Great read Gamood <eom>
Nano...great stuff isn't it?
Ruddidust...I call it Rum Rush...been drinking some for four months now. No need for viagra.
marayanto..thanks for the response. I agree on all points. I think it makes the stock less volitle as well.
Another point(s) to ponder....
1)How good of a deal is the Divy for investors?
2)How long would "you" wait for your Divy?
3)Does the issuance of the Divy change your "trading" schedule? i.e. rather than sell "X" amount of shares at "X" price...does one wait for the Divy instead? Hmmmm
4)Does the Divy affect daytraders? shorters? MM's? investors?
Time for a Rum Rush..my head is spinning. LOL
Another point to ponder..

The spin off will gain more market share for the parent.
I also look for a buyout.
Nice chart...SSSU

The company's 90 day's due dilligence for the midwestern distribution should be announced on Monday.
Should they favor national distribution, As per the August 4, 2006 "The strategy allows RushNet to develop new DSD (Direct Store Distribution) customers and refine the sales and marketing programs so they can be replicated nationally"
Then the dividend into the new company will attract more capital.
This is what I see, how bout you
is cylp gone?
did the volume just spike???
"Things" take time....

Good things happened and are "happening" on the Japanese front. Many opportunities here as well. No need to beg for money or investors, help is on the way. JMHO
I'd rate the potential a "12". JMHO
Good post Gamood..and thanks Bob for answering my question last week.

If you had one plan to lower the outstanding shares and add value to rushnet, what would that plan be??
The key to life is giving "key" no life. I can't imagine giving credence or responding to someone who is unhappy he's down SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars and states he made a mistake buying a stock he never did any due diligence on and has never tried to communicate with the company to get his questions answered.
LMAO LMAO.................. BIG TIME LMAO LMAO LMAO
Please e-mail me and tell me why I shouldn't buy RSHN!!!
LMAO LMAO LMAO
SHort...Who's Short?...Who you going to call??...Short Busters
LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO
Thank you sir <eom>
Some food for thought as I sip a Rum Rush...from another board.

I know a lot of people are expecting a PR at the end of the 90-day Due Diligence period of the LOI for the purchase of Garden Beverage, Inc., but I think they need to realize that's only the DD period.
Then comes the time needed to prepare the offer of purchase. That could be quite a while. Then negotiations.
So, I'm personally not expecting word on Garden for some time now.
Just had to air my thoughts. Anyone see it differently?

I'm of the understanding that the LOI is the negotiating period, and that at the end of 90 days, if both sides don't agree to terms, it is then void. If both sides agree, then they will have X amount of days to secure financing. Is this wrong?
My interpretation is the latter.
OT.. I had a double-hip replacement back a few years ago. I had to sell my home as the upkeep was just getting out
of hand. I looked for a Condo for about six months before choosing one that I was happy with.
BEFORE buying this property I ruled out several. My due diligence included scrutinizing the condo documents; the condo budget; the capital replacement fund and expenditures; as well as the master insurance policy.
I talked to all the town departments such as the board of health;police;fire;zoning; and building. I knocked on doors to solict resident feedback. ETC...you get the picture.
I approach buying stocks the same way. One doesn't always "win" but your decision is based on accumulating all the info you can, BEFORE you put your money down.
I have little sympathy for the person I have placed on ignore as he has stated that he made a "bad" decision. Not anyone's fault but his. I have always had my concerns addressed by the company, although I don't bother this board with all of my communications. I have zero sympathy for anyone that REFUSES to do the same.
I say beware of people's motivations including mine. The individual on ignore does not pass the "smell" test. I think his motivations are crystal clear. Many will leave us soon as they move on to other stocks etc.. I'll be writing and lurking here for a considerable amount of time to come.
If you could dicipher some pasts posts of mine you'd be sipping some Johnny Walker Blue as well. The Rum Rush is good as well. There are many ways to increase the PPS of RSHN, some which many here have NOT a clue. GLTA and Good Investing!!
OT... I have invested in good (great) companies in the past which lanquished for God knows how long..until it was there time to move. Why should RSHN be moving NOW? I guess we all think it has great potential, great upside, great products, great timing, great something.
Sometimes potential, sometimes hype, sometimes nothing, makes a stock move. MM's work for their best interest. Usually, a lot of $$$, sometimes for a good client, but always on their terms and when they deem it the best time.
RSHN is building a story
Stories make $$$ for MM's ( lots of volume )
Stories make $$$ for investors ( when it's a good story )
I think the best time to buy a company is when it's developing a story. I have many shares. Then there's a good time to start cashing in on a story. Up until now only one big run. I think the movie is scheduled to reach the public in November, with gratuities to be spread out over time.
Here's to good investing!!! GLTA
Alfa and Ninja...100% on the money IMHO <eom>
I'm glad that RSHN's PR was after hours. They are trying to make RSHN into a viable and legitimate entity. No more daytraders and shorters etc...only true investors and believers. I've been here from the beginning and own many more shares than most. I like very much what has transpired as of late. Viability and transparentcy is around the corner. Many should hold on to their shares longer than intended. IMHO

I say post it. <eom>
Maybe NOT after hours. <eom>
I for one am still confident that a PR will be out today.EOM
My questions may be answered soon. LOL
If rushnet "sells" some of its marketing rights for E-Water in 1) Japan 2)Europe 3) Asia 4) South America etc..wouldn't this free up some cash for expansion in the USA and hence give rushnet $$$ for a share buy-back.
We get money for selling marketing rights---We expand our USA presence---and We retire some shares.
A reverse split in a company growing its sales and distribution network is not necessarily a bad thing. Everyones "multiple" would decrease but we still can do very well.

Checkmate...In your opinion is it possible that Bob could do a deal with the fellows from Japan other than distributing RUSH products, say an equity position, buying the rights to Rush products and E-Water. We can only HOPE. TIA

Checkmate and Gamood...is it just me or is everyone's prickly hairs starting to shoot straight up? Based on your and Gamood's figures RSHN is begining to take on a real MOMO move.If and when news of the brewery, Mexico, Asia, health clubs, food chains, convenient stores come together what type of company are we going to have here?
Rumor (sorry)is that a foreign entity may take a stake in RSHN. I don't know anything just something I heard online somewhere. Hope it has some validity
Sorry, translation didn't work. English: Coca Cola is coming out with a ginseng version of its cola. Could it be ours??
LOL
コカ・コーラはginsengのコーラと出て来ている。 これはrushnetsプロダクトであるでしようか。
Teto and Madtony have you sold your position in RSHN? LOL
Wishing...hoping....thinking....and praying won't help RSHN.
BUT good product...good contacts.... money...good distribution...good business plan....good effort... WILL insure a rise in the PPS.
When? Who knows. If it was certain that RSHN would go to .005 this year and .01 next year would you invest? Would you hold?
Would you move on?
ATWT was a "dead" stock up until 9/18 right Teto? Right Madtony? Every stock has their day, whether it be a good or bad stock, when you deal in the pinkies.
Made some good $$$ with VYON this week because some people thought it "dead". I think it has a chance to hit new highs this year. But I know it will not reach it potenential next week, next month or even next year.
My "guess" is RSHN is a long way from being dead.

POSTED TO ALL...from Natures Best bio
The company’s fleet of multi-temperature delivery trucks serves health and natural food stores, supermarkets, restaurants, colleges, schools, and drug stores throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Ocean going container ships serve its customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. Nature’s Best has over 300 employees
OCEAN GOING CONTAINER SHIPS...YES
Who's RUSH? Isn't that a competitor? The real question are they representing RSHN. RUSH is another drink. JMHO
While researching another health product I came across an article that talked about fulvic acid....Let's get the word out to the health conscience...
Lipalone controls the amount of fat being synthesized, which helps it dramatically reduce human fat stores. Lipalone will activate the burning of stored body fat as fuel and may also effectively inhibit fat storage all together while eliminating many other toxins and waste. *Lipalone contains the highest per capsule dose of Lipase in the world...PERIOD. Lipase is an enzyme that is required by the body to break down dietary fats into an absorbable form. Fats are the most difficult component of the diet to digest and fatty foods are responsible for more indigestion than proteins or starches. * Additionally Lipalone contains gugulipid, which has been used for centuries to treat obesity and arthritis. In more recent years we have learned that gugulipids may promote a reduction in triglycerides (the chemical form in which most fat exists in food as well as in the body) while promoting the normalization of bad cholesterol (LDL) and raising good cholesterol (HDL). Lipalone also contains fulvic acid. Fulvic acid itself can contain as many as 60 different mineral compounds and consists of an immense arsenal and array of naturally occurring photochemical's, biochemical's, supercharged antioxidants, super oxide dismutase, nutrients, enzymes, hormones, amino acids, antibiotics, antivirals, and antifungals. All combined fulvic acid is one of the most important things you could ever do for your body and in the case of weight loss it effectively promotes the conversion of all food into its most usable form so your body isn't starved for nutrients and place in a "store as fat" mode instead of the more efficient "burn as fuel" mode. Fulvic acid also promotes the proper elimination of all toxins and waste from the body, not just fat leading to more weight reduction. Please remember that Lipalone does not replace diet and exercise but when combined may be the missing link you have been searching so long for.
Checkmate...every stock has it's day. The key is choosing the right day. By the way what day is it? LOL From another board.
I don't know if I am smart or stupid but it seems to me its not how long you own a stock, one year, two years five years .... but its when the stock starts turning around that is whats important and only that! A company with multiple products just now getting to market and showing their potential, Revenues just now showing to be clearly increasing and people who have held on so long are now selling. Now I know why so many investors are not rich. Its in our nature I think to quit in the last hour of a run. I have done it too many times myself. The fat lady has not sung yet. In fact as a new comer to this stock without prejudges I see this as a buying oportunity and will hold on to my shares for sure!
Checkmate...wouldn't it be to RSHN's advantage to look into some fincancing and equity for HESG? Having a leg up on a new sweetener could be a SWEET deal for RSHN.
