Coca-cola purchasing constellation brands
Would be cool. :)
Merry christmas
Profitable within 18 months or less.
Hold on to your butts.
Ol’ $67. Havent heard that name around here in a while.
Welcome back
Cannot argue with that.
I will be interested to see how the farm bill opening up US hemp/CBD/GHB is handled by Canopy.
If that segment of the buisness is legal, will it be persued into the US?
Is this US embargo all encompassing or will they step in toe by toe with the business segments that are federally legal. I haven't seen them speak to this specifically.
Industrial rec opening up in Mexico Q1, 2019 is going to be the next major catalyst.
Q1 earnings will be great, but speculators always set an unreachable bar in this industry that makes impressive numbers look disapointing next to inflated estimates.
Hemp may pump it for a while. But unless canopy sacks up and gets into the US.... its not going to pump us up much. unless Ebbu IP has a large demand for licensing. Which i do not see coming soon. As its mostly in R&D stages of the most valued IP.
And then edibles/drinks coming Q3, 2019.
Jamie shaw is bias.
Its like pepsi execs drinking coke and writting a bad review.
do you have a clip of this?
Or any more info on Mexico. I thought more people would comment around this. That is huge news... huge.
Lots of reasons for the MOC’s today.
Mexico swears in a pot-friendly president this weekend.
Farm bill comes to votes next week.
A price increase was massivly overdue, because what the hell CGC deserves it.
It was only redecan with mold.
Nothing to do with CGC. They should have bought our perfect Products.
There is alot more demand than expected.
supply agreements origionally put in place are for a year, so after 5 weeks of a 52 week year...
52/5= ~10% of the annual supply.
Provinces are having to order more, and speed up shipments.
At least CGC can meet its contracts. I don’t really care if the other guys cannot
I was under that impression too.
And the hemp (CBD) beer may be coming.
But what ceria has in the pipline now is THC based. And mentions backing from EBBU.
https://ceriabrewing.com/
something I have been pondering over recently.
The CGC/EBBU deal is expected to close soon.
But I have not been able to find any specific details of the deal pre-close. Has anyone found anything specific as to if this is a complete acquisition or if parts of EBBU are being carved out in the deal? R&D and IP along with beverage and hemp have been mentioned specifically. But I can't tell if EBBU will still stand alone under the same brand name after the deal.
Ceria brewing is working with EBBU and I am trying to wrap my mind around how this partnership can work if CGC/EBBU is a complete acquisition.
Ceria is rolling out a line of THC beverages in CO. DEC-2018.
This would be in conflict with the CGC, no US mojo.
Ceria however could be leaning on EBBU for CBD related IP and a relationship with CGC could lend itself to a CBD infused beverage that would/could be legally available nationwide, post farm bill.
interesting stuff going on. interesting stuff indeed
thank you sir.
subtle and classy ads.
would you mind posting some pics of the Tweed marketing?
Always like to see how they are using it.
do you mean pre-deal price, or post-deal price.
older article. Great read on Ebbu.
They have some really incredible patents, that CGC picked up ;)
potent fan leaves, millions of identical clones lab grown, really cool stuff.

I am waiting for the day that CGC announces its entry to the US market. soon after that day I will be able to retire early.
very... very early.
just my opinion.
But I do not think a conservative government will make any changes that support the growth of this industry. In the very best case they will not hold it back. But I do not see them even going as far as making this a states rights issue unless they are really... really.... hurting in the polls coming into the next presidential election.
I also do not see sessions being removed.
Although it is the correct move, it would be seen as weak.
Not what I want in the world. just what I think is the most likely course of action based on the last 2 years.
My only guess is one of the same assholes who took out short contracts and wrecked the market only to jump on TV later and pump their new positions?
https://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/fed_regs/index.html
Do a bit of digging here.
Feds required to report approvals.
Someone earlier wrote that this will be targeted toward the medical market. I think this is spot on. and will allow for proper dosage and use with tracking abilities and reminders for the elderly. also it can lock as a safety feature to keep it out of the hands of children and could also curb abuse by adults if needed.
The only way I see this being legislated into use is if there is a requirement for safety to keep kids from using vape pens their parents leave out.
Has CGC found the bottom, hopefully.
Have I found the bottom, of my whiskey bottle, yes.
with this dropping below the constellation warrant price, I can't see a reason for it not move upwards. The market as a whole has been very poor moving into the mid-term US elections. CGC gave people some fat profits in recent months and taking them now helped to pad other losses. The dip is overblown, and the rip upward will be subdued. But it will come.
After which everyone who was still invested made an “ass load” of cash.
And your point is?
You can drop a press release any time now Bruce.
How about that US transfer with a new research partner?
hmmmm?
Bruce has been pretty good at crushing the shorts when there is a material chance of a pullback.
*Germany News
*Clones to Columbia
*US clinical trials
*First day sales and predictions of future sales
*Actually turning out a decent profit for once....
and all of the free press world wide that will come with October 17th. Shorting can really get you burned here quickly.
Canopy Exports to the U.S.

If this was already posted I missed it.
But it looks like Canopy is dipping into the U.S. finally.
Terrascend deal with Rivers and a medical transport to the US for research.
The dre thing is a non-issue.
Should have known better than that. But what revenue was lost?
None. Because no products have been sold/branded with it yet.
On to the next one.
Dutchie is an online platform that coordinates pick ups and deliveries by its associated dispensaries/partners. They are not a delivery or courier service themselves.
They currently operate primarliy the.... USA BABY...
would you call that a US investment? I would. Until i see details otherwise.
called this one on another board a while back
Its going to be profitable for you if you hold into 2019.
I just have a hunch that some people will pull money from the market Monday after the Friday dip.
Maybe im wrong.
Closed at 6.00 USD on Friday
All of us in the US were behind and could not pick up the shares early.
I can see some people who jumped in on the 7 usd fedility OTC open cutting losses monday-tuesday.
As we have some short term uninformed investors here.
5.80 sounds good for support. But im expecting some TLRY losers to lick wounds monday.
Just a hunch. Im looking to get in and hold for a while.
USD!
and then on up.
:) im a bit touchy on that subject..... I guess
Cannabis stocks are not bitcoin, not close.
These comparisons are foolish.
The valuation of CGC is based on an industry with vast potential.
growing acceptance. Actual value. Sales of a tangible product.
Lots of broken hearts and wallets from bitcoin out there spreading foolish rumors.
I am still digging through the acquisitions/partnerships holdings and strategies.
Vert is a promising large scale grow. YESS is funded for 60 retail stores at the moment.
Much more to look through. I have not yet taken a position. See it falling just a tad more.
Mid 5’s is what im looking at for early next week. Not for long. Just a quick dip and I will scoop some up.
Rivers and canopies of green to come.
I did and it was shut down by mods.
With a link back to this board.
Best if luck if you try again. I will post to it
Solid leadership team.
Excellent portfolio of partnerships already.
Cash on hand.
Only concern is how paracidic canopy will be with the best partnerships?
But I plan to own both, so really a moot point in itself for me.
I dont day trade. So i will pick up shares within the first few days depending on where it comes to market price wise and then hold for a year or so before passing judgement. Pretty much the same plan ive had with all the cannabis IPOs i feel have a market advantage.
GLTA.
U.S. Cannabis policy is beyond hypocritical....
How many states have recreational use of legal cannabis? 9 + DC
~1/5 of the U.S. can smoke rec cannabis today. This very evening.
30/50 states have medical cannabis.
Especially when the farm bill from both the house and senate includes the legalization of hemp growing in the US. Should be passed by Sept. 26th. Come on now. The scale has tipped
