Nothing any of the so called people in the know have predicted has come true over the past year..absolutely nothing. Only thing baltia has accomplished is dilution and sale of shares. Fact. All they have done I fail the mini and fail the shareholders.

This is terrible news, more dilution and no progress. Even if this does eventually get certified the investors are going to be screwed. This stock is worthless now(.004) and now with increased dilution it will stay that way.

On that note, the holidays are fast approaching, effectively eliminating half of November and December for viable retest dates if the FAA allows test 8. Just like last year if no progress is made by the end of October, just say hello to January and another few billion share increase.

Honestly what is there to be positive about right now? No news on mini in 3 months, ten months of attempts with only failure, the pps dive bombed to .004, and the outstanding stock doubled to 8 Billion. Why cant people just be real and face the fact that something is not going well. Why wont the company come with any answers? Just nothing. This is supposed to be a publicly traded company right? What is going on? So sick of all the so called positive rumors that NEVER amount to anything.

All it ever is is hype, zero results, and people claiming to have secret info that never seems to pan out.
