If someone is buying cheap shares and are accumulating those cheap shares, those shares they already own. The money that they pay for those shares will go back in their pocket, so it's to their advantage to accumulate as many shares as possible and as cheap as possible. imo.

Partial summary judgement - what portion is being broken out
Amended complaint is likely the trap portion that had been referred to recently.

There is a very outside chance that his could be ruled on before the end of the year based on the schedule presented. I am sure there will be some delays along the way though, so probably not until 2018. Plenty of new info to come out in the next two quarters though...

I took it as a very positive. I don't see Mr. Berman as a pumper or he would of released puffy pr, but he hasn't. People tend to complain about not enough information is being released, so how is he pumping? imo.

Don't know, maybe he meant that there is more than that rummer going on with DECN. You'll have to ask Mr. Berman. I took as the company is moving forward. That's my opinion.

We've bought the strips, don't see anything wrong with the package design. What we are interested in is quality and cost, and are very satisfied with both. Packaging doesn't in come to mind.

DECN has won in court over Johnson and Johnson. Now they filed against J&J and DECN is asking for 400 to 700 million. DECN is breaking into the Diabetic industry and is selling strips that work with the J&J meter and work as well and are much cheaper. The share price isn't where it should be, because it has been a rough road, but I believe share price will move up as press releases show progress. imo.
