Looks like a new PR firm based upon the annoucement... Antenna Group.
https://www.antennagroup.com/
I like you. Great post, Peachy.
Full Market Availability.
Yes, very clear they have been fertilizing the ground for substantial growth. Great analogy. Thanks
NASA doesnt spend their time disproving flat earth arguments, especially when many of those making claims don't believe what they're saying. If you do want an education though, there's a few hundred good posts in this board's history to help.
My grandmother's cookies are small, so she can't bake me a cake. Are we using the same logic?
The metric you are using is short sighted and not comprehending the actual valuation driver. Please reread the news statement to comprehend where a high valuation would come from, and also canvas the biotech competitive base to see where others currently and historically have fallen.
Agree. Morning regardless should be the time to buy cheap.
My guess is shorts will attempt to keep it down and sell a chunk in the morning, creating the illusion that it was bad press. Longs will buy later in the day and rally to 1.75. Big moves will be seen later in the week, hopefully backed by news.
Pure speculation...
Lol... yes. I misjudged. Since then the lawsuit (as posted in #10302) with Eastwood has resolved in Kevin and Co's favor, as well as other names (such as a previous VP of Eli Lily for over 20 years) now tied to Avira through Avira sciences. I also misunderstood the stock warrants at the time to be compensation.
Still somewhat unknown, but no red marks IMO.
If these deals are as big as expected, it is very unlikely that we will see any price run ahead of announcement. No way anyone close to the deals is going to want to buy enough to warrant an insider trading investigation. It's trading way too thinly to hide any sizable purchases.
That said, I'm loving my ignorance.. hoping my next bank transfer processes fast enough.
Thomas like many of us is still an investor... given the potential amount of shares he has, why wouldn't he be fully confident and post here? This is the only central forum for PRED discussion, and one of the top Google listings if anyone searches the company currently.
Nope. In my post history you can see I highlighted Avira and Thomas well before he came here, and my initial post was suspicious (which has since been cleared).
Not paid. At the time they were also not dirt cheap, but the going rate. Very similar to warrants given to directors and other officers for their services, other large shareholders in investment rounds, or during an aquisition. This is a normal dealing regardless of investment or services (as specified). The warrants were also offered to Avira (which there is more than just Thomas).
We talked about this before, and Thomas has already commented on earlier board misconceptions.
They are warrants exercisable at the price of the stock on that day... meaning they have to purchase them.
The warrants were also granted to Avira, not Thomas personally.
Great purchase. Welcome aboard.
A few here will have to grab a drink once the annual shareholder meetings in SLC start up. Lol
Just be patient and ignore the day-to-day.
So do we all.
In absense of company news and latest fundamental performance, it's a great distraction to point our frustration toward.
Ultimately yes, there is no short-term benefit... will take years... but it's nice to know that what we went through has a chance to be stopped. I sure as hell am not jumping at the chance to invest in a small cap company again until something is done.
And forced to actually cover...
Is it possible that the naked shorting is happening without offending the parties reporting (or there are additional loopholes to prevent)? If I was going to rob a bank, not sure I would want to check-in with the local authorities afterward.
I'm genuinely ignorant.
Thomas, in your google group I see a Paul Mahoney. Lots of Pauls out there... but one very predominant one that caught my eye who would also be a key asset in the current RICO:

Any confirmation, or is this just wishful thinking?
Another that has recently reached the 1 trillion mark is CITIC (headquartered out of Shenzhen CN) whose building is also right behind Brad in one of the photos.
Howdy folks. Please keep your hands and arms inside the vehicle and remain seated at all times. Hang on to your personal belongings, especially your hats and glasses, because this service operates at very high speeds through extreme heights.
Thank you for choosing Predictive, and we'll see you at the top.
Good point. Thermo, IQVIA, the Preeclampsia Foundation, Pfizer and other leading biotech executives, the FDA, Barclays directors, investment banks, the Nasdaq, C-Level executives in multi-billion dollar financial companies, a top law firm, a State Senator, industry scientific experts such as Hugh Taylor and Gregory Prince, the NFL alumni network, and countless other institutions and individuals are all in on it too... or are all just easy victims of a very transparent scam in a post-Theranos environment.
But yes - you and HB can clearly see the Pump and Dump, because your young age and inexperience gives us a fresh outsider perspective.
Guess you'll just have to wait for press releases to find out.
If you truly believe that though, sounds like you really should be increasing your short position quickly. Remember, when the longs are fabricating information rapidly on these pump and dumps, you know it's time to prepare for the big dump. Don't miss out.
"Have a zero history of being successful".
The only thing correct here is the word "zero"... in the context of how much research you have put into any of your statements.
10 spam posts/1 day + short entire bank account ($2000) + lucky timing = gainz.
Did I get that right? Please though, share your formula that would prove the countless doctorates in the field wrong that there is an algorithm or method to near gaurunteed gains in any single stock or fund.
That's your opinion.
Thanks for providing, that is a HK published newspaper dated on the 11th.
But to be clear on your previous post, you have at least stated previously that you did hold a short position (scroll back to some of your first posts, commenting with cutes about how much money you've made). Doesn't matter to me what position anyone holds, just like seeing factual comments.
One thing to learn about Chinese dealings, is there is very seldom a sense of timing.
Nothing Thomas is posting is going to immediately help the price nor will pull in new investors, but he's letting out some day-day important dealings that help give the true investors a little more insight.
You've got on a micro lens when you should be using the macro.
Still ever confident and have been talking offline to many of the others (including those mentioned).
We're in a waiting period with no new information.. no reason to waste too much time in the water, especially when filled with the same old discussions/spam.
B
300k shares...... Mmmhmm.
Let me get this straight.... you called the company to ask who the CEO is? Did you also happen to find out if the employees know how to spell "predictive" or what color shirt Brad was wearing that day?
Thanks for your DD.
Go watch for yourself. 3:47. Video link:
I don't know about you, but I'm not in this for just $5/sh. Whether or not it's $1, $2, $5... doesnt really make a difference to me because that'll all stay paper. Granted, it's nice to see the boards and general positivity when we're up.
Only encouragement, outside of company news, is that time's ticking closer. Who the hell knows exactly when, but it's all coming.
Until uplist, manipulation runs wild and big runs on low volume.. so stuck nowhere IMO. Could easily be at $5 or $1 in a week.
