Somewhat. They updated it earlier this year I believe.
Mr. Frack said it like it was dealt with forever ago.
For real though. This deal has been confirmed down so many avenues. The realm for doubt is behind us.
I confirmed the convertible note has been paid off.
I would accredit that to an early start and consistent money management more than I would my stock picks.
Ladybug is definitely a good first step for all parties interested, IMO.
I agree. $0.50 is pretty confirmed, IMO. The real targets will be beyond that point. I'm curious if we can touch the golden dollar.
I agree. If the note were an issue it would've presented itself much sooner than now. I don't know of any note holders that wait six months to convert, especially at this price.
"Upon payment in full of this principal, interest, and bonus payment, this Note shall be surrendered to the company for cancellation."
Mr. Frack has exclaimed to us many times over the phone that our exec. heads have some very deep pockets. I'm speculating that alongside the maturity date having passed, and Mr. Frack informing us last week that all the share information on the OTC website is accurate and up to date, that they've paid off the note. When I chat with him next I'll ask to clarify.
Awesome find! I'm looking forward to checking it out!
They have a physical office in Chicago.
~9,000
So bizarre. I have a small bid put in at $0.07's, but it isn't showing up. I've had it there for three or four days.
It would be for them.
It's a pretty optimistic bid unless someone just wants to see the stock that low so they can manipulate some cheaper shares.
Definitely deters selling.
I spoke to the man on top today, but he wouldn't budge on any news. He just said, "we're currently working on things."
I've followed up his past 10+ deals. All finished successfully.
I agree. If they have to work for these shares we'll see some strong numbers get put down in the near future.
There are so few shares available on L2.
I thought it was 20% myself.
I'll be doing both. Probably slowly let half go and store the rest away for a while; see where things go.
MM targets were spotted at almost 10x from here. Every merger deal I've traded always blew past those.
No one ever said it was "supposed to close in October." Mr. Frack thought the Chinese officers would be done by then, but they decided to implement more intricacies with the company, so here we are.
You need to stop correlating Mr. Frack's finesse with mergers to these delays. The man is actually very seasoned with regards to these deals, and he's done double digits of them.
The signatures are done, they've been working on finalizing the new officer in Chicago (of which we confirmed the address months ago), and Mr. Frack just came back from overseas no doubt pertaining to the deal. Things sound pretty good to me.
Over half of the float is locked up by us alone. You won't typically see much movement here pre-announcement, IMO.
I was specifically told there were "other small details to be worked out aside from just needing one more signature." I presume they're working on those.
Were this up to Mr. Frack we'd have things out tomorrow. The Chinese officers have some sort of agenda they're sticking to with this merger, and I was told over a month ago that they'll be as patient as they need to be to finish this up right.
... of last year. Probably should've specified.
Since around March myself.
We're in good hands here. It's just a matter of time.
Bring in the decimal point movers more like. $0.01, $0.10, $1.00
$0.25 will be easy given the thin float. The real challenges of $0.50 or more will be dependent on company value moving forward. We should be seeing things soon enough based off various phone calls.
A lot of potential here bud, and it's closing in fast. Strap in!
The more we buy up the more people will be yearning for shares. Supply and demand at it's best.
We should be seeing things soon.
You'd have to ask Tdgnts. He's much more familiar with the officer backgrounds than I am. Nevertheless, I'm hoping that's him.
Yeah, that's my bad. I own a considerable chunk of that float.
I did speak to the boss man yesterday. We have good things in our near future. That's all that was really said.
I'll try Mr. Frack Monday or Tuesday if anyone has any questions in particular.
Today is a nice sample before the feast. Load your plate up. You only get one free visit to the buffet.
We own over half the float alone here on iHub. Not much to go around, and it's a precious commodity everyone should want.
