Hey what does that red number next to the pps mean?
I agree, that's the only way to become a bag holder.
You know he can't do that, because there is no private label. This mega super awesome ridiculously mega huge super private deal is the next laugh in Stebra's comedy show.
Otherwise known as ONCI
Another week of falling prices to come, but everything is ok. Nothing to see here.
No, that's not the bags getting heavier, it's just your imagination.
LMAO
GNCC
What flavors do you have?
Wooo great time to add and hold, and keep holding no matter what, right?
Major announcement is already in the works, I've been communicating with the local newspaper for the city of Grants, New Mexico.
Stay tuned :)
This will be below .10 by end of week in my opinion.
Another new profile! Welcome aboard the GNCC express to no where.
You should really call the city of Grants, New Mexico to find out the current status of the greenhouse.
The city this project is in would have the most current info on it wouldn't you think?
It's like they put news out saying it would be in the works at this moment... or something... lol dude you are killing me tonight.
We are getting somewhere though. Progress is being made in the perception of the current status of the project.
Next is how long the pps can sustain these levels until the company decides to tell us what is really going on.
Wow. Nice 180 on the timeline there lol.
I actually laughed out loud on that one, nice.
Refusing to call the city of Grants, New Mexico is not a sufficient way of discrediting me.
I mean I do this kind of basic DD for stocks, do you not?
Just call and ask if anything is being done on the greenhouse. It's as simple as that.
I already have in previous posts. I called 5 separate businesses in Grants, New Mexico. I even talked to a city employee, I provided the number to call should you actually choose to corroborate this yourself.
Each and everyone of them confirmed that nothing has been done to the greenhouse. It is in the exact same condition it has been for years.
The local newpaper also reports that the greenhouse is currently in contested litigation. This is my guess why. Eb-5 a no go until the state and feds can figure out how to regulate a grow op this size, so that they can set a standard for future operations this size across the nation. Indian reservation and the Eb-5 killed this project. Something like this has a much better chance on private land, when and if the laws change to allow it.
There have been no renovations. Prove me otherwise.
So would you agree that's why they haven't even started construction or renovations? They know as we do those other plants could never warrant a project of this size, nor could they sustain it.
I have it confirmed that nothing has been done in new construction and nothing has been renovated.
Bright green said themselves they were going to bring in internationals. Your information is incorrect.
Lol this entire project is ONLY for marijuana, the other plants they are growing are an afterthought. Bright Green group is only here to grow marijuana. You very clearly don't understand that from a business standpoint.
What I'm going on about is the facts. Not hopeful predictions.
I have the facts, what do you have?
The pps could be nice in 5 years from now.
There is nothing that can keep this price sustained until then.
How much is all this state and federal litigation going to cost until they start producing revenues?
This $160 facility will require international employees specializing in this field. The federal government would consider them a criminal the moment they sign any type of contract with bright green, or the Acoma people.
It does matter in the state of New Mexico wheter or not this growery sells it product. Currently and for the foreseable future New Mexico is a medicinal only state and therefore requires a growers and sellers permit. The problem is that Bright Green through the Acoma people can grow marijuama legally without the help of any non-native American people. From this they thought they could just walk into New Mexico and bypass the laws of the state. Yeah...that didn't work.
This in turn led the federal government getting involved because they found out Bright Green planned on having internationals run it.
Think about the size and scale of this endeavor. It is going to produce far more product than the state of NM can handle, if it were the only supplier (they even say this in one of the really old paid articles in the intro). This means they have to look at other markets. All of which are illegal, other states, shipping, international sales etc.
So they didn't know about the federal rules of non-natives working coupled with the state getting all up in their business now.
No wonder Dalsem took them off their list of projects. I bet they were embarrased to have been a part of this chaos of ingornace.
You are not worried about a company with no permits, buildings, plants, revenues or even just a basic business model.
The same business which has seen weekly pps drops for months now...while not updating its' investors about any of the surrounding issues going on...
I would be very worried if I was you.
....the article I'm literally begging you to read...from New Mexico State University
You should read the article I posted that was written by New Mexico state university.
Oh wait weren't they supposed to be a part of this as well?
Doesn't look good when a university backs out.
I'll go with the United States government on this. Thanks.

"Finally, based on the Acoma Pueblo-Bright Green venture’s
stated plan to neither pursue permission from the state of New Mexico to conduct its massive cannabis
grow nor comply with established New Mexico medical cannabis laws and regulations, the operation
would likely be a large target for a federal enforcement to deter tribes from establishing cannabis
programs or businesses that go beyond the scope of state law. Considered together, the Acoma-Bright
Green joint venture presents a very high risk to the Pueblo and Delaware company of being: raided by
federal or state police authorities, taxed heavily by the state of New Mexico, vulnerable to civil liability,
and having its contracts found to violate public policy."
Wow. I mean just, wow. What were they thinking? They made themselves a giant target for the state, federal, and indian affairs officials. Just hiring a non-indian employee would instantly make that person a criminal. Didn't they think of any of this beforehand? Not pursuing a state permit? How did they plan on selling any of their product?
If that wasn't enough, here is proof that the company is in current litigation over the crumbling greenhouse in Grants that has yet to start being renovated.
https://www.cibolacitizen.com/news/greenhouse-excitement
Now combine alllll of this with the corrupt Eb-5 investment that we haven't heard of in 2 years. Not a pretty picture.
Bright green is no longer on the dalsem website.
There has been zero mention of the sunnyland farms greenhouse they bought. If they actually bought it?
Also, looking at Bright Green Group of companies on the New Mexico state site shows that they are current. They incorporated back in 15', then went dark and defunct for over 2 years. Suspicously tied to the lack of other news during this period.
The best news this stock has had in years is that we now have a merger taking place? For what? This project was supposed to have been done already and making money. Instead they decided to cut corners and piss off literally every institution and law enforcement agency tied to this. Had they not done that they might have had a chance.
Merging does nothing to remedy any of the other issues. Going current will cause more problems imo. Bc then they have to explain all this, or come up with something else to keep the pps up.
Merging means nothing in this situation.
Actually it has stopped them from building. They haven't even started renovations yet. The city of Grants is having to keep an eye on the crumbling building because it is a fire hazard in their city.
This company has gone dark for a reason. You should research why.
Here is the proof, do what you will with it.

Well the only one providing information is the one you don't agree with. That might be a problem for your logic on that one.
:)
Wow. You clearly didn't read the article.
THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS USING BRIGHT GREEN AS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT NOT TO DO.
Then in order for them to "sell" their product in New Mexico THEY MUST HAVE A STATE LICENSE.
They can grow it all they want but cannot sell it without that license. This is basic DD. I've even posted the proof of this multiple times.
I know there's a lot of big words but you should really try reading these:

Again, blatant misdirection. Let's keep future conversations on the company and not on each other?
What do you say?
There is no process anymore, it was doomed before it even started.
I mean did stockwell do any research on this at all. From a micro and macro standpoint this whole thing is a joke at best.
You keep forgetting the part where there is no funding and tons of litigation that is going to this up indefinitely
Friend :)
You clearly didn't read the part about federal oversight. THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT DOES NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN.
THEY WILL NOT ALLOW EB5 TO GO THROUGH IF IT CREATES AN IMMEDIATE LEGAL PROBLEM.
Lol dude all 4 of you are going down with this. Everything I've been pointing out are red flags for Finra.
:)
When are you going to stop talking about me and start talking about the glaring problems with this company?
Lol shifting the blame, you're not even that good at what you are doing Ahab.
For all the "longs" out there who are patiently optimistic.
Here is the proof that this project will not be happening soon, if at all.

Ok now how about the other points?
But back to this one, a federal funding program requires federal approval, yes??
Why would they approve funding for a project that they would have to shut down and or raid??
Me thinks there's a problem there. What about you?
This is my favorite part of the timeline.
Right about here the company realized that getting a good standing in New Mexico wasn't enough to make their insiders happy. By the lack of external info released they clearly don't care about us.
Knowing that many of those initial investors who had an average of around .10 were starting to want out, they realized in order to get them out they needed a good old fashioned pump and dump.
Price spikes, price falls.
Looks like there's nothing holding this one from dropping anymore.
Oh wait except the merger that isn't needed. Lol. Thats what this company is good for, just a lol.
Btw, just letting you know that a profile created right before a pump and dump is a dead giveaway...
Best of luck with those emails.
How does going current help any of the other problems? State license, federal overwatch, dried up Eb-5.
Going current is the best you got? I was expecting more from the most avid denyer.
