As elementary as it might seem, the company has not produced any numbers. PERIOD. Its been 3 months. They know. Something does not smell right.
i second that. But posters stating that the company will reap millions from a lawsuit is unsettling.
An update is what ive been asking for. geez
I dont think its too much to ask. They know. They are required to pay taxes and royalties on this production. Its not hard to do. If the number was good, they would have puiblished it by now. Again, to generate thye hype. So why have they not. I can only come to one conclusion.
If oil in russia can be produced in the winter months on mass scale, would think Kansas and Tennesse would be a breeze.
It wont be TECO. They cant even tell their shareholders how much crude they produce. My assumption, they havent updated shareholders bc they have nothing to sell. Otherwise, they would PR to generate interest in this company.
Ronnie - yes, been involved with several startup O&G companies. know exactly what it takes. Also know that 50 oil is not "deep" into the money as you say. At that point, its barely enough to keep lights on.
Stop with money everywhere comments. geez
crude having a hard time hanging onto 80. I bet 76 is the next leg down. ouch TECO
IMO, Ron blackburn is still involved with TECO. Perhaps not by TK holdings, but nonetheless, he still owns majority of the shares. That has been confirmed by IR.
neither do buyers of TECO. does not exist today. nice volume.
regardless of just how sloppy, proves TK still exists plus TECO will need to address the lawsuit. Ron Blackburn is still involved no matter how you look at it. IMO
common sense should give you the answer.
wrong that i am shorting this stock. I do not short penny stocks (as i have continuously said, maybe you didnt read that post). Until the company rids itself of a "major shareholder" and comes clean on production numbers, IMO, its all hearsay. PERIOD.
The major "shareholder" is known to have mislead others into buying stocks. That is a FACT. Maybe you dont care, but i dont coduct my business in that manner.
Am i not entitled to my opinion?
okay, i could buy that. But an executive from TECO should be bright enough to confirm production thru a third party source. Would you agree wth that?
Its not that hard
Ron
You need to go back and re-read many of my messages from last year. That should provide you with enough details.
One person: Ron Blackburn
Treaty counter suing?? lol.
Treaty cant even tell their shareholders how much oil they are currently producing.
And now some here stating treaty will be reciving millions. lol
TECO is blind.
Common sense would disagree, my friend. He has made a statement that could be a material event. But its HIS OPINION ONLY.
Call the state to confirm. I have. Have you? Now that i cannot confirm via a third party, i have distrust towards the company as they have not posted what they promised.
PRODUCTION REPORTS FOR INVESTORS.
hmmm. why?
I can come to only one conclusion.
PPS
Mar 7 = .025
Mar 22 = .016
Great company. lol
To the new CEO:
Joe Grace stated in a PR (Dec 2009) that the company would "soon" post oil production numbers in order to become more transparent to shareholders. I asume you will follow thru as you are well aware that TECO is a fully reporting company. lol
What a joke
How much oil are they producing right now????????
(silent silent)
ohh, wait a minute, the company said they would provide those numbers. 3 months ago. lol
ouch, that hurts longs.
Treaty Energy Closes on Tennessee Oil and Gas Lease
HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire)
12/21/09
Joe Grace, President and COO of Treaty Energy, stated, "Treaty Energy is currently in the process of enhancing its website and will soon be including a page that will provide our investors monthly reports on the production of each of the company's wells. This method of providing information to our investors again illustrates our commitment to corporate transparency."
Prediction was .10 - .20. lol. PPS tells it all.
Production numbers, my friend. Not even close to what TECO was stating in the beginning, January 2009.
What production numbers?? Company has not been "transparent" as they said they would be. 3 months and counting... "soon" lol

ouch. That appears to be the smoking gun.
Go to the texas railroad commission website, perform a serach for higround. You will see the truth. TECO stated many stories they were producing 50 bbl/d of oil, yet the Texas RRC website proved that was an incorrect statement. One of many lies.
Viki
Looks like the truth is finally catching up to TECO. lol
And yet the same people still pushing this stock. And now they are attorneys. lol
I feel sorry for the investors that bought into this over the past couple of weeks.
Thanks smith. Its unfortunate TECO is NOT a good buy. Appreciate all your DD.
Since Treaty refuses to state how much crude oil they are currently producing since the "acquisitions", in my opinion, as an investor they are producing zero.
But
they did announce a new pres. lol.
yes, but one last request. RB needs to go.
Until TECO can prove they are producing oil, and can be confirmed with the state, imo, there is ZERO revenue coming from crude oil salers. Glad we agree on this.
At this point, price of oil is irrelevant in regards to Treaty. Treaty has taken the policy to remain silent, and not post production numbers, as they said they would. I can repost that PR is you would like. Its a waste of time to talk about the price of oil. Unless you can post production reports for them?
Thanks viki. Thats the same answer i have come to understand as well.
You need to re-read then. I havent said 40 in a very long time. I thought you said TECO would be at .10-.20 cents by now. lol
Hedge funds just wont let go of crude. I hear the whisper number is 85. Then we head back down. This is what occurred when we hit 147. What a shame. Consumers are the losers.
Viki
How much crude oil has Treaty produced since the acquisitions? TIA
If the company has been selling bbls, and receiving money for those bbls, then it should be a very simple request. It should not take months. Remember, the state collects a royalty fee on every bbl pumped, so unless they are cheating the state, TECO should know excatly down to the gallon how much was produced and sold.
The company should update shareholders immediatley. That will prove the company is serious to the "bashers" as some say. Amazing.
or discredit the "pumpers".
Completely agree with some of your story. If Treaty was more transparent, ie, posting crude bulletins, so investors could confirm production with state regulators, this stock would be a shoe in. That coupled with its major shareholder, makes this stock high risk, which most funds will stay way clear of. This stock needs backing by several funds.
Does this count?
Treaty Energy Closes on Tennessee Oil and Gas Lease
HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire)
12/21/09
Treaty Energy Corporation (OTCBB: TECO), a
growth-oriented energy company in the oil and gas industry, announced today
that it has successfully closed on the acquisition of a 70% working
interest on a lease in Morgan County, Tennessee.
This acquisition was completed with Green Light Energy LLC, with which
Treaty Energy has several other projects moving toward completion. The
lease has four wells that are currently being re-entered after having been
shut in for some time.
One well has been re-entered and is currently producing in the 8 to 10 bbl
per day range. Additional work planned on this well is expected to further
enhance its production. The second well is in the workover stage and will
be completed by mid-January. All of the wells are expected to produce in
the 8 to 10 bbl per day range. However, Green Light Energy LLC has
guaranteed a net production to Treaty Energy of 4 bbl per day for the first
12 months of production after all workovers are completed. Projected life
span on wells in this area exceeds 20 years.
And yet he is pushing to make a switch to natgas. What does that tell you. Billionaire does not want to make bets on oil. Also, how much did he loose in 2008 betting prices would go higher. hmm. $1 BILLION
How much oil is Treaty producing????
Shareholders have no clue. why? bc they do not follow thru on their words.

TELL ME HOW MUCH OIL THEY PRODUCED IN JAN OR FEB??
didnt hold 82. Current price is 81.24. What are you trying to say? How is this connected to Treaty? Oil is up and yet Treaty PPS is down.
And yet TECO stock went down today. Whats your point here? Price of oil has no connection with Treaty. PERIOD
