How many red flags do you need?
Good because I'm long here
You know it will Pete. You've been around awhile.
IMO based on my experience
Reverse split for sure going to eventually happen... just like the sun will rise. Not all that bad tho
3-4 weeks unless Agro goes live then 5-7 weeks. Back to 2 as history will repeat itself within this company. The sooner the better so I can get back in...
"Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it."
The best thing ever was when their shareholder conference call/ update cut off after one hour so no one could ask questions. KW was mid sentence and they could of kept talking and just paid the extra but no. Q4 2016
This convention will do nothing but repeat all prior PRs and what everyone already knows. If you look at who they have as directors that's all you need for exposure. KOLs get this done not this convention.
Pete you say this all the time... 0 revenue 0 pipeline. Nothing but hope here.
What's weird is no patient Coordinators for clinical trials that PMCB named dropped i.e. cedars Sinai, Hoag, etc have been contacted and don't have any knowledge of live cell or PMCB
You have to at this point given they mentioned soon again.
Everyone just sell!!! And buy back in at .02. No reason to hold anymore given we heard "soon" again.
They will pay for the trials through a pump article that accompanies IND submission.
IND will get submitted, but approved... that's a different story. You saw Eli Lilly get rejected by FDA today. Billion dollar company submits and doesn't get approved guess they needed more time to get it right especially since the market was 1 billion too.
In my opinion IND submission will move PPS because the pump article that will come along with it. Pump in a good way. It gives creditability to the management/ direction which they lack at this point. There will be good info that accompanies an IND submission as well which will clear the air a little.
This stock will be walked down further and further before FDA news is announced. It just makes the most sense.
IND submission moves stock to mid .30s, maybe mid .40s then it will walk back down again, but at least it establishes a good baseline of confidence. IND is biggest news that could happen to company date so it should spike higher than past spikes.
Just remember, per KW, "our next step is to file the IND."
So there is a big to do list that involves multiple parties... Some of those parties unknowingly disclose info. I'll let you know what I know at.05
No you wont
That moves price up maybe 5% then within same day it falls to negatives
Great reminder from the past....

How many tasks below have been completed?
The Investigational New Drug Process
Drug developers, or sponsors, must submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to FDA before beginning clinical research.
In the IND application, developers must include:
* Animal study data and toxicity (side effects that cause great harm) data?
* Manufacturing information?
* Clinical protocols (study plans) for studies to be conducted?
* Data from any prior human research?
* Information about the investigator?
As of April 2016, manufacturing is GMP compliant and ready to support clinical trials.
SILVER SPRING, Md., April 25, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc. (OTCQB:PMCB), a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on developing targeted treatments for cancer and diabetes using its signature live-cell encapsulation technology, Cell-in-a-Box®, today reported that the encapsulation facility for its pancreatic cancer therapy is ready to manufacture PharmaCyte’s biologic product under current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. The facility will be used to encapsulate the live cells used for PharmaCyte’s pancreatic cancer therapy. The assessment was issued by Chamow & Associates, the biopharmaceutical consulting firm that specializes in the inspection of facilities for GMP compliance.
What does this mean and how long away are they from this? Sounds loooong....
"We need an enzyme-producing cell line, suitable for encapsulation, that will convert the ‘prodrug’ into the ‘active drug.’"
I don't really care Bear. So when do you predict the next pump article so I can make some money??? Week of 4/20?
It better have another run up or me and my 2M shares are checking out...
I have 1 week left in me
Tomorrow is Good Friday. Market closed?
News to come out Today at close...
This stocks consistently falls until FDA approval. I'll be back around.
And here comes the walk down
Why do you say this?
Stock down 3% and more has been bought than sold.
How is more bought than sold end in red?
Right
Can a share price go down in a given day when more shares are purchased than sold?
I can't believe this stock is at 1.50 and PMCB sits at .10 cents... lol wtf
I'm probably using the term out of context, but the below will unquestionably pump the stock in a good way and bring in new investors. PR should come out this week supporting the event. Hopefully other good news like Agro ETF since it shouldn't be too far behind this recent Canadian MJ ETF.
"$PMCB University of Northern Colorado Presenting PharmaCyte Biotech’s Cannabis Research at the 2017 American Chemical Society National Meeting."
April 2-6, 2017. San Francisco, California; 254th ACS National Meeting & Exposition
Should be seeing a lot of news faces around here this week
Money coming in before the Conference this weekend in SF. Appears Northern Colorado will present live cell with canaboids and old money will ride the pump then dump...
Money Monday
