Makes me nervous. Damn.
Still buying. So undervalued, omg.
Any news/rumors on Volta? Will they release a Volta GPU in 2017?
The stock? I think you are too late. Wait for a pullback and get in once you've done your DD.
Yeah, yeah, been hearing that for years. Yet Nadella managed to DOUBLE the stock worth in just two years. There's no bubble. Long MAST.
So glad I bought at $110 earlier this year. Already gained so much. Long FB!
Andromeda turned average at best... Wonder what it'll do to the stock, if anything.
Any news on how's Beauty and the Beast doing at theaters?
I got a feeling they'll score at least a billion with this flick!
That's why they have lawyers. I'm sure it's under control.
Do you see it as a buy at this point? $14 that is.
Uh oh.
Thoughts? Will it affect the stock?
Maybe. But I don't want to break my own rules. My NVDA position is big enough. No need to risk it.
I'm only waiting for House of Cards and Stranger Things.
No, you wouldn't be. Because it is the same thing. I don't understand why people even bother with price. If you like the stock - buy it. Simple as that.
You mean TV shows or the stock's performance? Just curious :)
Why should they? The price alone shouldn't be an issue. If you like the company - buy it.
Mark's gonna have his hands full in years to come. Fine by me. Facebook couldn't have had a better CEO.
Yeah. You've said that.
Great start of the week here. Good day.
You'd think all those celebrities and bigass corporations like McDonald's would be more careful with their public profiles.
I see. I think I prefer long term investing to trading.
The stock tanked 20% this February. Who is to say something like this won't happen again? I am a patient investor. I like that about myself.
Not low enough. I was thinking something like 80-90.
Congratulations. But I got in late. My average is $77. Do you think it's alright?
I want even lower.
From what I heard, it wasn't Twitter's fault. The people who got hacked gave access to a third-party app and got their security compromised through there.
Your Twitter account is as secured as you make it to be.
I would love a pullback, actually. This is a decent company and I want to buy low.
How secure is Twitter?

Yeah. Makes sense.
That's one more cent for $140... Come on!
Another great day for the stock.
No idea, honestly. Stopped bothering with talking heads years ago. I sometimes read articles of authors that I like every now and then, but that's about it.
Honestly, the best thing I did was removing that stockmarket widget from my phone last year. That gave me a lot of stress.
Yes... That's something that has crossed my mind as well. As I said earlier, not a good sign.
I also happen to play videogames heavily for the last 15 years of my life and I can easily see if I like the game after a trailer or some YouTube footage. Honestly, choosing games have never been easier in our age of Internet. I don't have any problems with Origin or EA in general. People give them a lot of shit, but my experience with them was nothing but great. Today they gave me a full refund of a game that I played for 51 HOURS already. It was Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year Edition. And I'm sure as hell gonna buy new Mass Effect: Andromeda as well with that awesome customer experience. Because I always know that even if I don't like it, I can ALWAYS get my money back.
As for Microsoft, I don't believe their Origin-like service will succeed for one simple reason: most of games in Microsoft Store are crap. There are some decent one like Gears of War 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider or Quantum Break, but it's still not worth paying for every month. Maybe just pay for one month to play them all and then unsubscribe, but it doesn't work for me. I like to own things, not rent them.
With that said, I'm long Microsoft, but not for gaming reasons. I think Nadella is the best thing that has happened to this stock in years. I'm also long ATVI and EA because gaming is getting bigger every year.
VideoCardz has published early benchmark results for Vega.
You think he reads this thread?
Anyway, good GPUs are good for additional market share, no? In the long run.
They are actually pretty alike if you check their price action throughout the years.
Yes, you were right actually. My bad. Wiki says it operates as a separate units of Disney Media Networks though.
The real buyout won't have any rumors or news. It will come out of nowhere, like when Microsoft bought LinkedIn.
The last time we all got played.
