Maybe he heard back from Elon Musk? Too good to be true I'm sure... lol
Wow... nice. He'll probably mention it at some point so they must have found more shares to cancel.
So this is interesting. I searched for Silver Cloud Flavors and it's an existing company that supplies flavors to beverage companies and hobbyists.

Wow... maybe something from "phase 2" kicked in. Buckle up!!
I would be patient until the end of this year. Tony specifically mentioned Publix and put up a few dozen other chains that they were targeting. They plan on spreading to double or maybe triple the amount of states and said it was the "2021" plan, so I think it's reasonable to give him some time to do it. They have the freaking team to do it!
He had to work on his presentation for the conference, so I'm sure that's why. Also, nothing really significant was on the fins good or bad so not much to talk about. He's said that we've entered the much anticipated "phase 2", so there may be a ton to talk about very shortly. Buy them cheap while you can!
He was pretty clear that this was current testing and testing that will happen this year. We don't have a location finder yet, so that's a good question on where in MO and IL. He had a slide with all of the companies that they are targeting like Wawa and Publix, so maybe that would give a clue. I think you're right that the Element brands will be the future. CBD is a big hit but good ole alcohol in Element S could also be a game-changer. If we see a Publix deal go through, we can all pretty much start preparing for our retirement.
It doesn't show up because the Busch transactions happened in 2018. The latest annual report only shows transactions from 2019-2020.
"Number of Shares
outstanding as of
1/1/2019"
He confirmed that APRU is in phase 2 now, so progress and results should come quickly. If the expansion is true from the presentation and the stores that he specifically named are really going to happen, you're getting out at exactly the wrong time.
Yeah that's what I heard as well! If Publix comes true, that would just be the beginning as other grocers would jump on board. This crazy $100 million projection may not be so crazy by this time next year.
Oh yeah... lol I will maybe reach back out to Publix to ask them. This is the perfect product for them as they typically are not the cheapest grocery chain, but they're one of the best. Fresh Market and Wawa seem to be on their radar as well.
He did confirm that they have taken product to Publix and are working on a "project" with them. This is huge news!!
Yeah, super choppy. They talk about Publix and the numbers that they are expecting are insane. I'm starting from the beginning now.
Most longs? I didn't see anyone here or on any other group have expectations of massive earnings. The report was pretty much what most of us thought it would be.
I'm sure he's heads down on getting the fins ready, so I wouldn't expect to hear from him until they've been posted to OTC.
Something bad would have to happen if this were to go back to trips. We went there last year due to the loss of distribution, so it made sense once we all found out all that had happened with the business. This year we have a new product line in its infancy stage that is rapidly expanding, so even at these prices, I think we're set up for potentially huge gains.
This is just how this stock goes and will go until something massive happens, which should happen at some point this year. It looks like the stock moved up quickly and scaled back as short investors took profits. People who actually know what's going on are sticking around for the bigger prizes.
Yeah, good point but hopefully the stigma of CBD is going away to the point of it being mainstream now. I could definitely see them holding off on anything THC, but Element S would be fine.
Yeah... I'm expecting at least at some point for a Publix announcement from Southern Eagle. I could be dreaming but I think that's the direction that this is going.
Right... With the Busch family so involved with APRU and owning their own distribution company, it makes total sense that Southern Eagle would be the epicenter of growth. It's surprising that it hasn't happened already, but they may be waiting on the development of their full portfolio first? The entire Element product suite (i.e. Element S) hasn't hit the stores yet, so the action so far is peanuts compared to what is coming.
Wow... if he hears of this or responds, we all may be millionaires overnight.
Yep, exactly. Why sell today for small gains when this company is healthy and growing. Eventually, it will outgrow the day trader crap.
I've seen a few posts where they are getting into Delray Beach which is a very nice and heavily populated area in southern Palm Beach county. I think these are the baby steps needed before a big run on grocery stores, so they're doing the right thing by starting there. Once they have support of those stores and can re-order, it will hopefully grab the attention of larger retailers.
Yeah. My theory is that they won't pay for that until they at least qualify for the uplist. It would be a waste to do it.
Right... this could be the small pull back before the giant surge. Looking at the chart, it happens almost every time.
I think with the right exposure, this is a "Monster" except it won't grow as much due to the number of outstanding shares, but still could easily make $1.00 to possibly $5.00 if national/international happens.
Yesterday we saw about a 12% gain until the rest of the market came crashing down, so had absolutely nothing to do with APRU. This stock is growing because their products are selling and they just keep adding to the pile of offerings.
Welcome!
The entire market seems to be taking a dump today, so maybe that's why?
Awesome to see Southern Eagle expand too! Wow... just the beginning guys.

So that was official and from the old Newswire that I posted earlier, so they are behind on that promise. This was pre-Covid and pre- unexpected stock price going below $.01, so I think it's a smart business move to not spend money on an audit in Q2 2020 if OTCQB wouldn't be an option anyway.
After 30 days of above $.01, I'd definitely like to get Tony's opinion on a new time frame on the audit and uplist.

"Having plans to become fully audited, and become fully reporting sometime during the second quarter of 2020, we will complete the tasks of cleaning up the structure of the business. This will help us move forward with the OTC market, as we plan to up list to OTCQB, making it possible for institutional investors to look at what APRU has to offer. Aggressive expansion requires an enormous investment and with the team and contacts we have assembled, we feel we will be able to meet the capital requirements needed for the expected growth."
"The Issuer’s Shares must have a Bid Price of at least $0.01. The issuer’s shares must have published by a Market Maker in OTC Link ATS with a closing bid price of at least $0.01 (a) for each of the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the Company’s application for OTCQB and (b) as of the date OTC Markets Group approves its application to join the OTCQB market."
I think they have to do it every year with the renewal as well, but $APRU should be able to do it.
What I'm excited about is that the OTCQB uplisting is going to be possible again as long as we sustain above $.01 This alone will cause the share price to skyrocket. For those of you that are new, this was something that Tony had intended on doing before the price drop and Covid last year.

Right... "invading" hopefully means "we have signed a contract to be sold at Disney properties"
That's what I thought so hopefully one will follow. Disney has visitors from around the world, which what better way to get quick international exposure. This could get crazy pretty quickly!
I had to step away and about fell out of my chair to see it blast past .01! This very well could be the stair step before a run to a dime!
He was helping Bob with Hard Rush and maybe even on a volunteer basis. He's not an official employee of APRU or anything to Tony.
Yeah, I think you guys are right. It's probably Doug.
If that's true it sucks because it cheapens the brand. He's already had his hand slapped once by Tony.
It's probably Jason Atwell since that's his background.
