Phawking MM manipulation, I bought two blocks of 100K at market, and it goes to 0.033 so I put up another 100K at limit 0.035, it does not take it and a minute later they drop the ask to o.311 while there is a 100K buy at 0.035, and fill me at 0.311 and 0.324. LOWER THAN THE ASK of 0.033.

Investors should understand that there is a reason to go public, this company has done no dilution and not a single dime has gone their way as the investors have made boatload.

unless he has a relationship with a brokerage house, you cannot short penny stocks, an individual can only short through backdoor deals direct with a brokerage house

CLWD was changed to AIAD but 3 days before the stock took off 110%, it maybe that the brokers did a short call and started buying of course it was short lived (no pun intended). If so if there is short here and that was the case we will see a Jump but this is all hypothetical.

having a right mindset on this stock is very important, thinking about current PPS is not the way, I am looking at a year from now and beyond so it makes it so easy to buy boat loads at these dips. I also understand that cash maybe an issue, in the past I have sold some of my other holdings at a loss to buy something that I know will do well in the future and historically that has paid off. This way of thinking is why I have cash to buy.

Buying at these levels should be an easy decision.

there is 455M in the float, I would say maybe around 150M (Estimated) is held by the longs, still 300M (Estimated) shares held by multitude of investors.
over time people get out and new blood comes in and the PPS will grow so will the sell price point. Higher Lows are great.

Positive news will be coming along with organic financing to expand.
The sales staff will not stop increasing customer base.
