We are feeling a lot of pain over at GZFX, I feel soon RSHN pps will pass GZFX !!! I really hope that Mr. Corr does not make the same mistakes that Mr. Fleming has made which have doomed the shareholders of GZFX to oblivion !

El Don, were you able to get out of the position you bought around .012 ? I remember you saying you were back in. My core is from .0075, I have another position from .0148 that I'm getting destroyed on.

I fear my core position could be breached soon...Thank God I don't 'need' the money right now or I would be in real pain. JF may have gotten the CC deal - but he has completely botched up the pps and has angered many investors. He is NOT on our side - don't forget that !

Great post ! I couldn't agree with you more, basically I'm just waiting for the next pump up to get out - even with a small loss. I was a huge believer in this - even created my user name to reflect this. I feel nothing but dissapointment in the PPS, personally I feel there were other ways in which JF could've gotten funding other than the 25 billion a/s: which I absolutely believe will be the o/s by the end of the year.

There are so many other stocks doing great that I have made money on, it really just seems like my money is wasting sitting in GZFX.

I really think with any good news there will be sharing dumping. If the o/s was still 1.2 billion like Oct we would be at least .05 by now. Ah well such is life !

I'm now down $4800 from my .0148 buy. I chose to hold, at this point I could care less what happens, if I lose my 15K and we go to .0001 then lesson learned.

However, those are my long term shares, I'll hold them forever or until they are worth something that I feel has been worth my time.

I'm up almost 70K in SOFO from 1.22, made 4K in RSHN, up 12K in SEIH... two reasons NOT to sell GZFX:

SEIH was voted out of BDC status and will now be reporting normally. They are profitable apparently and trading at .003,

Afterthought; there are so many GZFX's watching that at any given moment someone is going to notice news and post it. As well there are typical times that companies PR, I always take a look around 4:15 EST.

Collegekid; $2 will never happen without an R/S, if the O/S is still 4B - which is doubtful - you're talking about an 8 Billion market cap.

.15 ? That's a 600 million dollar market cap. That's not going to happen anymore either.

I think the BEST we can hope for over the next year or so is a pps spike to .05, which would put us around a 200 million market cap...

Anything higher than that at this point is just insane, sorry ! I'm pro GZFX but the potential here for the pps has been killed by the dillution. It's great they can get all this money to do things.

The only way out that will benefit the shareholders is a buy back or massive share retirement.

I would say at least 25 million to start. By year end I want to see a 200 million market cap. Of course I want to be able to fly like Superman too...but that may not happen.

Anyone ever think about not watching GZFX for year, then coming back to see what happened and where your portfolio is ? Very tempting...but impossible for me.

Think about this scenario:

There are two big guys who hang out at the buffet all day long eating all the food. You are a small fry and manage to grab scraps. Then all of a sudden the two big guys get into a fight, and aren't eating because they are too busy fighting. Now the buffet table is wide open - you can eat all you want and get big like them.

I can't say it enough: BBI vs. NFLX is GREAT NEWS for us.

The Online Rental War has Begun !!! NFLX vs. BBI...while these two spend MILLIONS on this lawsuit, we will continue to gain market share. By the time the verdict comes down NFLX will turn around and a new competitor who has 200K subs...ha ha ha, again - this is GREAT news for GZFX.

License Plate I saw: RUSH Z ...swear to God , driving into work today. A car pulled in front of me with that plate. My Mom passed on 5 years ago to the day...I took that as a sign from her and bought 1 mil shares today. When people from beyond are sending you stock tips it's time to get IN. ;)

Here's what happened: A bunch of weaks put in open bell sells after reading the sb-2, went to bed and woke up going oh crap the website did come out. Guess what's NEXT ? :)

The tell tale sign: WEBSITE. If this thing is not out and functional by Monday - then I would consider taking some money off the table here.

They didn't grow by 3000 per month, they just maintaned that level. We had only 6000 as of the last 'official' report.

My Prediction for tomorrow/monday: Many buys are probably set for the open as there was buying pressure heading into the close. Therefore I see green for the first 5 mins or so. Then we will see blood red as people dump because of the stupid SB-2 filing and ignorance. We will retrace down to .012, no doubt.
Many more will get shaken out.
at 4:15 JF will release the AAEFS PR and at 4:30 the website PR.

Monday we open right back at .015 and head straight north for a high of .03...

Olico, many who bashed have felt the pain of not having a position in GZFX since the CC news. These people are now buying shares and trying to get back in imo... it's like the Van Halen song; Everybody Wants Some. If GG is done, and JF doesn't dillute we'll seem .10 in April imo. Who the heck would want to miss that ?
