Should get a can/bottle update today eh?!
SIPC has 6,349 followers on Facebook
Church St. Has 5,433
That’s 5,433 new sets of eyes on Major Hemp once church st. Starts publicizing the new H-IPA
Friday
Normally I’d agree. With cans of the new ipa launching Friday it doesn’t have time for the usual slow trickle down to base prices. And distribution news will be a boost also
They’ll get burned this week
Just cooling off that rsi that people seem to be afraid of.
Time for the rip after the dip!
I’m noticing how active church street is on social media.
They’re going to promote the hell out of Major Hemp!
That’s a buy signal in itself.
What’s it at? I’m a solid 5
“Quit F***ing Taking Profits”
Under the terms of the Agreement, Naturally Splendid grants Sipp limited exclusive rights to purchase HempOmega™ for use as a beer beverage additive in its Alcohol Tobacco Tax Trade Bureau (“TTB”) approved hemp beer recipe, and to sell its TTB approved hemp beer recipe to third part
They locked up exclusive rights to the water-soluble hemp powder which I hadn’t even remotely considered.
Very true.
I’ve done my fair share of whining about the time it has taken to roll out cans
But thanks to the rational and unemotional voices on this board and the salami board I’ve stuck around
Props to all of you. And thanks!
On the subject of media attention it looks like good old Derek Peterson is making some noise on major news outlets to bring the publicly traded Cannabis sector in particular into the spotlight.
Go to Denver and check out sleeping giant.
I’d love .025 but I’d need a good sell price first.
Really hope they launch cans this week before this free falls back to .025
Great to see big VATE news and gains without seeing a sell off of another salami! Imminent positive updates plus legalization, elections, and rumored federal MJ discussions should deter some of the usual flipping tweenst the 3 amigos
Sleek likes to crunch numbers on days like today
I bet he has some thoughts to share this evening
With their product in the Denver area bars only!
It’s about to get wild
That’s the type of news we’re really looking for!
Guess I just figured out why everyone uses dollar signs and whatnot when mentioning tickers.
Loaded some today and will loading more next week!
Ha! Glad I’m taking “photoshop 101” this year with professor Sleek.
Get after it!
We’ve had the entirety of 2018 to load.
Lowest morale in awhile for the sector equals lowest share prices in awhile. Hope all are loading during this late September awfulness.
I’m out for the weekend. Gonna go turn 30 and act 20 probably.
See you guys and gals in a hopefully prosperous October!
Can’t come soon enough! These shares are getting harder to hold onto the longer we go without cans.
Profit taking.
Today’s news is very positive but it’s not what investors are waiting for.
We’re looking for cans of beer.
TTB approval is great but they can’t can it and sell it.
It’s just a stepping stone to the REAL news.
These companies are already selling CBD products basically illegally. All CBD is a schedule 1 substance. It’s only being allowed under the 2014 farm bill which kind of temporarily forces the feds to leave it alone. So if they’re allowed to sell these products now then why wouldn’t they be able to after legalization? Whether it’s MJ derived or hemp derived.
I agree that CBD from one plant being legal and CBD from another being illegal is dumb. But both are about to be way more widely accepted ( one completely accepted )
Progress
The dea is rescheduling MJ derived CBD specifically to schedule 3 or 4
The farm bill is focused on hemp and hemp derived CBD and will remove it completely from the list of controlled substances.
And a fun fact is that most CBD is derived from hemp since it has a higher concentration that most strains of MJ
I agree. I’ve seen stocks completely nosedive on 911 trades. And I’ve seen the opposite.
I’m with ya there. Belgium is definitely playing fullback for MH and Triton to follow.
I’m just thinking Sipc decided to wait for legalization for reasons other than Label and recipe approvals. Otherwise they’d surely have beer in Cali by now months and months after announcing that plan.
I’ve wondered the same. One uneducated guess is that it’s expensive to can and distribute a schedule 1 beer. (Basically). If that’s the case maybe new belgium can pull it off since they have other fully legal beer sales to make up for that where SIPC has nothing but hemp beer. Maybe 280E related or something.
At the moment all of the MJ stocks on my watch list are slightly red. And all hemp specific stocks are green.
Investors already deciding its all about hemp in the near future.
CBD legalization coming soon. Imagine buying Anhueser Busch shares while they were just making ice cream (prohibition).
I for one kind of enjoy boilers picture by the way.
First sentence in that Forbes article. “ require justice dept and AG Jeff Sessions to issue more grow licenses” makes me smile. That’s what ya get for that Nonsense you pulled in January !!!!
I agree friend. ( I can’t PM ). Trade them. Don’t marry them. It’s taken me quite some time to learn that unfortunately.
I will say in sleeks defense that his predictions for SIPC’s progress were simply him relaying their official plans. MHBA in Cali. Nat’l distribution and whatnot.
Their failure, or extreme slowness, to execute is on them.
Also hes still correct about legalization so far.
And my frustration is on me for not flipping when I should have
Well I’ve personally had enough of this “loading zone”.
Mid September and it’s about time to get this train a rollin’
See all I gotta do is bitch. I’m inevitably wrong all the time. You’re welcome
Seems people have lost confidence in SIPC. Normally a “dip” gets bought up immediately.
The salamis are definitely trying to wake up. Even saw a flash of green from Sipc today. Looking pretty good to me!
Agreed. I think one of 2 things will happen.
1. Hemp bill passes and we see rapid expansion that is already worked out with brewers and distributors in multiple states. (Surely they’ve been setting themselves up nicely in 2018)
2. Hemp bill passes and we find out that they’re incapable of executing their very ambitious business plan.
I’m still leaning slightly toward scenario 1.
And I guess there’s a 3rd scenario. Something goes wacky and hemp bill is scrapped.
But I don’t wanna talk about option 3 anymore
