Yeah it’s suck as the Biden administration indicates that they will not stringently enforce the ban. Kinda like don’t ask, don’t tell. What a bunch a crap. But yet we have a ban.
Mixed bag of info in this article. However it is overall very good news imo. While is it is awesome that the Chinese ban shall continue- thus affecting DJI and forcing alternative companies such as RCAT to the forefront. The administration is possibly signaling lax enforcement. I have attached it below:

Thanks - if anyone has input on the futures range noted in the futures ipo lync, I’d appreciate your information. It seemed that most on this list were around $10. Not really sure what this range indicates. Thanks I’m advanced for any input
So base upon this input when do you foresee the uplift. At the end of March?
Balloon, I reviewed your last IPO Futures report lync. What typically does the range and share amount Imply or mean? Do you know?
He had another video posting that I found dated 1/25/21. More good word on RCAT:
Awesome!!!
Thanks. It’s good to get the word out!
A few things stood out to me in this report. I am attaching them below directly from
the report. Looks like per RCAT they are exploring government contracts. Also the virtues of the Skypersonic acquisition are noted and the multiple companies interactions are highlighted. Finally, I noted the number of patents that we have and are acquiring was noted:
“We principally focus on commercial and consumer (non-military) markets for drone products and services, although we are continually exploring opportunities to expand into governmental and military applications.
Skypersonic has three distinct advantages over it main competitor, Fly Ability, and is starting to gain market share. Skypersonic’s first advantage is that it builds the entire drone platform, instead of relying on DJI to make the aerial vehicle. This enables sales to customers that are not interested in buying from a Chinese company. Second, Skypersonic is starting to sell its patented Remote View/ Pilot products. These products currently have no competition in the marketplace and are in very high demand from existing customers. Finally, the Skyloc technology platform allows for GPS-based automation to work in GPS denied environments, which enables a better third party solution ecosystem and provides significant entrenchment for customers that require it.
Red Cat gets significant competitive advantages by leveraging all three companies together. The Skypersonic remote piloting system can be combined with the Fat Shark digital video system to provide systems with capabilities that no drone competitors currently have. Rotor Riot is able to quickly build awareness of these capabilities and quickly recruit certified pilots to allow for the rapid scaling of a US manufactured drone solution for a wide variety of inspection activities. This empowers Red Cat to take a leadership position and move the marketplace, beyond simply selling drones into selling drone services and solutions.
We own 12 granted United States and foreign patents and 5 pending United States and foreign patent applications. The U.S. patents and patent applications include claims to, among other things, a drone, a printed circuit board, and HMD technology. In addition, on February 11, 2021, we signed a definitive agreement to acquire Skypersonic, Inc., a provider of drone products and software solutions. Skypersonic’s intellectual property portfolio includes eight US and foreign patents . “
Too funny was just about to look up info on Thinkequity - things are moving I the background I hope. Nick if you are out there, you might want to resolve your shorts soon
I’m so glad that you are so awesome and we are such losers. I so want to sell now that you have set me straight. I want to be like Nick - to coin a phrase. However I unlike my fellow investor shall not wish you well as it is contrary to my best interest. I will wish you a good day though. Lol
So as Fatshark seems to be possibly benefiting from shared resources, another company within the fold is working within the monthly premium model. Kinda like how Dronebox shall be operating. Rotor Riots Facebook:
Kwad Care a subscription service for your Rotor Riot built-and-tuned drone. Worry more about flying and less about repair. You crash it we fix it.
Kwad Care covers the repair labor, discounts the replacement parts, and provides VIP customer care. Stop worrying about what happens if you crash. We will get you back in the air fast, hassle-free, and without breaking the bank. For only $19.99 per month, you can enjoy carefree flying.

This was posted on Fatshark’s Facebook today. Some of the upgrades seem to be aligned with some of Dronebox’s intended features. I’m thinking that there is meaningful inter company exchange going on that shall benefit all involved:

Just noticed the recent filing posted yesterday. I hope and pray that this information is sufficient for NASDAQ’s needs. This is potentially good news - I hope. GLTY’all
You’ve got me there. I recall someone referenced that one of the two was more tech oriented. But I do not recall which
Well at the very least, more eyes will be on this ticker and more investors previously precluded from investing in penny stocks shall be able to participate. It still does not necessarily mean that we go up. I hope that we do. I put much hope in the quarterly report coupled with the uplift.
Then in my mind the -now- May acquisition may have an impact. However as Investor pointed out, their impact may be more along the lines of expertise for Dronebox and maybe Fatshark products.rather than income (at least immediately). The release of Dronebox hopefully has the biggest bite. As to when this takes place, who knows. Finally, if we get really lucky, a government contract would be the icing on the cake.
This roadmap is likely a dream to an extent. However, there are many elements which should play out. The question that I have, is how does the pps respond
He claims to have made back his investment. To me, I’m just not built to short. Imo I find it unethical to profit from undermining a company’s value. But life is not fair. Ok philosophy 101 done - lol
So by your theory, this would suggest Dronebox’s release will like be pushed back till the second half of the year. I hope not, but make sense if they are reliant upon these patents and infrastructure to support its roll out. As I stated before, I wonder if the Rotor Riot new monthly service is a precursor to the monthly service model that Dronebox hopes to benefit from.
Oh wow I didn’t see the 3rd filing today. Reading it shortly. Thanks
So are you projecting the finalization of the acquisition in May? I hope not. Maybe all this weather crap in Texas is affecting my thought processes- what are you suggesting happens in May? Dronebox?
I hope today’s filing are helpful to meet the uplifting needs. I’d love for this to take off soon. Been packing for 3 years. Time for a trip
A pre opening trade of 1 hmmmm - some MM communication going on here
Just going on past experience I agree with you
And as usual around the 15th expect the typical week delay as this is how they roll.
Every day that this drags on, makes the next quarter report seem more important. We might simply need to show profit. The last time that we reflected income made in November from Fatshark the pps took off. It may be that simple. Until acquisitions reflect what they bring to the table with hard data, they are simply forward looking statements so to speak. I hope that the uplift helps to that end as well - just a thought. Not sure if I strongly believe it, but helll - why not
Someone might want to pin the definitive agreement
Sorry the patents are not pending they are simply 8 patents
Noted the 8 patents that they reference pending - I’m hoping that this bodes well for Dronebox
Awesome! Can’t wait to get specific financials and more regarding this company’s current and future outlook. Go RCAT
Well that was interesting. Thanks for sharing.
This might be a trial ballon to work out the kinks on subscription products ie: Dronebox. Good new imo!
Thanks investor this is new waters for me. So every bit of info that I gather is helpful!
Can you clarify the halt that you mentioned. I’m really trying to understand what to expect forthcoming few weeks hopefully
What a day. Go Redcat!
I know - right
Well we are slowly increasing our numbers on the board. We are now at 171. How much longer do you folks think that we meander? I’m hoping that we have word on this he uplift and acquisition by months end. Thus will continue to accumulate as I can till then. Has anyone ever experienced an uplift. Generally what type of response can be expected? Even with an uplift, I’m thinking that interest will be event driven, such as the acquisition and possibly more I the pipe line and the quarterly report. However, the real straw stirring the pot I think would be Dronebox. I’m hoping that we are much further along than I inferred from the last meeting. Did anyone else have a similar or dissimilar impression at that meeting on Dronebox’s status?
This is a post from one of our partners, Go Chain. This could have some interesting application to Dronebox in the future, perhaps.
GoChain is thrilled to announce the kick off of CryptoLab, a project aimed at leveraging the power of blockchain technology in the insurance industry, with Lexia Abogados and Seguros Mundial.
