I will hold this stock for at least 5 years
Maybe I'll flip some when we reach $1 and than ride free shares
The potential is huge and we are just beginning. I hope, that they haven't dropped their plans to leave the pinks in the near future.
As good as their technology seems to be, as bad is their IR
There seems to be an endless supply of shares
If you watch L2 you will see UBSS and STGI selling what the market can absorb (eat up)
I assume that the company is not selling shares and that's not only retailers throwing their shares away
So it's probable, that Nutmeg sells the shares from the 750k financing a few months ago.
If we stay at that low volume, the pps will drop further on, other than we get some hard facts about how the business is realy going
I hope that we don't have to eat up all of Nutmeg's shares before this baby will rock
And I can't remember to have done bad things the last days so that they not even fill me @0.47
I'm sitting at the bid @0.46 and have got nothing.
Same as yesterday
Next time they should ask us investors for the money
That would lead to a better result per share and improved tranparancy.
I even would accept restricted shares
Last Trade @0.023€, not 0.23
The trading in Frankfurt is negligible, only about 400,000 traded.
Friday's close was 0.021€, last trade @0.023€ (0.0293$)
So Frankfurt seems to be up 9.5%
Do you know some details about the deal with Nutmeg?
It's a little bit complicated to ask my broker for the current quote, because I dont't have direct access to the American market (German broker). My orders are routed through BNP Paribas in France, the "mother" of my broker
Just wondered why I haven't got filled @.40 (not even partially). Will try my best next week
Have a nice weekend
I've got nothing for my order @0.40
Can't see current B/A. Maybe I've to change to 0.45
Could someone post B/A?
Hi to all,
got in here yesterday @0.105 and the only thing I can say: Shit
I'm from Germany and the Canadians call us the crazy Germans, because we like explorer companies and buy all we can get hold of, provided that the company at least has a spade to dig a hole
Could it be, that you Americans are as crazy as we are?
I hope you're right
That would make me a good one
Any thoughts were all these shares are coming from, sold at bid for weeks now?
Most of them come through UBSS & STGI
Investors getting tired?
The shares from the last 700k financing? (If so, this will keep on for awhile)
I don't think that the co. is selling shares in the open market. They've got the money for R&D
Where did you get the O/S of 55M?
But it would help, if we knew the conditions of the financing
Hopefully this is not the expected JV
Would they be in negotiations with multiple large corporations for a JV if the bioreactor is inefficient?
I think they see no need to trumpete those numbers, because they are already talking with the right people
At this early stage NNLX doesn't care much about the pps
They have to care about the financing of current and future projects without massive dilution of the stock. What could be better than a JV?
The demand for hydrogen is already there. We don't have to wait several years. Plants like Welch can use the on place produced hydrogen to (partially) replace the conventional energy needed for production.
I think, that hydrogen is the only replacement for fossil fuels.
Have a look at ARGY - very interesting story
Recommendation in Germany.
Our MM is just covering
I hope we can attract some new investors
On the other hand, I'd like to see the pps below 0.20 until the end of this week to load up some more cheap shares
I don't know where you've found a relation between NGXL and NNLX.
The only relation I know is between NPHC and NNLX. NPHC is using a bunch of patents of NNLX and so they will get a small percentage of NPHC's revenues.
But NPHC is worth to have a look at, because they a currently in negotiations with a supplier of test kits for the WHO
You're posting tons of articles redarding various methods of producing hydrogen, but without any personal comment
What do you want to tell us?
NNLX isn't the company with a technology never seen before?
Dig a hole, grab some bacterias and you're done?
I dont't understand your intention
The only conversion I see at the moment is the conversion of real money into book losses
Thought @0.05 it's a good time to average down - didn't do it
Thought @0.04 it's a good time to average down - didn't do it
I dont't see a bottom at the moment and I'm really helpless how to get ever out of this with a profit
Did you follow the NDOL board after the merger had been announced?
Same thing as over here
Nobody could imagine why the stock tanked several days
What's our current benefit having facts instead of "rumours"?
This story reminds me of NDOL
Russia/Nigeria
Compared to that we still have to go our way down
I'm about 50% under water, but dont't even think to sell
AMRE tradable in Berlin as of today (EOM)
The CEO of NanoLogix reminds me on Bill Gates who said, long time ago, that at least one PC will be in each household and only a few people could follow his thoughts.
Today there are comparable few people who realize the great chance of hydrogen as a replacement for fossil fuels, especially with the technology of NanoLogix.
As Mr. Felder said:
"We believe that hydrogen holds the key to completely changing the worldwide energy paradigm, and for enabling America to achieve complete energy independence"
If Erie succeeds, there is nothing against 90% of all Wastewater Treatment Plants using the technology of NanoLogix
This stock has the potential to be the "new Microsoft"
Why shouldn't Hyundai produce the kits?
They could get a license and probably change some minor things to fit their needs
To all employees of Xcelplus:
Please take a spade, walk into the garden behind your office and dig for oil.
Nothing else will help us
This huge PR will obviously be downgraded to a non event
I can't believe it.
How could new investors ever get in this stock, if each PR is used for selling?
I've got my eyes opened today and will be on the buyer's side, if the PPS will reach 0.012 again
I really hope, that yesterday's buyers are not today's sellers
That's what I've got in an email a few days ago:
...the Pink Sheets have initiated a premium listing service, the OTCQX, for those Pink Sheet companies that elect to provide regular financial information...
Anyone heard about that?
You are going to buy more shares because of the divi?
If this stock ever sees 0.02 again, I'll be out
I'm totaly disappointed because there is obviously a never ending dillution
Hi to all..
Got in today at 0.114 after having the stock on my WL for a few weeks now. I think that my entry today wasn't bad.
Those of you, who are interested in the hydrogen technology, might also have a look at NNLX
Would it be a good idea, to switch to Global Holdings - after all necessary steps are done and the market has found the fair price - rather than to hold XLPI?
Global Holdings as owner of the patents will get some kind of license fees for all their products.
On the other hand, Holdings are often trading significant below their book value
I only mentioned the remaining O/S after the R/S
No idea, whether the A/S of EFWD is also affected (you can often see that the A/S remains at it's origin value after the R/S)
If so, there would be enough left for the 10 M shares for the financing
As you've said: It's a wait and see
So let's do a little bit of math:
I assume that the holders of restricted XLPI shares also got the Global dividend
350 M (O/S) / 20 = 17.5 M dividend shares of Global Holdings
EFWD Outstanding Shares: 141,318,282 as of 2006-05-05 (pinksheets.com)
R/S 1 for 60 will result in round about 2.5 M O/S
Now it's obvious, that the dividend shares will also be reverse splitted
Correct me, if I'm wrong
Same procedure as always
STGI + UBSS sitting at the ask and most of the trades thrown into the bid
That's what I don't understand
Does the setup of a second bioreactor also tell us, that Welch is working as expected and commercially usable?
I think that they wouldn't start a second pilot where obviously only the input stream differs, if the rest would only work poor
Would like to see an update, where the financing of the second reactor is explained. Perhaps they are partially sponsored by the City of Erie
