I hate to disagree Shane but just about every week someone buys one from Factory Five Racing, and either have it built professionally or choose to build it themselves over the next year or two (or three or four).
JMHO but the only one benefitting from Revenge auto shows is Factory Five. They continue to make and sell the GTM kit car as MANY MANY magazines have driven the machine and like the hell out of it. GLOWING reports.
It is the Revenge GTM-R that is unproven and undriven. If it has been driven and tested it must be a top secret. BTW, Revenge uses ONLY the body shell.
Peter wanted to capitalize on the GTM's popularity and press but so far has only managed to alienate FFR fans with empty promises.
The GTM-R topic there is as dead as the communication between Emily and the Revenge GTM-R forum there...
In the near future I expect Peter to slap a new shell on the chassis so there is absolutely no asssociation with a "kit car".
Here is a company that invests in boutique auto's:
http://www.pepperwoodpartners.com/
Currently, they are trying to secure 25M $$$ for rnnm who incidently has released a pr per week, but to no avail. The pps is also in the crapper with no better future than Revenge has for what its worth....a quick check of the chart for rnnm is even worse than rvgd.
Although an investor in rvgd I have confidence in the GTM's potential - its Peters business sense or intensions that I currently have no confidence in...
Factory fives gtm IS a hit. We just dont know if Revenge's GTM-R is. No one is talking as the proof is in the pudding (sales/financing).
IS there a bank who will even finance such a vehicle that the public still percieves as a kit car??
JMHO but a Collorafi special (newly designed body shell) is in the works and Factory Five GTM is gonna be out...
GM - Maronti1. That tree in your backyard must be a Peter Promise Tree. As promises go unfulfilled they wither, die, and fall to ground...
In case you havent noticed, winter is almost over - with none of the promised announcements. Even in Canada (Great White North) April is considered beginning of spring.
No pr yet even concerning the sale of the white GTM-R. From all appearances Revenge has totally abandoned the FFR forum.
No big marketing campaign other than a few car shows...no glowing reports from car mag test drives.
No pr announcing the completion of even a second GTM-R, or a report on stage of completion.
RS not reported yet
Financing not reported.
FFR relationship not reported on
No GTO builds reported other than the one that missed the auto parts show where Chenneys GTM showed up and won an award.
No further magazine articles than auto show attendence.
Not sure if an investor got to poke his head in the shop.
There are small mechanics shops where skilled builders can turn out two, three, and even four GTM per year. Even Alan Motorsports has sold one and almost completed another - a car dealer...
If you take the one completed GTM-R out of the Revenge equation, you dont have a lot left to brag on. Without a vehicle to show prospective buyers you got bupkiss.
Im waiting for the pr that lets everyone know the first GTM-R has been delivered to the buyer because that means he should have a second one completed.
When that happens is anybodies guess. You should not be so hard on doubters Maronti. Your "blind faith" posts inspire us to write something to defend our position and personal views of Peter concerning the current situation.
Without the equivilent of an angel investor(s)or bank financing, the money to continue will have to come from somewhere and with no where else to turn it might have to come from your pocket...
NO rs means either financing must happen or dilution. Be different if we had three or four vehicles we could sell now wouldn't it. Oh wait! we DID sell a GTO and Ridgeliner (at a loss?)
Did we ever sell ANY Ridgeliner kits?
Yes the car is done. One car. Chenney's SEMA GTM only took three and a half months -the second SEMA GTM I mean. Shane from Raptorworks can turn out three to four GTM's per year.
I say we demand that Peter give Ahdioyoda a ride in the GTM-R since we have it for test drives etc. Just a five minute ride and let him stick his head in the shop for another two or three minutes, make a pass up and down the length of the shop and then leave.
Here's an idea for ya. Get 50 investors together with three grand each, buy a GTM-R and timeshare it out. Each "member" would get to drive the GTM-R for a whole week - once per year.
Charge a "maintainance" fee each year so that the car is kept in peak condition (at Revenge). That three grand should buy you many years of pure driving enjoyment without the high cost...
Now thats something even I could afford to do and the only way in hell I'd ever be able to drive one. Over a five or seven year period that be some cheap driving pleasure.
Peter gets 150 grand to use, some good pr, and a boost when he might need it the most...
Some might think me a basher but I'll be amoung the first the sign up. The idea is awesome - my own supercar to drive for one week a year - now thats entertainment.
You failed to include the promises for 2009....fulfilling builds for a couple GTO's, the 09 Ridgeliner, the "new" Pontiac vehicle (the G9 USED to be new...) the "marketing campaign, serving up a list of available parts for the FF5 forum, answering questions for FF5 forum.
Folks are waiting on SALES figures when there is not even a road test report or spy shot test photos.
There is not even news of a second completed vehicle, or realistic company news.
NO sales figures for the past (GT0 kits, Solstice kits, Ridgeline kits, and where is the Revenge G9?
HOW ABOUT INVITING AHDIOYODA FOR A MINI-ROAD TEST?
That would ensure we know the car runs and drives at least.
It does not seem to bother anyone that they are still using the FIRST GTM-R with out a even a mention of a second one as proof they can build more than one?
Is the first one even delivery ready? Its true we may be poised for a run, but we are also poised to sink back to .0001
and it will only take another week or so of no news BS to find our way back there IMHO.
Lastly where JC?
IF Peter makes it to Toronto I'll go. If there is a positive road test review by ANY car mag. I will buy more stock. If Peter does not allow an investor to view premises and progress, I may be contacting a local paper to get to see whats what...
From what I can see this is just more of the same old song and dance so far this year. JMHO - P.
Patiently waiting for Peter to change my opinion or prove me dead wrong. I would love to be wrong...
I wonder how long it will be before folks starting to ask for Peters head again. Fact of the matter is that since the RS was filed (Dec 12th?) Peter has kept us all in stock limbo...
Till the situation is straightened out any news good or bad will have little effect. So Im with you.
Do the RS or cancel the damn thing. A letter or phone call along with a check is all it takes....
P.
Bell Buckle ain't the only nearby town with a newspaper. I understand that the Editor of the BB paper probly plays golf in the same cow pasture every Sat. morning.
Seegars 'n' corn likker at old Zebadiah's still Sat. afternoon right before the catfish skinnin' tournament.
Or is that Muskogi??
Anyhow, I doubt the towns competiting newspaper would have a prob with printing a paid advistisment or public notice.
Not one to shoot myself in foot prematurely, its always an option should one become that desparate LOL!
P.
I have been thinking of taking out a public notice or advertisement in the local paper there...
Once a month an advertisement or notice would appear in the paper addressed to the company and employees saying it has now been 14 months since shareholders have had any news, and politely request the CEO or employees furnish us with a report or company update.
Another advertisement is to offer up a reward for current information on the company, written as a report. Some employee could use a hundred bucks.
Later a notice could appear that shareholders have requested SEC to investigate the matter.
IMHO we were simply used to improve the companys bottom line reducing debt, new machinery and facility. Now that is done the company simply wishes to continue business in a small town way, content as to the status quo. Management is more involved in the community than in growing the company by all accounts.
I expect at some point in the future the company will hand out shares to their employee's further devaluing our investment.
Since there is no official partnership and because Revenge basically uses just the body components (shell), I doubt FFR will have much at all to do with Revenge other than sell us the GTM body shells.
Revenge saves on manufacturing costs and FFR gets the GTM-R to bring more folks to the FFR site to purchase kits. In this regard each company serves a different market with FFR taking care of "gearheads" and Revenge selling the GTM-R to folks with more money than mechanical skills.
IMHO Peter is busy designing another body shell to replace the GTM shell making a future car totally Revenge.
Cheers - P.
Dog - I had thought Peter announced a current and active relationship with GM in the pr when he thanked the GM Performance Division for helping Revenge Designs with the Detroit Auto Show set-up?
This should be confirmed with a future pr that Revenge is doing more work for Pontiac (previous pr), and also Honda again, even hinting that a NEW car manufacturing client would be working with Revenge...
That said IMHO Peter must be willing to part with news on a regular basis to regain investor confidence as one pr does not a company make....
GLTA - P.
I agree, not yet time to flip as the flippers are only now arriving, some earlier than others. While todays pps represents a profit to some, it is a loading zone for others. Actually, its kinda comforting to see them arrive.
The cancellation is working sweet. Question - how do you dilute the snot outta a stock and make the players love it?
- Threaten an RS for a while and then cancel it making former badguy CEO into a hero. Even CApt likes it now. LOL.
Lotta emotion on the board from long timers - just rememeber MM's are always in control and need their pound of flesh on a regular basis!
Im long as everyone here knows so I wont argue and happily will eat crow (and like it) if pps suddenly skyrockets but its rare we dont get the 50% retracement after a nice bump.
Just like when the pps was at .0001 I will continue to sit and watch this bad puppy play out till we get above .001
true enuff Marcq - I believe the company will soon have to drop another nugget of news to move up much more. What is one percent of OS? 20M?
Things will get exciting enough when average volume is 5-10% of AS.
Since you allow posts on flippers I'd like to remind everyone that with no more news forthcoming .0002 again next week is most likely a reality. With pinks you take profits (presently a two bagger from .0001)when they come and ride freebies whenever possible.
That said hoping to see .001 within three months myself and very do-able.
Overall, adjusted auto industry car sales for February 2009 over 2008 (domestically produced)is down 38% and 62% for trucks(includes SUV's).
Peter seems to be slowly overcoming obstacles and succeeding in current market climate...
GLTA - P.
True enough Iguess. Have to admit that with todays news we might be over the hump and can slowly work our way up with each press release adding value to company over the next year (hopefully).
I will add another mil. to my position this coming week and see where we are another in another three months before adding more.
Congrats to all that added large at .0001
P.
Theres something to be said for a brick and mortar biz with a quality product and solid sales set to increase yearly. I'll stick around awhile.
See volume today on rvgd FINALLY delivering up some good news after a dry spell - nice bump in pps considering it has 2 B OS and 2.5B AS.
Should Rod be able to drop some solid numbers on us as well as an update we could be happening as well.
GLTA - P.
Dog - I dont know if I want Peter to let us know whats really going on these days. I am past the point of either cheering or booing Peter and just watching things unfold at this point to what seems an inevitable conclusion.
Its almost the end of February where already theres only ten months left in the year. The white GTM is doing its second show when we should be showing the auto world a SECOND GTM-R.
Peter has told the automotive world he can build 100 in 2009 but cant show more than one car(that should be in the new owners driveway)? Is he able to show journalists just where and HOW those cars will be built?.
I wonder if Em has given the FFR forum guys the listing of GTM parts she promised over a month ago. Havent been to the company site or FFR forum for a while but bet it hasnt changed much.
Hope like hell the company can start selling something and reporting revenues. Just gonna let my shares sit (like there is a market for them)and see what comes.
As far as the RS goes he might as well get it over with. Sure as hell shares ain't gonna move without it. P.
BS is right. Other than trade show coverage of debut, not a peep from company (pr's), not a single test drive article anywhere.
Yep the price sucks but I dont think you can blame this one on the market conditions. Perhaps lack of information has something to do with it, and lack of good news.
Nothing to do but wait and see if Peter starts to drop value into the company. Gotta hit the half mil market cap first and then work on a million. Fluffy forward looking pr's are not gonna do it this time.
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!!
p.
"Lot of pennis this days moving with speculation or no news. " - Now that would be a sight to see....ROFLMAO.
P.
They are still waiting on the FFR forum for her to make another apearance, possibly delivering the information they asked for and expect.
Last post on GTM-R thread.....10 days. Must be working on something HUGE! LOL.
This is almost funny(not when MY money is involved however). Upcoming car show and nobody knows if we even have a car to show or what car will be showing.
I wonder when the shock and awe marketing campaign will kick off? Will stop by next week and see if anythings changed...
Their all about performance racing. Chassis tuning, brakes suspension is what I read while researching them. The biz was recently re-purchased and remains a family biz. I dont know how that has changed operations.
The point of the post was that everything cannot be done in house if they expect to build more than three or four this year.
Remember Peter has some standing orders to build a couple GTO's this winter IN ADDITION to building GTMs - all with a staff of how many?
Then there is the new Honda Ridgeline, and another client he is supposed to be announcing soon (Pontiac G8??).
If Peter has a plan now might be a good time to share it.
P.
Peter had better get his sh?? together and start pumping out the vehicles. No ones gonna buy them if he cant deliver on time.
More and more its looking like he's gonna be hard pressed to put out five this year. We need to see more employee cars in the parking lot every morning.
Looks might it might be smart to send a GTM-R or two to Lingenfelder for a special limited edition. This way a lot of the mechanicals would be taken care of outside the shop. Peter needs to start farming out some of the build methinks.
I hope to hell he isnt playing around with GTO's because when the white one is gone, we dont have a completed vehicle anything to show or drive.
That will come in time and after completion of a second and third GTM-R. Peter needs to build and keep one for demo driver and be available for publicity events.
Without favorable reviews from automags it may be difficult to sell them in any quantity.
Hoping he will build one with a more menacing look and powertrain combo. Didn't they say one with 650hp and a six speed available somewhere?
A nice black on black...
Shadow - another forum - the GTM-R forum where Emily posts:
http://www.ffcobra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=205786
Rather, why would Revenge WANT to partner with FFR if the original game plan was to build your OWN supercar, designed and built from start to finish?
As circumstances and fortunes change, it appears our business plan in not set in stone.
Peter would be wiser to offer the GTM-R as a LIMITED EDITION.
Say 250 - 500. That would help make the car a whole lot more saleable.
It should be clear by now to all that Peters next step is to design and make our own body shell to replace the GTM-R.Why should we have to keep paying FFR money that could be in our pockets?
Aside from the body nothing else comes from FFR. Using the proven success of the GTM for an introductory vehicle benefits both companies greatly. OR, changes in the GTM body for 2010 must be made. Revenge cannot sell the same body style like FFR can year after year.
For that matter, there is no reason why Peter could not offer several body styles to mate with the same chassis and powertrain.
Be interesting to see how Peter does with the other two or three GTMs in the shop. I know Peter wants the luxery thing, but hope he keeps azzkickin performance in mind.
P.
He has yet to prove who he really is. Havta see whut thiz critter does...
Cows go moo
Pigs go oink
Dogs go bow wow.
Money thievin' CEO goes....
P.
hmmmmm....just hafta see whut happins.LOL. On another note, Im trying to get Ahdioyoda a visiters pass to the shop...
P.
-yeah. Better to do something than just moan an groan.LOL.
FFR SAGA Part 2:
Well car nutz and racing fans...as you know Penn is working on a little project to bring Prototype Racing and the original GTM-R together with Revenge Designs for a mutually beneficial relationship...
Background: Prototype racing began a few years ago with the gifting of a GTM kit to build a race car. A loosely formed group of guys(and a gal)got together without sponsors or money and started to build a race car from the GTM kit. FAst forward - the car was built (baling wire and masking taPE) and ran Thunderhill both last year and this year finishing second.
Its possibly the only GTM built with some parts from HOme Depot (one of their sponsors).
Revenge Designs in naming their new supercar neglected to ask Richard and Yvonne (owners of Prototype RAcing)for permission to use the name (they would have given it Im sure) and pissed them off big time. In general Revenge Designs neglected to include the GTM community in every way while designing and building THEIR GTM-R. The FFR forum is the foremost knowledgeable assembly of both amateur and professional builders of the GTM kit cars aside from FFR themselves.
Zing!!! back to present day....
It appears that if our own dear sweet EMily currently holds a valid racing licence, she would be able to not only meet the folks at Prototype RAcing but actually drive the vehicle on a track. (Finishing second at 25 HOURS OF THUNDERHILL endurance race.)
With a newly worked over suspension (and new more powerful engine?)Prototype Racing certainly has come a long way and hopefully will be set up to win a few.
Prototype RAcing has few sponsors but nonetheless have put together a first class racing team and pit crew of all volunteers - all men.
Does Emily have a valid racing licence?
Will Peter approve Emily's visit in an official capacity?
Could RVGD possibly help sponsor them?
Would it help having Revenge DEsigns logo on a GTM race car?
Could Emily become part of the Prototype Racing team?
Will Revenge becoming a sponsor help with FFR forum community public relations????
Well race fans, the possibility now exists. Does Emily have the licence? Will Richard and Yvonne extend a hand of friendship and cooperation letting bygones be bygones?
And what about shareholders? With Revenge hanging onto life with both hands as a start up company, is Revenge able to bring anything to the table? Will the race car be able to use parts REvenge has manufactured? Should we help sponsor them if we can?
Are there real benefits to helping sponsor? Penn thinks it will....
Stayed tuned for part three of the continuing FFR saga as it unfolds. The next step is up to Emily and Prototype RACing...
Hope this makes up for my last post (rant) LOL.
Back to lurke mode......P.
Maronti - its great to have nice products, but its even better to have products that sell and make a profit. Im pretty sure both the GTO and Ridgeline were sold at cost or even a loss.
Will we ever hear about the gto kits or ridgeline kits pulling in a steady profit?
The hard truth is that with five full time mechanics and body people working, we should be pulling in at least a hundred an hour in profit.
While the GTM-R has had its debut, I would wait until the auto mags give a full report on road tests or performance testing, and testing/comparison to other vehicles in the same price category with a proven record and level of market acceptance.
Right now the hard truth is that we are no better off now than we were at the beginning of December volume and price wise, with the exception that it appears even less people want the stock now.
YES we do have a company with potential, but unfortunately the CEO has a records of painful mistakes made, broken promises, and has been less than forthcoming with news.
Lastly, we dont have ANY kind of partnership with Factory Five Racing as announced. This is not even touching on the horrendous dilution shareholders suffered time and time again, or current RS or no RS situation (stuckholders).
It is the auto mags and review that will make or break us Im thinking, but right now no one talking. Has it even been tested yet? Do the company have a finished car to deliver to the doorstep of the auto mags for testing review?
We might have the nicest products in the world to sell, but again how does this benefit the shareholder if nothing pulls a profit?
Based on past performance the stock is priced accordingly and wont change for the better until Peter starts assigning VALUE to the company - namely $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
It may be true theres a huge interest from the Asian market and that the company is fielding GTM-R enquiries all day long
- but we need to hear about it.
GTM-R parts market is very very very small, with a lot of the FFR community not real impressed to date.
As far as building 25 cars this year, dont tell no one but January is almost over and no news of a 2nd car completion or buyer...
Its not the shareholders who are raining on the parade - its the company and company actions (pissing on shareholders). Remember why you invested in rvgd in the first place - hope to make a HUGE profit. Here we sit at a HUGE loss begging the CEO and company for scraps of good news....
Thats the reality of the current situation. My hopes are modest - to get out with only a 50% loss instead of 90 to a 100%. With excellent news maybe break even?

iTrader: (0) 0% Great questions, guys. Revenge will be working on meeting California's qualifications for being a production vehicle (meaning meeting emissions standards, crash standards, air bags etc.). However, as you have all pointed out, that takes lots of time and lots of money. We don't have either of those things growing on trees... but I'm working on that.
LS, thank you for the understanding!
Pennimon, the reason the FF forum ends up with more information is because the questions are about the car. If the shareholders emailed me about the car (and not the stock that I know little about), this process wouldn't be so frustrating. Anything that I post up here isn't anything I wouldn't tell anyone at the show (or anyone at all, for that matter).
Stang, you should have said hi and told me you were on the forum! I would have loved to invite you in to see the car closer! Next time?
Alright, time to get back to work! The masses have begun assembling around the car and they have questions! Thanks guys... until tomorrow....
C2..... and still, H4.
Can I throw an M in there an not sound cocky?

Dog, Im sure Em will be happy to answer any and all questions that she can within her capacity. Why not watch the boards for a few days and then submit revelent questions that she CAN answer?
Me or Spot can post the questions there. She's holding her own very nicely over there wouldn't you say? Im watchin for the flavor of the board to gradually change as rvgd proves itself.
Everything takes time but unfortunately we want things YESTERDAY LOL.
P.
Yes, the .0001 dumpers are gone. Now we must chew through the .0002 grumblers LOL.
In the ongoing FFR saga:
Can our little Emily mend the widening rift between FFR forum members and Revenge?
And is it possible the GTM community could work together with REvenge to the ultimate street car?
Here's what LS man from Prototype Racing and their GTM-R race machine has to say:
" Penn, It's possible to arrange a test drive for Emily, It would be up to Richard & Yvonne. Complete video coverage would be fun! Also working on in car cameras for this season. will share video as we progress. Maybe down the road will start a thread on GTM-R race tech, we are continually working to upgrade & improve the race car. Working on improvements as we speak. Appreciate everyone following our journey."
C2 Ted
- Stayed to for Penn's next episode in this unfolding drama!
Will Emily get an invitation to Prototype Racing to ride and drive the GTM race car?
Will Emily accept the challenge?
Stay tuned folks - is there history in the making? Two diametrically opposed companies coming together for the common good of all!!!!!!!!
One can only guess what can come of such a meeting....
Lighten up here folks. Its only money LOL.
Non-pr'd company news that investors deserved to here first(from Emily)and confirms Penn's suspicions:
"As a conspiracy theorist myself I always get suspicious when there are newspapers in pictures... usually just means someone took the time to photoshop it in If you would like to confirm my existence I'd love to have you come by any of the show we're doing this year and shake my hand.
Also, our relationship with Factory Five is a mutually beneficial cooperative. It's not a joint-venture, we're not partners, both companies understand that by working together we can cover two different markets (kits and turn-keys) and have a long term symbiotic relationship."
- Back to lurk mode....lurk lurk lurk LOL.
Biz - bllb is doing fine from all accounts. Perhaps its us that needs the prayer! LOL.
Cheers P.
Hey Ford, its somewhat a relief for me that the car has been confirmed not finished. The things mentioned that need completion are the things I had an issue with not knowing the car was not completed.
I still think its unfortunate that we have to learn the cars details from another forums post, and says that perhaps the marketing of the car could have been handled a little differently and perhaps have been a little more informative.
So, our GTM-R is NOT a GTM....its a colloraffi special with a gtm skin for appearance purposes. After the road test and write ups - will it be a diamond in the ruff or a chocolate covered turd?
The GTM skin will soon be replaced Im thinkin, and Revenges second vehicle will be ALL original Revenge - no GTM stuff.
So folks, it is doubtful that there is MUCH of a partnership happening with FFR at all (just buy body shells), and it appears that the companies business plan MAY have evolved.
Soon there will no reason to have ANY association with FFR at all, or mention it in ANY press releases....
JMHO - P.
Having the car sold is great news providing a temp. cash fix.
I was thinkin Paris Hilton and that GTM-R woulda went well with each other. LOL.
Lets hope those other two are damn near completion - what the hell are the magazine editors gonna drive and report on?
Might this sale represent the highest realized selling price ever for a GTM?
Yeah, its just one car, but its a start...
GLTA P.
ZGoldies: there is a lot of both good and bad things about both Peter and the company, and as fast as things have been happening at RVGD (one year old company)it would not surprise that things have changed in light of the recent auto industry crap.
That most pinky company released forward looking pr's come to pass as printed is just not true in most cases.
Even the dilution and looming RS is common - everywhere and every company almost.
In the end though, it does not look to me like we have any kind of partnership existing with Factory Five, or any that FFR or Revenge is willing to comment on at this time. Nor it seems do we have a partner in the wings ($$$$)and my guess is that short term financing in lieu of shares sales has not happened.
An RS right now would completely alienate the company to most retail investment, something the current volume reflects. IMHO the worst mistake the company will ever make will be to alienate the current investor base it STILL has. Who else is gonna buy the stock?
Not that folks wouldn't find out on their own but there was probly enuff folks going out of their way to post on other boards about it.
Perhaps Peter will realize he NEEDS the little investor guys and gals like us. Just a feeling but think Peter is gonna try and make a go of it - just on sales alone. RVGD is still not clear of Carnes until the preferred share conversion is completed.
Ya gotta hand it to Peter though they he HAS managed to survive Carnes this far, and thats more than some of the companies he has previously dealt with.
How Peter has almost single handedly managed to get this far with no real money to speak of IS an accomplishment and if it doesnt destroy his shareholders should be something that he can be proud of.
A loyal pinky shareholder is merely an unfortunate individal who is as (or more) emotionally invested as he is financially invested. No one should ever INVEST in a pinky, just speculate on them.
GLTA-P.
Thats an interesting tidbit of info on Mendeola. Also interesing that Factory Five is developing an off road racer with another company right now.
My take on the custom transaxle is that it has to do with future versions of the GTM-R. Read somewhere that this one is specialy developed (built)for the GTM-R.
The only reason to do this is possibly to handle more horsepower 750+hp for a racing environment. Over time Peter will have more custom manufactured components to build his own Colloraffi designed and built supercar.
The GTM is a nice starter car for Revenge to capitalize on and gain entry to the auto manufacturing league. My question is that next year will he still be making and selling the same GTM-R?? What changes can be made to the vehicle and still be called a GTM?
It might take some time but eventually the Revenge GTM-R should end up being a completely different vehicle in terms of both appearance and components.
After the show is over, I hope you all give Peter and Emily a few days off before assaulting them again. Having manned a booth at a similar sized event but for only two days, I can tell you its exhausting.
For what its worth, I dont think anyone is going to have to go out of their way to bring down the company if investors will be wiped out. It will happen on its own and in fact I believe has already started beginning with the filing back in Dec.
I hope Peter has some REALLY good pr's coming this way soon. Hoping for some good reviews from upcoming test drives...
Biz: Not unusual for this time of the year and thinly traded stocks in general.
Dont know if you continue to buy but you cannot dig yourself out of a hole...
For the most part, many no volume days result in a no bid situation that can lead to an RS. Because of current volume someone with large position can get stuck very easy.
It all depends on what the company does or needs to do. In this case the company appears to be quite comfortable with the status quo,and not selling stock (we hope?).
This also equates to making the monthly bills. Hearing the product is STILL in Walmart is a big plus, and depending on where that fella lives, could be confirmation that sales have expanded into other states than originally pr'd.
If picked up by other states, it means sales did quite good in the original shipment and testsites.
Seems to me if they wanted to move the pps any (to sell more stock), news would be a good thing. Could also be that the company has been buying back stock here and there a few million at a time. Wouldn't that be sweet?
If you think we are cooked, test the market with a few sells. Maybe give company another month and start unloading bit by bit.
Just a waitin game....GLTY. P.
Maronti - the point is that at a show of this caliber, you should not have to be making excuses. None.
Read your last post - you made at least four excuses for Peters performance. Its not the fault of the vendors, shareholders or moderators....Peter has to step up to the plate NOT SHAREHOLDERS!
Lastly, look to see if Peter has changed his industrial classification and liability insurance to include automobile manufacturing.
OR, see if Peter will answer the question of whether or not FFR has signed off on the production prototype, and hear what kind of partnership we now have going forward. Sadly, I dont think thats happened, because it sure is pr worthy news and one that might cause me to change my way of thinking.
Imagine that...being properly informed for once. Please understand Maronti you're free to respond if to this post if ya want, but this is it for me. If I respond to more posts I fear I would be well on the road to bashing. That I would like to reserve till after the RS and dilution if and when it occurs....
If I come across any new useful dd, I'll be sure to share and will be in lurk mode for a good while ("if ya cant say anything good...").

You dont get a second chance to make a first impression - or do you? The very first look at the car had me severely disapointed after all the wait and especially the hype.
Aside from the boring and bland color - white, my first impression was that they didnt even bother to finish the f****** thing. The cut-outs still in place with the paint made it look like it wasn't even painted.
The good news is that not everyone has seen Chenneys SEMA award winning GTM, or the ones Shane has produced, or even the ones in the kit car mag.
The thing is though, is that at the car show, there are literally HUNDREDS of vehicles. If the GTM-R dont impress ya, theres bound to be at least ten others that will.
JMHO - but I dont think the other car show was cancelled due to motor not being completed from outside vendor, it was that he did not have the GTM completed. I believe that we were supposed to attend both events with the naias being the main event.
Peter failed to deliver what he promised us in respect to workmanship, design, uniqueness, pricing.
The vehicle is not up to OEM snuff, and probly never will be.
No bumpers (no air bags).
This is JUST ME THOUGH having familiarized myself properly with what a quality GTM really is, and it all comes down to the builder.
I would rather Peter passed the vehicle off as pre-production test model in progress than a production ready vehicle. I wonder if FFR signed off on it as promised?
With Peter selling our custom parts to existing GTM owners and future owners of kit cars, just places us in the same category as a kit car, but the worlds most expensive one?
I dont know where it went wrong, only that the vehicle seems not to have been assembled with the pride and passion that the FFR vendor/builders do. Somewhere along the line it became a painful chore to do without the proper resources or help.
IMHO -Peter needs to eat some humble pie and work WITH the FFR building community - not alienate them, and I'd rather have Gary Chenney's GTM which is up for sale for a whole lot less.
Peter has WAY TOO many irons in the fire. Why was he building a freakin' GTO when the GTM's were not completed? Why is he taking on new projects?
Well, Penn's rant is over and more or less so is 95% of my interest in this company. The remaining interest I have is waiting to see what the car mags say when the vehicle is put through its paces and tested against other vehicles.
It could very well be car and driver (and motortrend, corvette) mag will love it and write glowing reports. Being as there presently is NO information like that available, the public has no where else to get a fair report. Lets hope all the work Peter has done was worth the effort and everyone comes out alive.
Out of respect for all the longs here, this is the last rip on Peter or car I'll make while posting here, and wish my interpretation of potential success changes FOR THE BETTER with ALL THE INFORMATION THAT IS TO BE RELEASED?

Dog: It is so. Read Emily's post of the FFR site...she's going to provide a list of all Revenge components that they may purchase...right now she's too busy with the show. But keep checking FFR site.
I think it sucks that she only posts on the FRR site and not here. The benefit is of course that we get passed along information in the form of marketing.
Revenge Designs NEEDS to get VENDOR status there. Emily is buying herself some unnecessary grief by posting things for sale without a vendor status...
So anyone can get our "uniquely Revenge" parts?
