It's true that it takes about that long, but it's more important that the many articles of paperwork are filled out correctly. It's not just a simple name change and simple ticker change, they have to alter their articles of declaration and organization because of the merger. It can take months to get the paper work completed (which it has). The company has stated that they have/will file in September.

Oh and I love how you cry fraud right after a merger. The company is likely privatized looking to become public through this company. I see no fraud from that action. Heck, that'd be awesome for us .

Wanted to do some research on what is required of a company when it needs to change its Ticker Symbol. Considering we had a merger here, they had to recreate many of their documents like their articles of organization. Then they can finally apply, which takes ~about 30 days if everything is correct.

It's hard to say when the company actually filed their new forms (physically), but it's good to know that we're in the process.

It's hard to stay patient. SKYX is a great ticker name!
