4th Quarter. Fiscal year ends 31 Oct.
SB said expect the 4Q 15 Dec.
We're at 3.6 billion now I think. Will be reflected in next fins. Let me know if you don't find the PRs with the details but they're out there.
ONCI has patents, surging sales, and DNC's with the world's largest auto manufacturers and rental companies. Perhaps most importantly ONCI has Steve Berman. Competition doesn't exist in shite markets. Instead, competition is a sign that we are in the right place at the right time. And, we have the right product. Companies that infringe on our patents will find there are consequences.
For what it's worth I also did research the competition when I first invested and I admit I still have plenty to learn. I'm glad you're doing the DD and I think that you'll come to the same conclusions that I have. And that is - ONCI has a bright future and the proof is that SB is currently meeting and exceeding promises and expectations.
And I have to say we are talking about one app in a division of apps among a company of six divisions. We're golden IMO.
5pm PST. Almost 3 hours to wait yet.
Cellcontrol doesn't use the obd dongle. That feature is protected by our patents.
Patent info - See page 7 and 8 on this DD pack link

Ford (I think he said) is asking for our app to be able to track and report back vehicle status etc... That's what we're integrating for them now. Not sure you had noticed that Bsafe, in one available configuration, gets plugged straight into the auto's OBD. Bsafe, meet vehicle brain. This is where my imagination begins to wander.
Apple
SB was asks "Who’s our biggest competitor?"… His answer: "Apple". Apple's distracted driving app is the ONLY other distracted driving app that works on Apple's phones other than our Bsafe app.
Two thoughts: 1. Apple's app can shut disable the iphone, but without assurances because use is voluntary. Our app uses an admin function and is in a sense tamper proof. 2. If we are Apple's top competitor in the distracted driving app space I imagine that will get their attention - especially since ours involves revenues. So, maybe Apple will buy us?
The Wall of Worry. How many of us will be on board when ONCI/HEXA share price reflects true value? History says very few. Sellers today will chase higher later or miss out IMO. My plan is - be right and sit tight. This is a long term hold not a shite otc pump scam. Maybe don't watch every tick on the chart.
DJ - Mary recently stated that SB had said manufacturing is to be one division.
Great post Mary. Be right and sit tight. Longs will be rewarded.

Note: Cogosense bought Aegis. On4 bought Cogosense. We own the patents 100%.
Limey I agree. Be right and sit tight.
"I've known many men who were right at exactly the right time, and began buying or selling stocks when prices were at the very level which should show the greatest profit. And their experience invariably matched mine--that is, they made no real money out of it. Men who can both be right and sit tight are uncommon." Jesse Livermore
Nice chart Cheds ty.
A stock is worth what people are willing to pay for it. But you know that.
Share reduction starting next week. Three stages. Stage one next week. More shares reduced than originally planned (1.4B).
Somebody mentioned that ONCI is using accrual accounting. I guess that could mean that Asia, Brazil, and Florida revenues might be included. If that's true, I think your estimate is going to be beat to the upside.
According to the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) there are 16,708 franchised new car dealerships in the US. They sold 17.5 million new vehicles in 2016. Last Friday ON4 announced a new contract with 25 dealerships in LA and Orange County. "Each dealership will take 20 units per month at $200 a unit." 16,708 dealerships at 20 units per month is $801,984,000. Ten percent is 80 million dollars per year. Changing up the equation, if ON4's product is sold to 10 percent of the car sales then ONCI would earn 40 million dollars per year. Ten percent is a ridiculously low estimate. That's just the US.
First post
Long ONCI to buyout
