lost money drilling the last well. AND the driller expects you to go for this because he has a clean reputation and a chance to be part of the next hole. If your answer is yes, welcome to Texas Jerry's Oil Co, partner.
Impossible to say. we don't know how much he originally paid for Wise Buys and I can't begin to factor in how much he made in cash and debt relief taking the shell. I'm guessing he's got none of his own money in it. Good for him.
Sometimes our rewards come in different forms--not always in cash, sometimes in experience.
Heck no. I think true longs will be rewarded.
If I were as sure as you are I'd sell all I own and spend it all on SWVC stock. Faith like yours will surely be rewarded. That's the best punchline in history, "True longs will be rewarded".
