If they're forced to declare bankruptcy I think Antonio should open a new retail store in Vancouver that sells BOTH weed and wait for it....wine. In his wheelhouse and he should make far more than he ever did at cydy.
He saw the books and got ill! lol
Shouldn't they announced he was on furlough then? Then again, when has this company ever been forthright with investors?
How much money do they have? Must be flat broke by now.
But on the 'twits they are rejoicing Cy is giving "likes" on linkedin posts made by an amgen employee. He lives! Maybe he's trying to kiss up to Amgen for a job?
Exactly. He is a cornered animal now and the fight or flight instinct must've kicked in. The flight option was the most sensible one, as Iran doesn't have extradition with the US but his greed overruled him at that point. Now as he's dead to rights caught in his email to Amarex, only chance is to not serve out the full 205 years in prison he is facing. Take others down with him is his only hope of that.
The only trial involving Cytodyn will be Nadir's criminal trial, unless he cops a plea. Aren't biotechs supposed to be running clinical trials? Why is there such a high burn rate for a company with roughly 20 employees running no trials?
Jobsearchitis is a serious condition!
Exactly who exactly IS the "company" if not its management and board of directors? Because the janitor in Vancouver cleaning the office didn't know about the fraud the "company" is not liable? LMAO!
How is this "revamping" any different than before when past saviors came in? Right now its the same as before - consultants hired with fanfare (who aren't moving to Vancouver). We have a President that failed to meet his goals so he wasn't promoted to CEO in the allotted time frame and is now mysteriously on medical leave.
Well wishes for him during his job hunt? LMAO!
Also isn't Lolyzany's entire livelihood dependent on running trials for cydy? Does he earn income in other ways?
Maybe this will be announced in the next PR?
The real scientists at the FDA told Antonio to remove all references to the drug being safe and effective.
Fun fact about Noodles: he has been arrested once in his 20s, 30s, 40s, and now most recently in his 50s. Does that make him a life long criminal?
And not hiring an unqualified felon as the CEO. BTW, we still do not know why he was not fired for cause but given his golden parachute instead.
That "Lalezarri in front of NIH doctors" video is like the Zapruder video for the lololongs. Only difference is no one other than the lololongs have heard about it and obviously nothing important was said on it or other people would be talking about it.
If it was worth anything would its creator have given it up for a measly $3.5M? Who knows more about the value of the drug, Progenics or the bric-a-brac salesman and felon Nodder?
One thing China gets right is proven scams like this would have been shut down a long time ago. Our toothless SEC and FDA have allowed this to run far too long.
The very reason he was hired by the gym owner and his buddies is precisely because he was a twice convicted felon/criminal who had nothing to lose and everything to gain by doing anything necessary to pump this trash. Ask yourself why a criminal with zero experience in biotech would be hired as the CEO of a biotech?
Far more likely for ole Cy to sell his 26 cent shares and never be heard from again. "But he wouldn't buy shares in a sweetheart deal if he thought the company was going bankrupt". LMAO!
May 31 is the deadline to pay Samung its $30M owed. What happens if CYDY doesn't pay and Samsung files a court order for relief?
This company hasn't achieved anything in the last 3 years. Hiring new people is not an achievement. The revolving door of people coming and going is par for the course at this company. What did Chis Reckner achieve? Mahboob? Etc etc.
Also for the "they wouldn't sign on if the company is going bankrupt" crowd, who the heck wouldn't if offered, for example, $100K for a 2 month commitment? The NASH lady has an INTERIM in her title for a reason. Is she moving to Vancouver?
Pure fiction by her. However, if what she says is true it is highly unethical as a physician to reveal his personal medical information. Did Cytodyn say that he was in the hospital?
That's what I'm thinking. If he's just taking a short break, why would they file this document with the SEC? When Steve Jobs was on medical leave the first time and Tim Cook stood in for him, did they file this (genuine question, I don't know the answer to this)?
New PR saying Cyrus is on medical leave and the weed and wine guy is back to being interim Prez. Interim CMO announced. A lot of "interims" but still no CEO and hold still not removed.
Is "medical leave" code for "I'm outta here!"?
How do you know that all this is happening? Cyrus word? You used to parrot Nader's words also.
I would like to hear his explanation of the "lone wolf" theory and why he thinks Mulholland, Kelly, and the BOD had no involvement or knowledge of Pourhassan's deeds.
For his sake, he better hope there are no "3 strike" laws with mandatory minimum sentencing wherever he's located.
DOJ has a 99.6% conviction rate for those cases that are brought to trial. Most defendants plead guilty before that and give something up to get a lesser sentence for that. Pourhassan will be facing the unlimited resources of the US Govt if he decides to go to trial. Is Cytodyn paying for his lawyers as per his contract? They can't get out of paying it by claiming he is charged for a crime because they did not fire him for cause. They paid his buyout instead. Pourhassan dropped his lawsuit against Cydy so perhaps Cydy indeed agreed to pay for his lawyers.
All of his co-conspirators should be worried as NP is facing a potential 205 years in prison. Whoever he can bring down with him should lessen his sentence. I have repeatedly said the BOD failed the shareholders, who they had a legal duty to look out for, when they looked the other way during all of NP's well documented antics.
CA is acting just like NP did when he was not truthful about what EXACTLY was wrong with the HIV BLA. CA needs to spell out to shareholders EXACTLY what the FDA told him about the hold.
Mikael has a great post up on ymb that gives a concise history of the drug. I'd recommend reading it:
History of Leronlimab - orphaned drug that some rich woman purchased for her felon husband who used to sell fake American Indian dream catchers. The husband (Nader Pourhassan) used his criminal talents to try to resurrect the drug to chase any indication that the orphaned could be used for. During Covid, seeing an huge opportunity jump on the cash cow bandwagon, abandoned all other trials & research, & launched a massive campaign full of lies and bad actors.....
Or the FDA is doing its job looking out for the American public. Have you read about the real adverse effects of NMN or do you just blindly believe what David Sinclair says about it?
These lololongs think a PR announcing the hiring of a person is positive news, never mind the turnstyle of people hired with great fanfare and not a peep when they leave (after being paid millions).
The "lone wolf nodder" theory made no sense since the BOD rubber stamped all of his actions. Plus, who signed the check given to Kazzy for his secret $400K deal? Did the weed and wine guy not know about that?
Company pays hefty 13% fundraising fees to Paulson to keep finding these folks.
Speaking of the BOD, why do they never mention Ryan Dunlop worked at Galena?
Imagine how much better Nada's life would've been had he resigned in 2020 after cashing out. Having $10M in the bank, but instead his "unmitigated greed" consumed him and now he faces a possible 205 years in federal prison.
Happy mothers day to Nader's mother in law! She is the miracle lady! "Go mama go mama!"
