Many here are acting and posting like the $$ from YA is a given...its NOT!! There are lots of fancy words/wording in the funding agreement and this $$ is not a sure thing by a long shot.

Also, while what YA is doing is legal, we are getting screwed!! It is very clear that other VC's dont want anything to do with NEOM and I am sure it is because YA is involved.

Iain should be looking for other money and I sure hope that is what he is doing.

Nobody is saying that Gavitec and Snap arent working together.

So they are working together and as BE pointed out, they were working together pre-NEOM. That is common knowledge.

Snap and Gavitec working together does not mean that Snap (or its silent partners) are not hungry (and wont demand) to get the money they are owed. We are talking $4.5 million+. This alone is almost 50% of the money that NEOM might be getting from YA and to keep playing it off like its no big deal is very irresponsible at best.

Money has killed many a business relationship and with NEOM on the ropes, 12 Snap would be foolish to let it slide.

Who knows, maybe 12 Snap will take Gavitec as payment for the outstanding debt. :)

Was there really any solid reason why the stock ran for the last few days? IMO, NO! I would bet that a huge amount of that run was from penny flippers riding the MOMO. This retreat is what should be expected when there was no wonderful news that started the run. Sure it was nice that we got on iTunes and that YA bent us over a barrel again for funding, but this is not news to make us run upwards. We need deals and contracts that bring in the $$.

Without any deals we will sit and wallow in sub penny land. IMO

Where does this stuff come from? You are trying to make us believe that 12 Snap is not wanting THEIR money ($4.5 MILLION+) and that all is well. Just because they are doing some trial with Gavitec does not mean that their relationship with NEOM about $$ is all roses. I just dont buy that at all.

interesting as I have known about this issue with Scottrade for months. as recently as 1.5 months ago I attempted to pick up some shares and got the pop up telling me I had to call the office to make the purchase.
Interesting none the less.

it very well could have ALL been penny flippers. there are alot of penny flippers out there that know how to suck in the "less skilled" traders by way of penny boards, then jump ship.

the news about YA funding (kind of, sort of, maybe) and Neoreader on iTunes is NOT anything that should turn this ship around. We need deals that produce $$$ and that is the only thing that will turn us around.

Hopefully, Iain has some earth shattering news, we need it or we will go right back to where we started on this run.

Clawmann....we HOPE this financing will hold us for at least a year. We have some serious financial obligations that are yet to be paid. Where is this $$ going to come from?

While I am very happy that we are moving in the right direction PPS wise, what is all of this run based on? The financing deal is $$$, but it is not a very good deal for NEOM and will this really cover all of NEOMs outstanding obligations?
12Snap is still owed what....$4 million? CH is still owed a boat load of coin as well. Then we need to cover just good old existing salaries and office expenses. I guess all we can do is sit and wait.

Hopefully NEOM will keep on running, at this point, I could care less why as long as it keeps running. LOL
