Personally, I am skeptical the million dollars was paid. But if it was, the money lost was investors money.

Phl, you forgot that Doug Chouinard sued them, they got a demand letter from Logistics Air for $8 million and the DOT revoked their fitness to fly status. Other than those minor changes, your list looks good.

Balitia will be getting press coverage from CH Aviation later today and it is not going to be good for current investors.

Baltia still has not responded in the Douglas Chouinard case. I can’t say with certainty that service of process has been completed, as it isn’t indicated. However, if it was on the 8th, Chouinard will get a default judgment soon.

A lot of the shares are in the form of paper certificates, and can only be traded if the company gets its financials up to date. One billion of those are from the “free billion share give away day.” Those share will flood the market like a Tsunami if the owners ever get a chance.

If Tony files unaudited financials, the PPS is going to melt down.

It is very possible that when the financials come out (assuming the do) that the PPS may drop. It depends on the status of the Logistics Air complaint and other things that may not be known.

WNBC’s wants to interview Tony and present a balanced story. Hopefully, he will avail himself of the opportunity.

The rumor is from a highly unreliable source. The girt bars are part of the slide evac system and are an inexpensive part. They were blamed for several of the mini evac failures. They have nothing to do with a C check. The rumor is a joke that went over your head.

The C check revealed significant problems with the girt bars., at least that is the rumor.

How do “blackout periods” fit in with quality customer service?
