Well, still trading, at least for now!
I don't know the institution's policies on after and pre-market
trading. I personally don't get too concerned about after hours trading prices.
I would expect news after market close today, or early tomorrow, about HYZN's NAZDAQ exstension or delisting.
Clariske, the close price for today was $1.51 on
the HYZN board and the Yahoo board, if that's what you mean. The after hour price of $1.44 is what;s currently showing on the HYZN board. After hours trading price shown on Yahoo, is 1.45, a slight difference. My apologies if I misunderstood your comments.
I had a buy order in but got out-paced! lol
Panic selling is over. Bargin hunters moving in.
Yes, longer than expected. But they'll get the extension
and will resolve the issues. Meantime, buying opportunity imo.
This is probably disrupting the fuel cell, EV, heavy truck
sectors today.

I couldn't agree more!
Sorry, I guess I misunderstood, The oil exec is not
anti-hydrogen, they just won't install pumps because of the possibility of a cigarette smoking teenager blowing up a soccor mom in a mini-van full of kids and the image that it might portray for his company on the news. Makes sense, I wouldn't want that happening to the soccor mom in a mini-van full of kids either.
Why would this die-hard, emphatical, anti-hydrogen, oil exec,
or any anti-hydrogen person, even attend an hydrogen conference?
And what does that have to do with HYZON MOTORS?
A mess is in the eye of the beer holder!
The plant is in the San Francisco area.
It looks like it will be operational about a year from now.

I don't have an answer for that. Nor does anyone else, at this time.
IMO, the negative news about HYZN has already been laid out, and factored into rhe current share price.
Today's early price and volume could indicate that
many of the issues have been resolved, End of day news likely.
Thanks WTM. Headed in the right direction!
Yep, all that "horrible" news keeps driving the HYZN price UP!
A closepin on the nose will help weather your forecasted storm.
I'm not reading too much ino this 8-K amendement.
This is more than likely to keep everything kosher with the SEC.
Since Knight is CEO of Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies, (parent company of HYZN) it could be a simple conflict of interest concernining top management. I don't believe hey are obligated to disclose the reasons for termination.

Hyzon is the first #FCEV supplier to take part in @AMTA_ca's trial! We look forward to seeing how our clean trucks operate in chilly Canada.🚛🇨🇦 #CleanEnergy https://t.co/fya9jbq5hJ

Encouraging! Thanks WTM. Good news coming soon!
Yahoo showed HYZN reached a high of $2.19.

AGREED! HYZN looking good!
Since you still haven't shown where "our accountant"
is quitting, perhaps this will help enlighten you of the differences between an CFO and a CAO. Again, I see no indication of Hyzon Motors Shief Accounting Officer, JiaJia Wu is quitting.

Why don't you tell us Jackie, since you seem to have all the answers?
Yes, I am aware of that, but the chief accountant, Jiajia Wu, has not quit.
The timing of Sam Chong's resignation is a bit questionable. His termination date is just 3 days prior to the Feb. 13th deadline for the financials.
This could indicate he is baiinig just before negative news, or it could mean the financials will be out before his resignation date, and indicate positive news. It could also have nothing to do with the release of financials what-so-ever. Just speculation at this point.
Where did you see that?
Planning ahead in 2023,

The whole sector has been taking a beating,
and really no reason for it. HYZN, NKLA, PLUG, FCEL, PTRA and others all headed up now.
