Current standing of OPTEC companies:
Thanks, Jimmy. Yes, I've looked at the WY business registrations awhile ago, after I saw one of your old posts. (I've also checked CA business registrations; nothing there for Pawson's businesses.)
I'm posting this info for all to see:
(OPTEC Global and OPTEC EV are dissolved.)
https://sos.wyo.gov/Business/Default.aspx
#1 and #2 listings contain identical information for OPTEC INTERNATIONAL, INC. (The name was changed from Green Meadow Products, Inc.)

So OPTI tweeted a fake promo ad...
Thanks, RockstarStocks, for the update.
So, the choices are:
1. OPTI outright lies.
2. OPTI doesn't even read what it publicly posts.
3. BOTH!
I'll take #3.
Yes, Optec Displays responded to similar logos:
A $OPTI Tweeter asked Optec Displays about the similar logos... Here's the reply:
Optec Displays, Inc.
@optecdisplays
We were founded long before them so...
CONFIRMED: Optec Displays has NO AFFILIATION:
$OPTI says Financialbuzz.com promo ad contains false info:
(You don't need a Twitter account to read tweets. I don't have an account.)
Nick Lawson@RealNickLawson says:
I called in...Optec Displays has no affiliation with Optec International. They were very confused when I guided them to the article...

(Go to $OPTI to see the confirmation tweets from Optec Displays.)
PLEASE READ if you have a twitter account:
You can send OPTEC questions to him:
Twitter post from Cameron@RealBrannen posted 2 hours ago:
Okay $opti team! I’m going down to the warehouse today to check it out! I’m very close to it! Is there anything you guys want me to do?
Financialbuzz.com article shows products not marketed by OPTEC...?:
The promo shows LED displays including Opt-slim x, Opt-poster, and Intelligent Series modular display. (?????)
https://www.financialbuzz.com/the-buzz-surrounding-optec-international-inc-otc-opti/
Those products come from an Ontario, CA company named “Optec Displays, Inc.” That company owns “Optec LED Lighting”. Both companies have this contact info: 1700 S. De Soto Place, Ontario, CA 91761, (800) 876-1668.
Their digital display products are shown here:
http://www.optec.com/products-lineup/opt-slim/
Their commercial LED lighting is shown here:
http://www.optecledlighting.com
Did the Financialbuzz.com article mix up the 2 “Optec” companies? Or, did OPTEC add these new LED display products?
Roger’s OPTEC twitter account posted it today... if Roger is not selling the products, did Roger or whoever posted the article even read it?
Also, IMHO, OPTEC International made its logo look very similar to Optec LED Lighting.
And the iWand name implies it’s an Apple product (or affiliated with Apple).
Lots of deception, IMHO. And I own OPTI stock, so I am only sharing the truth, not trying to run the price down for my benefit.
P.S. There’s also an iWand for sale on Amazon and various websites by another company, but it’s a “personal massager” Fodder for jokes, but I’ll just leave it there.
OPTEC Hydroxyl Air Sterilizer & how it works:
Article explains how "Ionized Hydro-Peroxide" ("hydroxyl radicals") technology works and why the HVAC industry uses it for indoor air quality:
https://www.rgf.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Hydroperoxide-for-IAQ.pdf
Btw, I have REME HALO in-duct purifiers installed my A/C system. They use UV LED and ionized hydrogen-peroxide,
similar to the Raycono Hydroxyl units sold by OPTEC.
http://www.raycono.com/ver2/ (shows 4 models)
The Technology section has info on Raycono/OPTEC product. Also shows certification.
OPTEC addresses in Vista, CA:
I think these are the current addresses:
1. Exec office: 3151 Scott Street, Vista, CA 92081
2. 22,000 sq ft space: 1255 Keystone Way, Suite 104, Vista, CA 92081
Anybody know why Raycono.com no longer shows iWand?:
Does Raycono make it anymore? Until recently, it was on their website (with the Raycono name on it, not iWand).
Optec gets the wand and the Portable UVC Sterilization & Disinfection Device from Raycono, and adds their name/logo:
http://www.raycono.com
If that doesn't work, try this URL:
www.raycono.com/ver2/
(My post #4614 has more details. I didn't see any responses.)
BIOMSK brochure, and FDA status:
Brochure: https://navitihealth.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/31/2020/06/Biomsk-Presentation-ENGLISH-AQ-1.pdf
Says "FDA Certified", but that's not accurate. The BIOMSK parent company GRUPO TEXTIL PROVIDENCIA is FDA registered. But registration for masks such as BIOMSK is optional and doesn't certify any products.
The FDA database includes:
"medical device manufacturers registered with FDA and medical devices listed with FDA. Note: Registration of a device establishment, assignment of a registration number, or listing of a medical device does not in any way denote approval of the establishment or its products by FDA."
My post #46306 has more info and links on BIOMSK and its certification claims.
The good news is that is looks like a high-quality mask with unique properties. I just wish they and OPTEC would not claim/imply FDA "certification".
Here's what BIOMSK manufacturer says about FDA:
http://biomsk.us/about/
Scroll to bottom of page. It implies FDA certification, but FDA doesn't regulate masks that are not actual medical devices, which BIOMSK is not.
BIOMSK registration with FDA:
OPERATOR NUMBER: 10071706
REGISTER NUMBER: 3016829866
Please see my post #46129 that has more info and links for BIOMSK.
Here is FDA info for face and surgical masks:

Raycono no longer shows iWand:
What's going on with OPTEC's iWand and Hydroxyl sterilizer products?
Optec gets the iWand and the “Optec Hydroxyl” Portable UVC Sterilization & Disinfection Device from this company:
http://www.raycono.com
If that doesn't work, try this URL:
www.raycono.com/ver2/
I noticed that Raycono no longer shows their UVC LED Sterilizer. (?) This is the product that OPTEC sells as the rebranded OPTEC iWand.
The Raycono website shows 4 models of the "Raycono air sterilizer". However, the OPTEC International website no longer shows the announcements of its securing distribution rights for that product (and the iWand) in its "News" section. (?)
The August OPTEC catalog shows the iWand and one OPTEC rebranded model:

BIOMSK is made by a Mexican company, info:
http://biomsk.us/
https://proviamiga.com/salud
Proviamiga site shows the various sizes and designs. (Plus OPTEC may customize its own logo or designs.)
"The company BIOMSK® is part of Grupo Providencia, a certified company with more than 60 years of experience, in the development and commercialization of textile products of the highest quality."
"the only reusable mask for 10 days with an active nano molecule" (NBELYAX, reportedly kills RNA & DNA)
https://product.statnano.com/product/10488/nbelyax%AE
If you do research, be careful of spellings: other companies make masks with names like "Bio-Mask", but the Mexican company's masks are spelled BIOMSK.
The masks aren't cheap, but they are reusable and unique (I couldn't find any other masks using NBELYAX).
From various BIOMSK seller websites: "Mask can be reused 10 times, washed with water 3 times within a span of 7 days." "Wholesale $137.50 for 25 = $5.50 each." An eBay seller sold 7 for %8.99.
corebranding.shop says it is "the exclusive rep for sales in America" (?). Will OPTEC get masks from them, or directly from the Mexico source?

Yahoo msg board also reported weird spike
I'm just copying/pasting what the 2 commenters said, I don't have any other info:
OPTI Conversations on Yahoo Finance:
"Just had the craziest thing happen to me, I was updating my fidelity app on my iPhone and for a millisecond OPTI showed a 799% gain... and as quickly as it came, it disappeared, it was too fast for me to get a screenshot smh. I figured most holders here would find that amusing haha"
".07 alert was just triggered, strange?"
OPTEC addresses and building occupancy
OPTImystic, thanks for your previous posts re: visiting OPTEC.
It would be very helpful to OPTEC investors if you can verify how OPTEC uses the two buildings it appears to currently occupy ... inventory, assembly, repackaging, or any other activities. (I wish you’d find R&D and manufacturing, but I won’t hold my breath!)
1. Exec office: 3151 Scott Street, Vista, CA 92081
2. 22,000 sq ft space: 1255 Keystone Way, Suite 104, Vista, CA 92081
As you’ve said, these 2 locations are not far from each other. (MapQuest shows 0.1 miles apart). I hope you can visit them both. Photos would be much appreciated. ?
Yes, OPTEC lied. No Far UVC product was "available" in June 2020.
As I posted yesterday, a FAR UVC LED product was the key reason I bought OPTI.
5/29/2020: OPTEC ‘...today announced the company has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for a new line of Far UVC LED Disinfecting lighting products for distribution in California.”
Correct, UVkind Wand is not LED.
I posted it to show a hand-held product that is clearly touted as Far UVC. (Unlike some other hand-held products that have been posted, both LED and non-LED, that imply they are Far UVC, but aren't.)
Sorry if confusing. I should have posted it as a general comment, not a reply to your post.
BTW, it has some generic info on FAR UVC light that some readers may find interesting.
(hype?) UVkind Handheld 222nm far UV-C sanitation Wand
Not yet available. I have no idea if this is true.
https://uvkind.com/
UVkind Handheld 222nm far UV-C sanitation Wand reservation form. The world's first handheld Far UV-C 222nm skin safe wand for killing viruses, sterilization, & germicide. Reserve now at no cost. We will contact you with pricing once we get closer to our late June delivery date. This device is designed for medical professionals and commercial use and not for personal use.
That’s not Far UVC, which as been tested as effective at 222NM.
Description says:
The Ultraviolet Sterilizer Wand is rated and tested for emitting 260NM to 285NM UV-C light waves...
OPTEC promised a Far UVC LED commercial solution in June. This is a key reason I bought OPTI: Far UVC!
“The company will be releasing the commercial Far UVC LED lighting solution in June for use in business, medical, schools, transportation, hospitality and many more applications for complete non-chemical sanitization and disinfection uses. OPTEC already has previous distribution contracts in place with LED lighting manufacturers who are using the proprietary lens projection technology in the new commercial Far UVC LED products making them more effective in coverage than current products on the market.“
I've lost a lot of money in OPTEC, at least in part because of this lie.
OPTEC Intl removed commercial lighting info from its website. WHY? (Big news coming, scam, or what?) I own shares at high prices, so I hope it's not a scam! INFO:
optecintl.com recently scrubbed its website of any product information on commercial lighting solutions. Previously, there were photos and descriptions of multiple commercial LED (not UVC or Far UVC) lighting products.
The website currently says this: “The company is focused on the distribution of the OPTEC Fuel Maximizer and third-generation OPTIMUM LED lighting solutions for a revolutionary product line designed to have substantial impact on global health.”
I clicked on an imbedded link for commercial lighting solutions and got a blank page that said it’s under construction. (???) BTW, I see different information on the website when using my MacBook, iPad, or iPhone. But, none show product info for any commercial lighting.
All press releases prior to 6/12/2020 have been removed from the website, under “Investors”, then under “News”. Why? (To prevent this from being seen?...)
5/29/2020: OPTEC ‘...today announced the company has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for a new line of Far UVC LED Disinfecting lighting products for distribution in California.” I previously posted about that.
The other OPTEC website only lists Rover and iWand as products: optecuvc.com
OPTEC said "Far UVC LED" would be available June 2020(?!)
What happened? OPTEC press release on 5/29/2020:
“The company will be releasing the commercial Far UVC LED lighting solution in June for use in business, medical, schools, transportation, hospitality and many more applications for complete non-chemical sanitization and disinfection uses. OPTEC already has previous distribution contracts in place with LED lighting manufacturers who are using the proprietary lens projection technology in the new commercial Far UVC LED products making them more effective in coverage than current products on the market.“
