Mos revenue under contract at this time, and burn rate cut in half,. financially never been in a stronger position.
Labeling a bag vs labeling the contents in the bag is to different levels of tracking. No doubt the apdn content label is more thorough and complete, hopefully that's a solution that's needed.
Stop the turkey nonsense.........I have been the biggest negative person.......minus sol ....very logical questions...that were 100% correct.....they have 6.5 million dollars in guaranteed revs....never happened before....video jet....xerox model.....700 global sales people ....should help the cause
No doubt
Speed ....apdn is now a company .....if u bought the stock in 2015, 2016, 2017, u bougt a concept and hopium.....guilty as charged .....u had the right call ...burn under. 400,000..... the child just finished crawling is now walking....
Fred over my payscale
I quickly read safetraces, sounds like they are tagging bags. If true apdn tags the inside product not the secure package or bag..is this high tech dna barcoding?
The dr mentioned bed bath beyond, costco as customers and mentioned other retailers. I dont remember that being said in the past. They are also marking more cotton than they have orders for so they have a reseve in case biz picks up they can fill the order. Hope this means they have a better hold on the biz and an idea of potential new growth, if others get on board. This silo is now being run like a real biz, which is next step.
Sol the previous fund raise was all insiders. The board members and csuite people put the money. The dr is the biggest shareholder. The insiders are in the game, I think 1.75 is where they bought in.
60 day collection period , left that out.
Sol i dont have a solid answer, but i do think the 60 collection period for receivables has something to do with it as opposed to 6 months or whatever it was.
Sol other bright spot they said burn rate has been cut in half to just under 400,000 a month, which is a pretty big move for this crew.
Sol ..the key drivers here..cotton only silo worth talking about. Let's assume 6.5mm is in the recurring revenue bank. If they close shop now ..no biz going forward..revs will be up 50% yoy for the company. Probably worth $2 for that..the dr mentioned bed bath bey..in the speech...also mentioned Costco in the plan..I could be wrong , but I don't remember him publicly stating Costco was in the bbb program? I would say $1mm upside in cotton world and if anything else hits..maybe another $1mm in revs....shot at 9mm in revs..
Sol. u and ur where is revenue potential for 2018 and silos that will bring more revenue , questions that will be a catalyst to raise the stock price is getting annoying. Can u please come up with a new silo that we won't bring in revenue in 2018 and get a discussion going please?? Ur vey close to getting on my ignore list. FYI. Please pass the turkey
list....pass the turkey please.
1 mill are u saying u don't like reading 200 messages of turkey gibberish??? Be more open minded to nonsense in 2018
Is thanksgiving this thursday? more turkey talk here than in November.....pass the potatoes please
Think it's recurring baseline revs and see what happens with new biz.
Interesting Morgan Stanley back on the call. Can't be bad.
PLEASE stop with master drug file.,.thats 2019 drug fantasy...we have 6 months till next dilution...,where is 2018 revs coming from to get to 14 mm in revs??? If u dont have the answer please stop posting fantasy whatifs.,,
Thank u for that question..,wont be answered
The couldnt reach 5 mm in revs for the year???? They continue to actually get worse when u think its not possible?? Its a high bar to have all those silos and earn no money...they are the best at that

Cotton Ends 2017 With a Bang, Heading for Best Rally Since 1998
2017-12-28 16:16:21.902 GMT
By Marvin G. Perez
(Bloomberg) -- Cotton futures are poised for a 10th
straight weekly gain, the commodity’s best run since 1998.
Prices have been buoyed by robust demand for the fiber.
Futures on Thursday were little changed after reaching the
highest since May. Hedge funds are signaling more gains are in
store, with investors holding the most net-wagers on a rally in
seven months, according to U.S. government data.
“U.S. exports have been doing better than expected, the
U.S. economy is strong, and there’s optimism among people, so we
are probably selling more cotton products,” Sid Love, president
of Sid Love Consulting Services in Overland Park, Kan., said in
a telephone interview.

Anyone need help with questions to ask. C
If anyone asks a question that doesn't deal with the top 4-5 silos and what the revenue outlook is for the next 2 qtrs should be banned from all future questions on conference calls.
First question.... the 7mm recurring revenue please go the over silos that have the contracted revenue and outlook for increased revenue for 2018 from these contracts.
Question 2 ....what is the length of these contracts that make up the 7mm..
Didn't they accidentally stuff the DNA pipeline/channel and count as revenue that time also. Took 2 years to reach that level again. Can't make it up.
Sol, great lyric for a potential song i have been working on...living on a prayer we are half way there....working on the rest of the lyrics..
Slide 26 of the imperial presentation http://adnas.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Applied-DNA-Sciences-Imperial-SIC7-Dec-2017.pdf. Says they have just under 7mm in recurring revenue. I'm no math major but that's 1.7mm per qtr. would like to think that shouldn't be diffficult with 75 partners and being in biz for 30 years at this point....or feels that way
Found someone apdn can help...maybe this helps push the envelope
By Anna Edney
(Bloomberg) -- U.S. regulators warned Fresenius SE after
the company’s Indian plant that makes cancer-drug ingredients
for the U.S. market aborted hundreds of drug-quality tests
because they seemed like they were going to fail due to
impurities.
When workers at the plant found potential tainted products,
they halted the tests and said human or machine errors were to
blame instead, according to a Food and Drug Administration
warning letter dated Dec. 4 that cited 248 aborted checks at the
West Bengal facility.
“It is essential that you initiate an immediate and
comprehensive assessment of your company’s global manufacturing
operations to ensure that systems and processes, and ultimately,
the products manufactured, conform to FDA requirements at all
your sites,” the agency said in its letter, which was posted on
Tuesday.
The agency recommended that Fresenius hire a consultant to
help it improve its manufacturing practices. The company, based
in Bad Homburg, Germany, didn’t respond to requests seeking
comments.
The names of the ingredients involved were redacted in the
FDA letter.
Fresenius is one Europe’s biggest provider of health care.
According to documents known as “drug master files” filed in the
past with the FDA, Fresenius manufactures ingredients used in
chemotherapies to treat many kinds of cancer. The India plant
cited in the letter is run by a unit called Fresenius Kabi,
which has over 25 manufacturing facilities worldwide.
In its warning letter, the FDA asked Fresenius to review
all failed quality tests that were invalidated for products that
are meant to be sold in the U.S. and to evaluate all instances
when a test was aborted and determine the potential effect on
the quality of drug ingredients released for distribution.
The agency also warned that if the company doesn’t correct
the issues raised in the letter, FDA workers could refuse
products made at the facility admission into the U.S.
Sabby almost as bad trading apdn as me....would like to know next time they sell and get on the other side. $$$
Dilly dilly
2018 will be 7mm. Plus whatever they can bumble and stumble together for the next 12 months
Sol. The dr said 4-5 months ago they had 1mm a qtr in recurring revenue....and hope to get that to 1.5 m - 2mm. Judging by the imperial presentation they have at least 1.5mm in recurring revenue per qtr...I was told breakeven is closer to 14mm.... which means they are half way there. Headline next year will say yoy revenue doubles from this past year.....not saying that will pay the bills....will look nice
SOL....only difference this time around post dilution....we have been here a few times.....is according to the imperial show they have 7 mm in revs already for next year....locked in...want to buy at 1 with no revs or where is the buy in with 7mm in revs....what do I know
Both of these guys are flippers thats what they do and keep the warrants for the upside. Rinse and repeat...they will make out very well on this investment. Hopefully in 2018 apdn can be a little pickier where the money is. Good news they are back again with checks, and must see upside. Cant be bad.
Sol only color is what the chart says in the imperial presentation. Haywoodudiluteme said they have contracted recurring business now at $7mm if i remember the chart. Record revs will hapen 2018...big bar to jump over..not
No brainer for the investors...exercise at $2 ..layup
Lets add block chain as another one of our 20 + business lines that make no money.. Pathetic
