Why? So the company can have one of their promoters whitewash the bad past, present, and only discuss the great future?
Come on.
Same song. Here, this is from the man. Try to comprehend it:

To All: Re: Moderator/Assistants
I've gotten no less than 100 PMs in the last week or so regarding this board and the Moderator.
I understand he's involved in a lawsuit with the company. That is not a TOU. I understand that having him as a Mod can be annoying since he's clearly negative on the stock; however, in my review of the board, he's actually running an excellent board. The board is on topic and the iBox appears to have nothing more than facts in it. That's all I ask for.
I don't care if you're negative or positive on the stock...as long as you're talking about the stock.
Now, if you think he's doing a horrible job, please send me examples of incorrect deletions or submit TOU violations of posts that should have been deleted.
Until I see him doing something inappropriate or him lacking in his Mod duties, I see no reason to remove the Mod.
Any discussion of this post needs to be taken up with me privately. This is not a valid board topic.
Why? Because the Kistler family (Duane and Brian) are dirty stock fraudsters who hover around their computers all day watching the scoop on their MULTIPLE scam shells? Maybe.
Geesh, you were hiding in the corner all cramped down behind that car.
You're right, I give up. I'm the worst moderator in world. I delete every message. I delete anything good about ADCS. I am the reason the stock fell from .004 when the other promoter group tried to oust me to .0002.
Now that I've admitted that, you can call Mr. Kistler and tell him I'm a bad guy.
So now that the late night paid promotion and orchestrated attack session appears over, I will give it a rest as well.
With that in mind, the rules on the ADCS board are: Talk about the company, its past, present, future, its officers, its business, but don't talk about each other or utterly off topic things.
And silly promoters, it's not me deleting your messages.
The stock price has shown its genuine bias against investors. .0002.
Tell me, why is ADCS a good stock?
Your point is?
Can you point to a single message I have erroneously deleted?
Can't you read? I DID NOT DELETE ANY POSTS RELATING TO ADCS. MOD SQUAD, ADMIN, AND THE NEUTRAL MOD DELETE MOST POSTS BECAUSE OF ATTACKS AND OFF TOPIC NONSENSE.
The lawsuit is trivial. Nobody cares about it. It's an excuse for promoters who get together and want to make the ibox look like ADCS is all glory.
False claims of Walmart ventures.
False claims of Warner Brothers participation.
Come on, give it a rest. The company wants to sell people stock, and you want them to buy. Sad game.
.0002?
It was an investment for the guys at .005.
It was an investment for the guys who bought IMMN and it disappeared one day.
It was an investment for the guys who bought Massive G MSGM, where's that?
It was an investment for the guys who bought RHNA and RHMX and thought it was a cable tv station. Gone.
It was an investment CCDX weight loss centers. Where did the centers go?
Same stock. Different game.
But I don't think it's an investment for you, I think you're a promoter.
San Jose, Costa Rica. 1:40 a.m. 80 degrees all year round, 75 at night. Every night is a Summer holiday. Just sit back, have a drink, and watch stock promoters do their twisted thang.
Your group invited me to the Lot, of course I'm going to stay until your gang clears out.
Yet nothing better to do for all of you but have a second orchestrated attempt to attack me and my assistant moderator?
The game has been played out.
Every mod is biased in their personal opinions.
If you own the stock you are biased since you want it to go up.
If you lost money you are biased as you don't like management.
Some mods are even paid promoters who admit receiving payment.
The issue, according to admin, is whether you moderate fairly. You can't point to a single message that I deleted unfairly.
I said it over and over, it's not me.
I've posted 5 times in two weeks? Negative rants? LOL.
The stock is .0002.
If people would have listened to the negative rants when it was .004 they wouldn't have lost $400,000.
I guess I made the company increase the authorized too.
tom?
Can I ask you guys a serious question? Did you all have a conference call at 3:00 a.m. E.S.T. on Saturday morning (Friday night that is) to come attack me? Isn't there a club or something you can go to?
I've been more than quiet on ADCS and gave the company a chance to prove itself. It just made a fool of a bunch of investors (including alot of people that begged admin to remove me) and I've received multiple apologies after they lost their bank on the dilution.
So you guys are going to make it pop, pump it a bit, stir the excitement, and leave another batch with the worthless shares and the reverse split.
Sad job ya'll got.
And if you moderated it, would you have a bias? You would like to promote a scam stock where people lost hundreds of thousands of dollars -- it's odd how some of you can live with yourselves.
I am not even the one who deletes the messages you complain about. I don't delete positive messages about the stock. I could care less.
All I do is make sure people can see the history and the full story. I hope ADCS does make money because then I might recover something someday.
But I'm not going to rah rah a Paul Taylor scam shell which now appears to have the Kistler crew (every stock that Kistler touched went into .000x including ADCS).
So tell me, why do you like ADCS?
Bro, I was just in Las Vegas appearing at the status conference in the lawsuit against ADCS-- so spare me the rhetoric.
Speaking of lawsuits, ADCS is in default again. Their answer was due in 10 days from the date of filing the amended suit.
Maybe have Mr. Kistler work on the answer because if he defaults, I might be cohosting the supposed faux idol.
Superbee was placed as a neutral mod on ADCS. Can't say I've got a problem with that because all the attack messages are deleted before I even log on.
Didn't the last bunch of promoters try that several months ago? Now that everyone lost their money, a new group of promoters wants a fresh start.
Don't blame me for the company's dilution. I was actually hoping they'd do the right thing this time.
They didn't.
They won't.
Don't blame me because they have a $15 packaged website with a bunch of "coming soon" notices.
My lawsuit against ADCS is for defamation because when I posted publicly about the fraud done in 2005/2006, they spread malicious lies. It has nothing to do with the business model.
I have been mod before the company was ADCS.
Now the last crew that complained about me, they invested into ADCS about .002. They lost 90 percent of their investment as the price is now .0002/.0003. So now it's round 2?
Here's the history of this Paul Taylor stock:
CCDE/CCDX alleged weight loss
RHMX hip hop channel
RHNA media distribution nonsense
MSGM Massive "G" Entertainment
IMMN/IMIN International Minerals Mining
ADCS/VStarr game
Everybody who has invested lost their money since 2005. I don't know what's more clear. Constant reverse splits, etc.
If my lawsuit is a conflict of interest, isn't owning the stock a conflict of interest? Doesn't everybody have a conflict of interest who mods a board?
Now as far as deletions, don't point the finger at me, bro. I can't delete them when Admin, Mod Squad, or the neutral mod beat me to it. Kudos to them for making me look like a slacker.
LOL, is that supposed to sell more stock? What's the babbling about discrimination. We've accused ADCS of massive stock dilution and taking advantage of investors, not discrimination.
But now that the issue has been brought up -- how exactly will this thing be judged? Will the McKenna and Kistler families have a big party and play the soundfiles?

Congratulations on that call.
I understand that such a thing might be part of the plan to sell more stock. In reviewing the other cases where Brian Kistler was I.R., after he brought the price down, they announced his firing. The glee caused the volume and price to go up, and then additional dilution took place.
It'd be the same modus operandi, the same song and dance.
I think that, most likely, the problem is the company's self-promoting press releases. They're acting like MySpace ads are some great accomplishment. The only accomplishment would be $800,000 in sign ups to the contest, which isn't going to happen. Specifically, they sold over $400,000 worth of ADCS stock, and ADCS only receives half of the revenues. So which is the better deal? Selling stock or obtaining revenues from a contest? I think for Mr. Kistler, it's diluting this shell.
What? Was their credit card declined because that's all it takes.
I won't know, Keef, but you do know that the Pennsylvania securities fraud litigation was withdrawn to be refiled in federal court. I think that the records will be made available in connection with that action, don't you?
It won't stop trading. It'll reverse split.
I don't disagree, it's cheap, easy, and can be set up in minutes.
How hard is it to make a pay per impression or a pay per click ad? I think the problem is getting people to submit a tape.
It's no different than when ADCS was RHMX and they put little ads on Google touting the stock. Big deal. The question is whether the ads will result in people paying $25.00 to submit their song to some contest judged solely by VStarr, whoever that is.
What's worse is how will they broadcast these songs when they aren't paying ASCAP royalties?
The difference between American Idol and this is Idol of course pays royalties on each and every song that is broadcast.
Well it's one or the other, Keef. Or maybe it was brokered, sold cash and carry. It's all based on the suggestion that The Man still owns it, which I assume the man to be Paul Taylor.
The way they usually do it is they sell the preferred stock, but make them contingent on a future payment such as $200,000. If that money doesn't come, then the preferred shares can be repossessed. It's usually known ahead of the game that the payment would not be forthcoming. During the time, there's a vig on the commons that are sold paid to a nominee of the actual shell owner. It has to be carefully structured.
On the other hand, the Kistler group may very well have bought the shell from Paul Taylor.
Either way, we know what the Kistlers are and we know what Paul Taylor is.
They are most likely paying per click. The only way for us to get our money back is to click on the ads if you see them.
My message had a question mark at the end, it was not a statement. I asked the question in response to a message from someone I believe has knowledge. So pay careful attention to the history.
The Kistler/Peter_Fury letter cannot be posted as it includes a PM from ihub.
The Bibiyan letter is absolute nonsense. He claims he is the culprit, not ADCS, he says he did it because of commentary on the Hip Hop Matrix, but at the time the company was still Concorde Resources/Diversified.
He states he doesn't know Paul Taylor and doesn't know me. Yet both the alias incorporated the names of PT and my children, information that only Paul knew.
Finally, Paul Taylor continues to control the website and links it to various documents that only ADCS or those affiliated with it would have.
Therefore, the Bibiyan letter constitutes a ruse; however, that's not to say that actions may not occur against Bibiyan.
The big concealment was Duane Kistler's ownership of the shell.
My suit isn't a priority. But if a class action was filed, it would move along quickly for certification. You guys need a lawyer.
Well blaming the auto mechanic for the shares is not fair game. The auto mechanic Scuderi was just a front for Carnes. They didn't oust the auto mechanic, he quit when the few hundred bucks wasn't worth his wife complaining about receiving legal documents at home.
