As far as the deferred salaries, that is suspect to me at this time. I found a website that track companies, and the salaries of the CEO's and makes them public. They say Noreen is making $400,000. As always, I do not trust this. I was personally told by Noreen, she was deferring her salary. Again, luckily in this country we have the freedom of information act. Once I get access to actual local, state and federal filings, that will tell the story. I guess the question is: how do you pay your bills and live if you have been working for free???
I have made 2 requests to the poison control board in Kenya. I requested information weather these applications have been submitted or not, and attached the news release. They refuse to reply to me. Not one word. Not one response.
I hope for all of you, Sugarmade pans out. I always had faith. I owned about 850,000 shares I bought over a year ago between .03-.04. I sold all my shares earlier this year around .22. My only regret was not selling every share in January when the price was over .40 for a short time. Anyway, I have always liked this company and had faith in them. For those of you buying now, I hope the best, and when hard numbers are released sugarmade will soar up and up back to the .40 range next year.
GLTA
Sounds like there could have been a whole separate PR build up weeks ago
Agreed
I am astonished you are saying that LA. You know as well as I do, being at the conferences are not a last minute invitation. This has been scheduled for months. And we get a blurb about it in the PR today (when she is over there already)??? Just like the last debacle of 3 news releases being put into one. If you really think Noreen is "trying to build a stoyline" more power to you. Personally, the late announcing, I view this as more of: "throwing us a bone, to shut us up". Well SPARTANS, the retail investors are not convinced either. Noreen and Gina have done so much damage this last year to the stock price, and bad, confusing PR(or lack of), no retail traders will touch IMUN stock. The one thing I will agree with you on, is the only thing that will make this spike, is a solid ongoing revenue anouncement (with money already paid to IMUN, OR A PUBLIC TRADING CYTOCOM COMPANY), or FDA news. Even when something good is released, our stock continues to go down instead of up, he'll we don't even get a 1 or 2 hour spike from the news. You can agree to disagree, that is what I love about this country, but you can't argue or disagree with the cold hard numbers of our stock price, and even with news, it goes further down. The numbers do not lie (unlike our CEO).
Duh. That is what LA and I have been saying for well over 7 months. There has been enormous opportunity (and much that still hasn't been put out, that should have been), for the storyline to have already been built and now would only be adding and strengthen the storyline. You may fear blowback, and are scared of Noreen and Gina, but I fear no one(pretty sure LA doesn't either) and I welcome the blowback. Everytime I get blowback, it means I touched a nerve, and I'm on the right course of action, and closer to the truth. We should NOT be building a storyline at this point. There should already be a storyline that we are adding to. Freedom of Information is a wonderful thing, from the state governments (I don't know, let's just say Florida and California), the IRS is another one. With a little fee money, and the right request forms, you just about find out what Noreen and Gina had their last lunch out. Getting info can be a bunch of hoops, but with the right amount of persistance, you can find out anything (and almost everything people are trying to hide). From our private, local, state, federal levels there has be absolutely no accountability to the people who pay for their salaries. One by one people who take our money need to start being accountable.
Her attendance at the conference was just a side note in this last PR. Should have been a separate PR explaining the conference, attendees, importance, relevance, what your going to do there...etc, etc
The white paper PR showed up on TDAmeritrade this morning.
Not good for a company who wants to stimulate retail trading
After I make a call, I mean. Just like the last one. Not sure what the problem is, or why these last 2 PR's are not showing up across the board.
Just like the last PR, hasn't shown up on TDAmeritrade. Again, it will be showing up a day late on many of the investment platforms.
Absolutely. But unfortunately, talk and talk does nothing to a person like Noreen, the board, or Gina. So what does? I will tell you. I spent some time in the federal court arena representing one of my Union Members against a team of 3 federal government lawyers. I handed them their add and the government agency they represented. People (Especially white collar types), greatly underestimate the skills, and diligence of blue color men and women. They think we are stupid and uneducated.
So, why do I tell this story and what is it's relevance? A- if you want to make change with people who do not care about you or what you have to say, you need something they will listen too. Usually this comes in the form of some sort of legal action or the threat of legal action. It will take some time, maybe weeks, but it can be done and will cost more time than money.
There has been no change in Noreen's concern or care about the shareholders of the stock value. So, if we really want change, it is time for everyone to start researching prior cases and precedent setting legal decisions that apply to our situation. We must look at the law, how it is written and what it says to the legal responsibilities of the CEO, the board, and the legal team of IMUN (Especially Gina).
If there is enough of a case, and enough to actually bring a legal suit forward, then the board and all those need to be made aware, if changes are not made immediately, legal action will be brought against Noreen, the board and the legal team (Gina namely), who have wilfully and intentionally withheld information, or sabotaged PR news releases written by professionals and drove IMUNS stock in the toilet. We must research positions held in IMUN by all the above involved, and find a correlation or benefit by these individuals if the stock is deliberately held low.
My point is: talk and complaints has already proved ineffective. I am tired of the lies Noreen tells me everytime I have talked her. False promises or news releases, and nothing. Just like in the shareholder letter, false promises and deception. Month after month stringing us along with false promises.
So the next step is to complain, but with the ammunition and the threat of legal action (if our investigations and research provide enough evidence to justify this). For a company with no money, and another company you are trying to raise money for or have bought out, or whatever is being done with Cytocom, a publicly announced lawsuit by shareholders would probably grind things to a halt or at least slow everything down for both companies.
Again, I have publically not supported this position or action. However, with the blatant ignoring of many shareholder complaints, and the continued deliberate, wilful keeping our stock in the toilet, I am starting to change my mind.
So I guess what I am saying, is next week, I will focus every waking spare moment perusing and researching holding these people legally accountable for their actions or deliberate lack there of.
Anyone wishing to provide research or assist, I welcome anything you find or dig up, but I caution you to keep this info private, until or if a solid case can be brought forward. It has been too long, and it is time the people(the shareholder) restored accountability to those who have operated without any for a very long time.
We know not only do the big huge investors of this company, read this board, but so does Noreen, the board members, and Im sure Gina does also. So, let this be a warning to all of you: get your shi* together, get out the multiple, multiple news feeds (written by the PR guy), develop our storyline, and get this stock up trading where it should be or there will consequences, possible legal consequences.
And no one wants that, not even me, not one bit. But Noreen, you and your Gestopo lawyer brought this upon yourselves by complete disregard of your shareholders....you remember us? The ones who are into this company, combined for tens to hundreds of millions of dollars? The money you are suppose to keep valued to us, the shareholder.
So you have two choices Noreen 1- take our complaints seriously and get multiple, proffesional PR's out, or make the same mistake the 3 federal government lawyers did, and dismiss me as some dumba*s.
The race will now begin, my research and evidence gathering against your race to get value back to our stock.
GO
LA, we discussed this before. Good PR??? It did not even show up on TD Ameritrade until Friday. Stock price went down and up, but still hard the MMS in control. Where is Noreen's news about being at the conference? What about Fidson? What about Cytocom? What about the FDA? What about Kenya, ivory Coast? What about phase 3 trials? What about official fast track? What about WHO? Questions, questions and a thousand more questions. Noreen has and continues to lie to us about being transparent. All the things in the 2017 shareholder letter: LIES! I am the first to give someone a break on their past, however when that shady past carries over on the shareholder side...not so forgiving. Being a little shady on the deal side, get it. Especially in 3rd world countries where nothing gets done in official channels unless you spy a little grease to the machine. But your shareholders? All the money all the shareholders have given you, but and small??? Zero tolerance. Without us, there would be no IMUN. Noreen just does not give a shi* about the stock price of the investors of IMUN. she is using all of are money with no accountability. My patience is done. Noreen has 2 choices: listen to your investors or face the wrath of many investors. I am starting to agree with LA's assessment of legal ramifications for deliberate and wilful withholding of crucial information, and the Lawyer Gina for editing the prior PR's so badly, it dropped the stock price even further.
The deliberate and wilful action of not only driving our company stock price into the toilet, but continuing to allow it to remain there.
Why has this not been announced in a PR or News Release??????? Most all biopharms can't wait to tell the world they are representing their company at a conference of this magnitude.
Right on. I am just briefly reading the posts over the last week playing catch up. Thank you for the clarification
Hello everyone. Hope last week wasn't too stupid. Still catching up on the posts. I was in the backcountry (no cell service). LA, did you or anyone notice at the bottom of the "author page" on the link you posted last week has the DOI (date of information) as 10/2016? So it was posted recently, but the information itself, was from over a year and a half ago. Thoughts???
We have seen recently some of these firms in Canada and the USA shut down. But you will probably never see these giant offshore companies ever shut down. There will always be those doing illegal stuff. I feel the laws need to be completely rewritten and tighten up how shares are loaned, or stop the loaning of shares all together. I don't know, but as this problem continues to get worse, and the accountability seems to get less, something needs to get done so there is more legal and accountable short selling and the way it is done. JMO
I would agree with you on the short selling if it were done the way it was intended, but its not. Just like cyber crimes, account hacking, the crooks are always one step ahead of the authorities.
Some of the largest market makers lie in offshore companies well out of the SEC. I have read tons of literature with arguments on both sides. The problem, is there are billions of short sales being done on made up or counterfeit shares. Another problem is many times the actual loaned shares are not being returned by the deadline. When you have offshore accounts, making it extremely difficult to track what is real and not real.
Unfortunately the laws in 2008 that were suppose to tighten up this illegal activity, appears to only have left more loopholes. Of everything I have read so far, I think this has been the most in-depth explanation of the illegal side of the short selling.
http://counterfeitingstock.com/CounterfeitingStock.html
According to the article I read, there was legal and illegal naked short selling. That is why I posted that link.
I notice some of the older people on here, were after Noreen's head on here. Very vocal and very critical about other things than the PR issue.
All of a sudden, very very quiet, with optimistic posts in the last month. Maybe a heavy Cytocom position? Maybe they have talked to Noreen, and have way more info about what's going on, and have been sworn to silence.
I would think that would be the person with more knowledge than most. All I get, is the same old cry wolf story: "news is coming, news is coming"....and nothing.
Of course, just my opinion
As I am in the construction side of things, I equate this situation with Noreen and IMUN to the trends on the contractor side of the house.
Many contractors now bid a job, and are given a percentage of the money up front.
They give timelines for completing the job, cost etc. Contractors are very busy, and there is more work out there than they can handle. They take on to many jobs to grab as much money and work as possible, most way too many. The contractor starts the job, works for a week, and then you do not see him or any crews for week, sometimes over a month.
What happens, is your locked in, because you have given him 50% or more up front. He disappears to work on a job (a much bigger and more profitable one), and puts you by the wayside for the job which makes more money. He knew, he was never going to finish is 3 weeks, but grabbed your money, and has you locked in. He knew he had way more work than he could handle, but lied to you anyways. Your 3 week job, now has turned into 2,3 or even 4 months.
The contractor put his focus on the more lucrative deal, with a more rich and well known person with higher standing, not caring about if you complain.
I put they analogy in this situation. Many promises to get PR out, many promises to do everything possible to keep our stock up, but in reality, Noreen has dismissed us to finish the more lucrative deal to make her and the 2% extremely wealthy. Yes, the IMUN revenue will come in eventually, but when you give your word and take on a position of responsibility, you are suppose to do everything possible to honor your word and the duties of your job.
I view Noreen as another one of those contractors. Does she know her well? Absolutely. Her skills behind the scene have proved that. But where does her priority really lie? With the bigger better deal, and with the bigger players involved. Cytocom is the bigger deal. I get that, and I also can't wait. In the meantime, you don't just ignore your duties, responsibility to the job you first started, and put them off until the bigger better deal is done or you are no better than the sh*tbag contractor who bid a job, and leaves your house is shambles for months and months with only false promises they'll be there next week to finish and never show up. Will the job eventually get done? Yes. Will Noreen eventually come back to focus on this job? Yes. But is neglecting your duties to your first bid job Ok? Absolutely not, in no way shape or form. See it is better for Noreen, in her eyes (like the contractors view), to work for the more lucrative deal only than honor her word to the first commitment. When that's done, she will come back and start work again on her other project.
NO matter how much we complain, it doesn't matter. We do not have the kind of influence or run in the same circles as the large shareholders in Cytocom/IMUN, WE have zero influence.
For now, like LA said, we sit and wait for Noreen to throw us a bone, and load up on as many shares as possible.
No one doubts that one day things are going to happen. I think that whatever Noreen is working on with Cytocom, will be announced way before we see any Revenue from Fidson.
That is the big deal Noreen is working on. She is too busy working on whatever with Cytocom, and has put her duties and responsibilities to the IMUN shareholders on the back burner. The people (I will guess, the big dog IMUN INVESTORS), are loaded up very, very heavy in Cytocom. So at this point, they are not concerned with IMUN stock price what so ever. Their major investment and multi, multi million dollars paydays will be when Cytocom does whatever it's going to do.
Again, we all know, and are not worried about the "one day" scenario with IMUN.
But you, as CEO, have a responsibility to your shareholders to keep the stock up, stable, and trading. I just keep getting the feeling Noreen's eyes are are on her own payday, and the 2% wealthy investors.
It is obvious, we are insignificant to her, so much so, she can't even take the 30 minutes to and hour out of day to write up a little something to keep our stock high for the 80-90% of the rest of the shareholders who invested way more of our net worth than any of the 2%.
It is sad. I feel stupid for believing the things written in the Dec 2017 shareholder letter, and the constant false promises to put out good news, PR and transparency. Personally, I do not believe anything said by Noreen anymore, unless it's on a SEC filing.
You know, its funny, Noreen understands how hard money is to acquire. As a CEO, she has to raise money by selling stock, taking on loans and debt. She ends up with unfoseen costs, and has to do more of the same.
Is Noreen so out of touch with her shareholders? As we are all wanting to be ling holders. But, what happens when we have unforseen costs, bills, medical emergencies? We have to do the exact same thing she must do to raise money...regrettably, having sell our stock to cover these things. It seems Noreen does not care about the 80-90% of the common shareholders. The appearance is she only cares about the very large and wealthy shareholders who do not care what the stock price is. They have plenty of liquid assets to cover most unforseen life circumstances.
The funny thing is, is with struggling up an coming companies, CEO's (Noreen especially), should be identifying more with the common shareholder. Like LA and I have said, all it takes is a few words on a piece of paper frequently and timely.
So many of the long investors are in at the .06-20 price. What happens when we need to raise money for unforseen costs Noreen? We lose enormous amounts of money.
I am so frustrated with this total disregard for this companies shareholders, and this thought that everything will be forgiven in the end.
Well Noreen, all will not be forgiven. People have lost tons of money by your complete "not give a sh*t" about keeping current and continuing value to a stick that should have liquidity and value to it.
IMO, Noreen should never ever allowed to be CEO of a company again. She needs to remain as a deal maker behind the scenes where her talents prevail.
Yup, another day of total non-accountability to IMUN SHAREHOLDERS. Again, thanks Noreen for all the false promises last year for transparency, PRs and News Feeds. Don't think this failure to shareholders and disregard of stock value won't follow you to your next job. As big as this world is, its accually quite small and everyone talks.
Another day, no news. Sigh. Over a month now, and nothing. So much for all the promises in the Dec/2017 shareholder letter
And there it went...holy smokers...cheap cheap shares today.
Absolutely!!! I hope everyone here were the buyers!!!??
Another block of 171,400 at .0181.
Today is a good load up day for IMUN LON HOLDERS!!!
Nice! Grab anything and everything anyone can under .03. IMO
Someone grabbed a 100,000 at .0195, hope it was one of us. Can't believe someone sold so low.

There is 78,771 up for dirt cheap. Someone grabs those, not only will they get cheap shares, but a temporary bump up in stock value, until the MM's drop it again. We really need retail trading.

Someone is trying to dump a large lot! Interesting. All this at less than .03. We really need some good, well written news to get some retail trading. Sigh
GM everyone. Maybe some news today???? Am wishful thinking???? Sure would be nice, Thursday, day after holiday...
Hopin so, but until I see it...it's :the CEO who cried news coming. Seeing is believing. Crossing fingers
The one thing the article said, is any paper or preferred share stock issued by a company cannot be borrowed against.
I'm pretty sure all the very large shareholders have paper or preferred stock.
So, it's up to us (the shareholders who have free trading stock) to lock up all our shares everyday to limit the shares available to be loaned to these MMs
Here again is that link to short selling, naked short sells, and counterfeit sells.

This is a long read, but is a very comprehensive article about short selling by MMs. Keep in mind, this is going on with almost every stock.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!

If you look above at the Bid/Ask for IMUN, you will see the MM's having full control of the share price without retail sales.
Keep in mind, these are BORROWED shares or counterfeit naked shares. If everyone looked at the link I posted a few days ago, you see how the MM's acquire these shares. The important thing to keep in mind, is they could be using anyone of our shares to do this.
Like LA said a long time ago, if you put your shares up for say $1.00, these MM's cannot borrow shares that are trading. Of course at one dollar, these shares won't sell right now, but shares up for trade cannot be borrowed against. Granted, we cannot stop this from happening unless every single shareholder did this everyday. That would of course be nearly impossible. But, hey, I did notice a little drop in shares on the bid/Ask today. I listed all my shares, so they cannot be borrowed by the bottom feeders.
The good news is, whatever they are borrowing, it must be returned in a matter of days. At the close low bid/ask, whatever they have now, they are not making any money, and there is opportunity for the long IMUN shareholders to add to there portfolio cheap.
GLTA Hang in there SPARTANS, IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME. Continue patience, and due diligence in acquiring cheap shares.
Well said LA, I concur, and my feelings, opinions and analysis is the same. I have also been harsh on the lack of PR, but my goal is the same.
Awareness and current stock value for every IMUN shareholder. Especially those who have been in this for many years. Those stock holders have been more patient than most ever would be.
GTLA GO SPARTANS
All of us are involved with 2 great companies. We just need good, easy to understand, PR news, so the rest of the retail investment world knows.
Yes, the big news of the things being worked on are great. But if no one is watching or paying attention along the way, it will not have the desired impact.
We need a good constant PR storyline along the way to draw retail trades and attention.
