Never said he told me about the amount of warrants. I was told by someone else who seems to know what they are talking about. I could be wrong, but we will see.
There were 400 mil. at one point. For any more details you can check the filings.
I was told the warrants would be gone by December, however, Rich’s comment seems to be referring to any and all toxic debt.
Update from Rich: Debt settlement has been going very well and will hopefully be wrapped up soon.
This is in line from what I’ve heard, last week the warrants were down to 100 mil.
Was told the debt would be settled by the end of November.
Current o/s is 689 mil., believe it will be up to 750-800 mil. in a few months. But no hard dumping, paying off the debt with minimal shares. Once we see this on paper, hopefully in conjunction with a few good prs, this thing should start moving.
Nothing that we don’t know, some dilution I’m sure, but my guess is a lot sold this morning to go chase OPT* for a bit
There isn’t a pm guys, come on
Just a figure I’m pretty sure about.
We already know more “dumpage” is coming. It will get diluted to 800 mil. shares in the next few months. The bright spot is that these added shares are ridding us of warrants and toxic debt, once that news finally breaks, we should have enough volume and interest to eat through the shares and move on up.
With regard to the uplist, I’m expecting it to come before the end of the week.
Yeah it’s very possible that it is lower than expectations. But don’t think that is what will move the stock up or down when the 3q is filed...it’s all about the warrants, which I think will be welcome news for everyone. I’m just looking for us to hit the 4 mil. mark for the whole year, that’ll build trust in Gary’s estimates and we can look for a minimum of 10 mil. for 2021.
Don’t think so, I had heard that Berkshire Hathaway was getting into the HOCL realm. Just shows that we are in a growing sector and the big boys are looking to get in as well.
Here is the response I got from Rich concerning Don: The other group is related to RB Capital. I am not coordinating with them and as far as I know RB Capital is handling that.
Agreed
I use Schwab, no fees, seems to be more reliable than others as well
It was still 681 mil when I called two days ago.
With regard to the current lower pps I think that is the way of the stock market and especially the otc, it runs hard on prospects, but until you have hard financials and are paying off debt, it takes time to get there. Once we show on paper our debt is diminishing substantially we will be in a slog here.
I think a reasonable pps forecast for next year is .25. I expect 7 mil. In profit with 800 mil. os.
Not happening, looks like we will max out at 800 mil.
Thanks for that clarification. I agree, nothing negative to say about this PR. Wouldn’t be surprised if our new IR guy wrote it, he did major in communications.
With that sort of experience he seems to be a nice addition.
Hey DE, you have an estimated date for your website launch?
From what I’ve found, yes. You are welcome to wait for the next filing to find out, but yes, they have been reduced.
That’s actually an interesting idea
Unfortunately, you are wrong. Only 100 mil. warrants left is my guess. They should be gone by December. Don’t worry, we will still welcome you back when you buy back in.
Yeah, from what I’ve found the warrants are a 1/4 of what they were, almost there. Probably will be free of them before the end of the year.
Once they show how much debt has been reduced it will start moving
I rather not, I’ll play the same games others are on here. Hopefully it will be for all to see soon though.
Almost gone
Sorry namtae, just isn’t going to happen. Yes, dilution will hold us back for a bit, but the floor isn’t falling through on this one I don’t think.
Thank you
I’m also wondering if these low share prices work out to our benefit. There was at one point 400 mil. outstanding warrants(from what I understand, there are currently significantly less), does a lower share price allow Gary to negotiate lower cash payments in exchange for the warrants? Might be way off with that, but just a thought.
My guess is that company they are selling to does more than we think.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the oil well tests would be using Catholyte not Hydrolyte. The PR on Monday said it was for 1 mil. gallons of Hydrolyte. This PR has nothing to do with well testing.
I also assumed it was part of a test on the wells as well. Just came across some info, however, and it has nothing to do with the testing. Looks to be a great deal for the company.
I too believe multiple press releases will be coming down the line too, but there is no way to know if they will really appreciate the stock price. For instance, if details are released about what percentage stake PCTL has with the UK partner, will it be what people want to hear? What if it’s 25%, is that enough? I think it might be even lower.
What if the PO details are given and it’s a smaller order than hoped?
I don’t think PRs will help the price much until we see financials and they instill some more company confidence.
That being said, if we are shown all toxic debt has been paid off and get rest of the year guidance that exceeds expectations, then we might get some movement.
I still believe it will only be increased to around 800 mil.
Well, I think even though it’s not ideal at the moment, it has to be done to expand at the needed rate.
You have mentioned many times that you have run the numbers with a billion shares outstanding in mind this whole time. You knew what was possible, I think we will be closer to 800 mil. Why are you changing with short term droppage?
Gary has been saying how he is going to run the company in the short term, pay of older debt, dilute some to pay for expansion, and bring on better terms in financing at the same time. None of this was unknown
I believe there probably will be, but I also believe we will be getting hard numbers and details on the UK soon too, don’t see us dropping below our recent lows
As Gary already mentioned, and I know we don’t love it, the short term share price is not what he’s fretting about, he’s looking mid and long term.
Exactly
Called the TA today
We already know it’s at 681 mil. as of today, we will see raises in the outstanding shares. Need to come to grips with that
