I'm still somewhat new to all of this, at least in comparison to some of you. When should we expect to see the quarter 2 filings?
My broker, E-Trade didn't give me a specific date. This is what they said to me when I asked them about it back in April.
"After reviewing your account, there are shares of Fernhill Beverage Inc. that were received from V Group as a spinoff on 2/16/17 in your account. Currently, these shares are not available for trading, indicated by the restricted designation. At this time, we are waiting for further updates as to whether these shares will be tradable in the future."
Are we 100% sure that we are supposed to be getting some spinoff shares for the Hollywood Haircutters. I know there has been talks about $VGID share holders getting spinoffs for upcoming new companies but was the haircutter one of them for sure? I got my $FHBC shares and I'm extremely happy about that so I know it's not just a fantasy land to expect shares. I just don't want to get my hopes up that we're getting the haircutter shares unless I know it's actually going to happen, I don't remember Buzzy saying we would. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I like knowledge.
Has anyone spoken to Buzzy lately. I'm very interested in how the haircutter meetings went.
Hopefully he loves this Wednesday or Thursday.
I've been patiently waiting for almost 3 years. I'm going to continue to hold strong. But I would like some updates as to whats going on with everything that has been discussed lightly over the course of the last 4 months.
Begging for some updates, PLEASE!
We need updates from CEO. Hope they're coming soon!
We need to get this news out more. Spread it as much as you can.
FHBC....NEWS OUT!!!
Carlsbad, CA - June 13 2017 - InvestorsHub NewsWire - Fernhill Beverage, Inc., proud makers of Vitamin Packed Roadkill and Roadkill XL is excited to update shareholders as to revenue forecasts.
As reported in previous releases, Fernhill Beverage has been experiencing steady revenue growth since the launch of the companys initial brand Roadkill in early 2016. Earlier this year, the company reported that it expected an annual revenue growth of about 30% over its year end 2016 revenues.
Due to recent additions to the product lines along with additions to the distribution network, Fernhill Beverage, Inc. is now in a position to revise the projected revenue growth to an estimated 250 to 300% over last years revenue. The Company expects to generate between $1,750,000 to $2,500,000 by year end 2017 with revenues elected to top $5,000,000 to $7,500,000 in 2018.
The massive increase in revenue is largely due to the overwhelming response of the Companys new private label brand known as RK Super. RK Super is a family friendly kids drink featuring child Super Heros.
Fernhill Beverage, Inc. has received the initial purchase orders and has started production to fulfill the current orders and is gearing up for future purchase orders.
The Company is rolling out RK Super now. The first of the new brand will start to be delivered to the companys distribution network next week for a July delivery to the initial stores.
Fernhill Beverage is expecting to deliver to 50 to 100 distributors before the end of 2017. The Company is expecting each distributor to sell a minimum of 2,000 cases of product per month.
The first distributor to receive the product is located in California. The Company will be strategically introducing the product throughout the rest of the Country as soon as possible.
Fernhill Beverage, Inc. looks forward to keeping shareholders and potential shareholders informed as much as possible.

No where near you guys but I'll share.
400,000 $VGID
40,000 $FHBC
I also have no intentions of selling either any time soon. Looking to start buying more as soon as I'm able.
Well said Buzzy. I fully support you. I'm a NH resident and think the hair cutter will do extremely well here. I think everything you have done are doing and will do is for the best of the company. Go $VGID
Announced where? I'm all for this company I'm just curious as to what you're talking about?
Hey Buzzy, I'm sure you're a busy man. I think I speak on behalf of most of us that are invested or thinking about investing in $VGID I was wondering if you have any updates from how the Memorial Day event went and how the new hair cutting business is unfolding. I am a New Hampshire resident from the seacoast and am very excited to check it out and as soon as it opens I would like to go there and get my hair cut and experience everything you stated.
Thank you for your time,
Mike.
Come on $VGID give me some good news for my birthday.
This stock is all over the map the last 24 hours. The time is soon for this to head straight North.
Why is everyone bashing New Hampshire. One of the strongest economies in the country. The parts of NH that they are opening the Hair "Salon" are heavily populated with lots of growth. Stop bashing it before giving it a chance. Buzzy clearly knows what he's doing that's why he is where he is. He's going to prove all of you wrong for thinking it's a bad idea to open in NH.
Very slow start to the day. I hope we get some news from this past weekends event ASAP.
I'm a firm believer this stock will see pennies. There is so much going on right now and things planned out for the future. We've already received spinoff shares for one company that VGID helped, and could potentially have 5+ more in the next few years. The potential for spinoff shares alone should excite people to invest in VGID. I'm not sure why more people haven't bought knowing there is opportunity to get free spinoff shares. Maybe we're still too far under the radar. But at some point that will change. You never know what might happen this weekend at the event in Cali.
Before tip I pay $21 for just a basic haircut and shampoo. But every time I go, which is every 4-6 weeks there is a wait and there is always 4-8 stylists on at a time. I think it's doable to do $700,000 in sales but that's not profit that's just net sales. I'd be interested in seeing the whole business plan. Like if they are going to lease out a chair to the hair dressers or not.
New Hampshire is a thriving state. We have had the lowest or one of the lowest unemployment rate in the Country for many years now. Even with the recession we were barley affected. This is a smart business move on Buzzy's' part. Once opened they will be able to compete with other shops. Every time I go to get my haircut mid week or weekends at supercuts I have to wait 30-40 mins for a 15min haircut. There is plenty of people around that will venture off to a new place.
I live in New Hampshire and am originally from southern NH, now on the seacoast though. $25 is definitely industry average out here. I might have to make a trip to the new place for a haircut when they launch. I'm excited for it. New Hampshire is one of the best states to own and operate a business in. In fact my family owns and operates a restaurant in NH. I think they will do very well here.
Spread the word to all of your friends about this stock. Even if it's not a huge money maker short term it will pay off long term with all the spinoffs that are in the works. I have owned end of 2014 and got a bunch of FHBC spinoffs. It's worth a small investment for a potential huge gain! Go VGID.
Yield sign off. Do we think this is going to move north today?
Give it 30 mins and popococo will change their mind to pennyland. Most inconsistent opinions. I can't imagine anyone at this point actually listens to them. It's almost as if it's 2 different people using the same user name.
What do you think? Going up today?
Anyone have any idea when they are going to post financials?
