If so that's probably a good thing for a larger controlled run. Just saw it happen on another stock that just diluted huge and the stock ran over 900%
More than the entire float traded in 25 minutes.
Not counting any new shares in the past 2 days (OTC Markets last update 3 days ago)
That "certain amount" has always been much higher than retail interest.
It is definitely scary accumulating at .03, because .03 is still almost 200% higher than it was sitting recently, but with 150 million more new common shares. The only positive note is that most of the added shares are restricted. However they continue to constantly add unresricted shares as they always have.
Like clockwork.
Just as expected we are at 02's again. I am slowly accumulating a sizeable position but don't plan to have even 25% of what I had before until things are cleared up.
I accumulated more shares today. I was hoping to get some low 3's but the market cap and O/S update didn't have as big of an impact as I expected. .04 could be the bottom but I am still hoping to get 03's and 02's before any catalyst takes it back up close to .10.
Thanks for the .0711 fill end of day. Hopefully I don't regret that.
Yes but one step at a time, audit first. Big money likes certainty, and for any uplisting an audit is required first.
If it's so golden then why is there only $3,500 in volume today and nobody here chatting about the stock?
Here's what is going to happen here very soon... Due to the fact there's not enough dilution, a group/entity/MM cannot load a massive amount of shares cheap so they have little interest to run up the price. All they can do is load their 20-30 million shares at the market price, try to manipulate more retail out of their shares, then run up the price only to dump their multimillions of shares at much higher prices when they draw retail in. Then we will see a steady price drop down to much lower levels (.02-.03) with some reversals along the way down.
Classic MM games that they always win and ultimately screw most retail longs out of their money.
This scenario has been playing out on penny stocks recently but not many get chosen each day due to lack of buyers in the market.
Just have to wait, AXXA is likely to be chosen very soon.
LOL you think that's a lot of dilution? That is a ludicrous statement. Dilution is not the cause of the price decline at all. If you don't know that then you have tunnel vision, blind to the market.
I have 33% more shares than I've ever had before on previous runs. This stock always runs because it has so much value. Only reason it's suppressed down is the entire OTC has been beaten down and retail interest is low so MM"s just hold it down. This will run over .03 quickly once MM's decide it's time.
Basically every company says the same thing and needs to increase shares to fund operations, they are required to put disclaimers and forward-looking notices such as these on all reports.
Paula Abdul and other celebrities should be loading up on shares any day now.
XTRM Tweet coming tomorrow...
"The news release for this week that was supposed to be released last week will be provided next week. We continue to grow. Updates coming soon"
I think they did that so that they can dump into the AM buyers tomorrow. It's the same PR they release last week with just 10q highlights. There isn't enough retail interest so they are desperate for more so they can sell more shares over .04. Pretty sure this PR will do nothing so they will have to sell their shares cheaper, raising less money than they want.
New ventures or altering course of business due to failure from previous business means 90-99% chance of repeat failure and losing money at the expense of current investors. Happens all the time in OTC, the fact is 98% of businesses result in failure. But if a company wants an option to R/S to advance their current business due to success, by uplisting for all the benefits of uplisting (which includes benefits to current investors) then it's acceptable to have the 14c filing for that option.
Yes obviously but it's pointless to try to get them to change the unlikely reverse split ratio, the ratio will hardly make any difference, all that really matters is whether or not there will be a reverse split and it seems that they said they do not plan to do one. Lots of companies put the filing in just in case they want to take that option in the future, as long as they only plan to go that route for uplisting and not for funding some new venture.
I've accumulated 5% of the shares I originally had under .05. Expecting to recover another 10-20% of my shares under .04 soon and 50% under .03. These OTC stocks and especially PACV work like clockwork this way when they keep increasing O/S with unrestricted shares.
I don't see how 100-1 or 1000-1 makes any difference, as they are still both reverse splits and the market cap will be the same either way. It really makes no difference one is not worse or better than the other, even 5000-1 no difference.
True restricted shares have no effect on dilution, yet.
However the recent increase, which is not even reflected yet on OTC markets, includes over 15 million unrestricted shares. They have been adding millions of unrestricted shares every single week, dilution is now over 99% in 1 year. The company is desperate for money and this is how they stay in business.
I am also trading this but don't rely on charts to tell me what ASCM might do. Better to watch L2
Who cares about history? I'm telling you charts won't work here when 1 person has total control. That person decides the prices not the price history.
I always loved the phrase "charts never lie", always makes me chuckle, because it's true... about the past. They say nothing about the future.
Based on what I saw on the run up as I sold my shares all the way to .07, one market maker accumulated maybe 80-90% of the volume. Because this company loses 5 million per year and their history shows that they sell massive amount of shares to pay for continuing operations, I think this run up was just another funding campaign for the company. Therefore, I am quite sure the pps will go all the way back down, under .02 I'm pretty sure but can even go back to a penny or less depending on developments in the coming days/weeks.
Either you are down $80k today or you sold your shares. I tried to warn you and other here the massive run already happened and the O/S would increase. But those posts mostly got deleted I think.
A penny stock that runs 900% can lose 90% all without explanation.
Charts, indicators, trends, etc do not matter or signal anything when 1 person owns most of the unrestricted shares. Absolutely unpredictable when one market maker has total control over the price and knows how many retail are buying and selling shares.
ASCM just ran up another stock about 900% this week, maybe he will do that with SNPW?
It wasn't retail that drove the price up, I watched it go up on the initial run it was all a market maker. So retail has 0 control here, we are at the mercy of whoever owns those dozens of millions of shares.
The new O/S should update on OTCM Monday, and that is scary because no matter what it might be for it's still huge dilution after they already diluted their stock about 98% in the past year
Dilution is too strong to remain at these levels IMO
I think they wanted to make sure the gap was filled (.0083 close yesterday), because I saw 600,000 share execution at .0083 before it went back up.
Oh yes the gap was filled!
Someone sold 1 million shares down to .0081 less than 1 minute after it was holding .012
I'm buying 250k shares every day until it's over .02, no matter what price it's at. Already have 40% more shares than I've ever had in this stock, using profits from other stocks to buy more of this one, it's going to move soon.
I bought .012-.025
Retail buying is low in OTC, crypto and other sectors as well. Lots of low priced, undervalued stocks right now but still too much fear.
