Eric Holder is stepping down as attorney general. I wonder what this could do to the legal marijuana movement.

New Poll Shows Amendment 2 May Not Have Enough Support to Pass
http://floridamarijuanainfo.org/marijuana-legalization-in-florida/new-poll-shows-amendment-2-may-not-have-enough-support-to-pass/
In answer to your PM message. Yes I'm a shareholder. There are 2 sides to a coin. IMO QASP is being way over hyped with very little DD being done to see if it is possible foe the company to carry out its business plan. At this point I say no. If or when funding is announced this will give some idea if the company can survive.
Cut and pasting forward looking statements from company press releases is not good DD. You have to dig around to find out facts about the forward looking statements and this will give a good idea if company can carry out the business plan. Having one grow store will not give funding to carry out QASP business plan. Will QASP be able to have grow centers in Florida which a lot of shareholders are banking on, that is a question yet to be answered.
THIS POST IS MY OPINION...In March of 2014 Donnell was sleeping with her bedroom window open and heard the bandwagon passing on its way to a marijuana workshop seminar being held March 8 in Jacksonville. Her brain must have started working overtime on how to Rope-A-Dope the QASP shareholders and possible shareholders. http://www.prweb.com/releases/2014/03/prweb11635944.htm Recreational marijuana and medical marijuana has been on the Florida's drawing board for years. Recreational marijuana was rejected by the Florida senate but there was enough voter signatures to get MMJ amendment 2 placed on the ballot for the November 4,2014 election. At this point my understanding of amendment 2 will not benefit QASP, it will have to ,be amended which a suit has already been filed by growers. QASP IMO is a day late and a dollar short to compete in this market. I know of several company's that have already bought or leased hundreds of thousands of Sq.Ft . of warehouse space and will manufacture equipment or have the funding to set up grow houses. There are some big players that
has Florida in their sights. If QASP does not have a big player on it's side I don't see how it can prosper in Florida. Donnell first mention of going into the MMJ business was March 24. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61564012 IMO Donnell has good idea but it is a little late and no funding. Under a republican administration marijuana will not be favorable. Scott a republican is a head in the polls for governor
The CEO has said grow warehouses coming but there is one thing she forget to say, where is the funding coming from. IMO grow warehouses is a point mute until where funding is coming from.
Finally a "Common Sense" post!...Thanks
IMO it is foolish to take the word of a penny stock CEO that says there will be no reverse split or anything for that matter because they are protected by the Safe Harbor Act.
What makes QASP in the Marijuana Sector. Owning a garden Shop that sells products to grow tomatoes, papers and other vegetables IMO does not make it in the Marijuana Sector. A company is protected by the Safe Harbor Act so they can put out all the propaganda they want, just like saying there will be no R/S.
Name some of these business connection in Florida and how will they benefit QASP?
Catch it!!
Today is the 22 that leaves around one week.
I have looked over the southern states to see what there MMJ laws for the ones that have past and the ones that would pass by vote or legislation. The way it looks to me, Florida is the only one going for full MMJ law. IMO the rest of the states is passing or trying to pass CBD'S only in the extract form. I guess I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer because I can't figure out how the laws will benefit QASP. If amendment 2 passes in Florida IMO QASP will not benefit unless the growing rules are amended.
Volume is drying up and IMO it will stay that way until some of the forward looking statements come to fruition.
I wonder how much it will cost let's say to set 100,000 S.F. of growing area and where will QASP get the funding?
Qasp should only be about a week before the new ecommerce website and name change.
Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. would like to provide the following update to its shareholders and investment community. Hydro-Grow Supply, Inc. is doing great and revenues have already increased from prior years. The new ecommerce website site will be debuting in September of 2014 together with our new name and national brand.

I wonder why QASP is not listed on the Cannabis Stocks Index?

Forward looking do not add revenues to a company unless they are carried out. Where will QASP get the funding for this project without giving the shareholders value away?
IMO there are to many forward looking statements in the "MANY REASONS WHY MANY QASP LONGS COULD_BE_MULTI-MILLIONAIRES_IN_FUTURE!!!
I have not figured out how QASP will benefit from amendment 2 passing because of its wording. A court action was filed by the growers the other day to change the rules, "who can grow". Under the planned rules until they are changed IMO QASP will not be in the running. Shareholders will have to wait for the courts decision to see where QASP stands.
The poll you gave is a May 5 poll..4 months old. The poll I gave is one week old. Which will be more correct?
Who said QASP is in the top 50 to be licensed to grow. Please give link.
Please give link to poll.
Poll: Florida’s Medical Marijuana Amendment in Danger
By: Jon Walker Wednesday September 17, 2014 7:14 am
Efforts to make Florida the first southern state to adopt medical marijuana are in danger of possibly coming up short this November. A new SurveyUSA/WFLA pollfound only 56 percent of voters at this moment plan to support Amendment 2, Florida’s Right to Medical Marijuana Initiative while 31 percent plan to vote against it. The remaining 13 percent are still undecided
In most states that would be enough, but Florida’s unusual ballot rules require any amendment to receive at least 60 percent of the vote to be adopted. That means Amendment 2 is right at the cusp of victory or defeat.
If the undecided voters break evenly the measure would end up with roughly 62 percent of the vote, just barely clearing the threshold, but when it comes to ballot measures people are who undecided at the end tend to break towards the “No” camp. People often vote to maintain the status quo if they are unsure.
This is just the latest poll to show the election is extremely close. While a clear majority of Florida voters think medical marijuana should be legal, the size of the majority might barely not be big enough. This election could be a real nail biter.
