Buying 44,000 shares isn't much of an investment, it is an effort .

This stock is going no where. We are just supplying them with the funds to purchase other stock and they give us nothing in return. So very disappointed.

Not a slam dunk. I have had shares in this company for a LONG time, and have gone threw the RS. I am down at least 10k right now..
They have HUGE debt and it doesn't seem to be going away. They just seem to keep adding on to it.

Someone please explain why this stock is sitting still. Every other stock is going up yet this one does nothing...Hemp went up 75% yesterday and this stock does NOTHING..
RATFINK, I know you are a cheerleader for this, but all the coping and pasting is not helping...Questions need to be answered by this company. All the good PR is not cutting it. The stock holders need to know what is going on.

They said No RS in the immediate future.. That could mean a lot of things...

It was nice of them to update everyone on what they are doing plus trying to address some on going concerns with their investors. They did not say that they would not consider a RS, they just said that they are not considering it in the immediate future.
Waiting for their Q to come out to see what the numbers are.

Most likely, they will release a PR right at closing today or just before opening bell Monday. Most likely stating a RS and maybe some kind of news of who they are now working with and who they are delivering to.

Totally agree with you. Unfortunately I am in but for only $400.00.
This will hit bottom, which we are there now, and next week they will do a reverse split.
They may have a good product, but unfortunately they also have MAJOR debt.
They mentioned going to a convention to meet with some investors, yet have not yet said if they made a deal with any of them. They also state that we are moving into the colder months so sales might go down, which is hard to believe because anyone who lives by the shore knows, that these colder months are when most building starts.
Just a lot a pumping up with this stock right now.
Just not a good time to invest in it.

And hope they don't do yet another Reverse Split!!
I swear they pay people to pump this up on this site.

I bet they file for extension for their Q again, and they are further in debt.
Trust me, I wish I was wrong cause I am invested in this company also, but there seems to be a pattern with with company and the timing of all the News releases.

They did this last Quarter also...a lot of talk and a lot of press, then when they finally posted their Q, it showed they were 100million dollars in debt.
Same old same old. Now they just use Twitter instead of paying for press releases
