When haven't they been horrified? Must have been before 2015/16!
You know.. Back when those pesky extreme leftists like MSNBC, The Medias Touching Network, CNN, NBC, ABC, Rolling Stone (when did they ditch music for political hit pieces?), Salon.com (wtf?), USA Today, Yahoo News, The Hollywood Reporter and all these Chinese funded fact checkers were just left and fact checking didn't exist.
All you need is a fake account on X/Twitter because it disassociated with the extreme leftist news mob and the story becomes certified! That fake account becomes real
news and spreads like wildfire to every leftist affiliated media outlet.
And those biased fact checkers. When the story falls apart, it then becomes Elon's fault.
So I agree, f advertisers!
Oh yeah.
Couldn't possibly be all Trumps faults, that's just absurdities!
This company ought to be ashamed of itself.
Fake Hoax office #1:

Fake Hoax Office #2:
1177 Avenue of the Americas, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10036
Their office spaces (both) is nothing but a lounge area, a fax/copier, a coffee maker, and a shared conference room.
It's known as Virtual Office Space by Regus.
Every penny scam pump and dump made use of these $200/mo Virtual Office Space to make them look bigger than they really are.
SBFM does it again! Now they have two fake offices!
Remember when they had 40M+ in the bank? Now it's about 16M.
They did better on OTC. Now they're going to reverse split and suck the life blood out of everything they can. This fake New York office I'm sure will be put to good use to inflate the shit out of the stock price where SBFM will either start over with more wonder drugs because it's worked well for them for the last 20 years. Why stop now?
Or they could legitimize Nora, a company that has a real office, and a real pharmaceutical plant.
One burns cash and wipes out investors while enriching executives
The other, is a win win for everyone.
Wonder what they will do....

What did I reword since you appear to be hell bent on me plagerising and bastardizing the constitution against its original form.
Read what I posted. And then affirm to me what I rewrote and/or changed and where I copied and pasted it from.
None of what you said is true. Nor did I grab it from some website and paste it.
I own that post and the wording.
No need to use a Facebook or a TikTok owned fact checker such as politifact.
I am the fact writer and I dare you to dismantle the comprehensive meaning.
Did you read my post? You are full of disrespect and bunk.
¡___! WRONG ¡___!
Legal scholars, constitutional attorneys understand legalese and the constitution. Most others can't decipher coded language or Latin.
See: BANC REVIEW
And FYI - I did not reword or rewrite the constitution. Get real. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Read it again if you don't understand what is being said or ask a constitutional attorney for help understanding it.

Some justices focus on vagueness of 14th Amendment for which is good news for President Trump
Several of the Colorado justices posed tough questions to the anti-Trump challengers and zeroed in on the vagueness in the 14th Amendment, which doesn’t explicitly prohibit insurrectionists from serving as president, even though it specifies that insurrectionists can’t be senators or state officials.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is designed to safeguard democracy by preventing insurrectionists during a different time in America [Civil War] from holding office. Most scholars agree that disqualifying Trump's candidacy would potentially incite violence or unjustly disenfranchise voters.
Scholars and lawyers also note that Trump, while being sworn in as President, did not swear an oath to "support" the Constitution but rather to "preserve, protect and defend" it - A distinction found in Article II which suggests that the founding fathers intended for a more stringent criteria when it comes to barring presidents from office.
Furthermore, Section 3 specifically refers to prohibiting individuals from offices they currently occupy, not future electoral bids. This means that while debates continue about barring Trump from another presidential term, the language does not explicitly prevent him from running for president again. This significantly undermines any legal argument against Trump's potential campaign under Section 3, regardless of its controversy.

Adva-27a batches
2012ish - Beta Pharma Canada
2014 - Lonza
2021 - Some other company
All failures. Sunshine blamed the first two on the manufacturers who made them in China. Lonza sued them.
The latest batch was also produced in China and failed.
The French company had the same results. Seems to me they've been milking a dead horse while already knowing it would fail.
Investor fraud!
SBFMs satellite office in Canada is a virtual office by Regus.
The last time I found it in the filings they were paying a 2-400$ a month Canadian for use of a break room, fax copy machine, a telephone line and they could schedule a meeting room.
Not a real office. After Nora, they expanded the services with Regus to include additional answering services that answer as Sunshine BioPharma and forward to cell phones.
This is true. Look up their address yourself and you'll see Regus offers 4th floor virtual office space to make your company look bigger.
It also coincides with their office fee space they reported.
Haven't checked anything about NY. This company last reported $18M on hand and put a disclaimer in all their filings regarding the last few quarters, that they are in financial trouble and cannot secure more fundraising/capital or loans to continue their operations as planned.
It also says they have enough cash to likely finish out 2025. So, expect some wild shakeups or absolute catatasreophy. They either must raise capital or go defunct very quickly!
Meanwhile, Nora seems to be doing well burning through SBFMs reserves. They actually have legitimate pharmaceutical products on the market.
Sunshine has failed products, promises and shelved their flagship adva-27a.
K1.1 is a knock off of adva-27a (both were hailed as multidrug resistant to the exact same cancer cells).
Expect K1.1 to fail too.
A CFO stooge, a PhD (doctor of philosophy or researcher only) and some other guy claimed to have cancer and covid cure alls and even touted the same ones as Ebola cures.
These are your 3 stooges who conned the world with the devil.
All their patents for SBFM-PL-4 and K1.1 and FDA approval are non existent. They made a huge deal out of filing with priority and fast track but they were denied and never updated anyone on the status of these.
The only patent they have is for the now officially failed adva-27a Steve Slilaty bought from a French company for $60k about 15 years ago. They ditched it because it was worthless and unsafe (toxic). What's changed?
Sunshine already knew this back in 2012-15 with Beta Pharma Canada, L something and their latest batch that failed again recently.
Furthermore, it made sense to someone else here that refers to everyone as "author."
They could not figure out the President part until I wrote this piece out with regards to the Colorado ruling.
Give it up leftist.
I fully understand what I wrote because I wrote it.

TRUMP TO FIX AND REPAIR OBAMACARE!
The Trump Administration II, under leadership of President Donald J. Trump, will address all the problems of Obamacare, such as:
Lowering High Premiums
One of the main criticisms of the ACA is that it led to increased insurance premiums for many Americans. In his second term, President Trump plans to foster greater competition among insurers and implement high-risk pools, which could potentially lower premiums.
Increasing Choice
In certain areas with few providers participating in the ACA marketplace, consumer choice is limited. By allowing insurers to sell policies across state lines, President Trump aims to increase competition and provide consumers with more options.
Easing Employer Mandate Burden
Some small businesses find it financially challenging to meet the ACA's employer mandate requirement of providing health insurance. In response, President Trump's administration would consider revising this mandate or providing additional support for small businesses.
Removing Individual Mandate Penalty
Although reduced to zero under his first term, formally removing this from legislation remains a priority in order to eliminate any future financial penalties for those who choose not to purchase health insurance.
Simplifying Plan Choices
Recognizing that some consumers find it difficult navigating their healthcare options under the ACA due to its complexity, simplifying plan choices and improving transparency will be an area of focus in a second term under President Trump.
Addressing Medicaid Expansion Disparities
While Medicaid expansion under the ACA has provided coverage for many low-income individuals, disparities exist due to some states choosing not to expand Medicaid coverage - an issue that can be addressed at federal level with policy adjustments or incentives for states yet to expand their programs.

Other Trump Administration Highlights:
Energy Exports - Oil and gas exports increased by over $20 billion during Trump's term from the opening of licenses and permits. This boosted the American energy sector.
Incremental USMCA Gains - The new North American trade deal added around $70 billion to US GDP.
Aid to Farmers - Due to reduced exports and commodity prices amidst the trade wars, Trump approved over $24 billion in emergency aid for American farmers over 2018-2020. This assisted them as they struggled to export products like soybeans and pork, especially to China. Thanks for the $24 billion, China!
Trump has an estimated IQ of 147, thanks to Wharton University.

During his tenure as the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump spoke and met with world leaders during heightened tensions with several nations, including China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. Trump's approach to foreign policy emphasized dialogue and severe military action that the world would have never seen before if people like Little Rocket Man were to launch missiles towards America. President Trump's words averted direct conflicts that would have led to significant loss of life.
During the first two years of the Trump Administration, President Trump accomplished many achievements across various sectors, including economic growth, job creation, and regulatory reform.
Economic Growth:
The U.S. economy experienced significant growth during this period, with a 4.2 percent increase in the second quarter of 2018 alone. For the first time in over a decade, annual growth was projected to exceed 3 percent.
Job Creation:
Over four million new jobs were created since the election, with more than 3.5 million since Trump took office. Unemployment rates for African-American, Hispanic and Asian-American demographics reached record lows during this period.
Regulatory Reform:
A focus on deregulation led to numerous actions aimed at reducing regulatory burdens on businesses and individuals alike. This included rolling back provisions of Dodd-Frank that affected credit unions and regional banks and repealing regulations through use of the Congressional Review Act.
Tax Cuts:
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act provided significant tax relief for American families and businesses alike. It also spurred investment in previously neglected communities through establishment of opportunity zones.
Infrastructure Development:
Efforts were made to spur infrastructure development across the country through proposals that would leverage federal funds to stimulate investment.
Health Care Reforms:
Several measures were taken to reduce healthcare costs for Americans while improving quality and access to care. These include signing legislation aimed at improving mental health services and combating opioid abuse.
Trade Negotiations:
Negotiations resulted in revised trade agreements with South Korea as well as an agreement between U.S., Mexico, Canada (USMCA) replacing NAFTA.
Defense Spending:
Increased defense spending ensured military readiness while providing servicemen with their largest pay raise in nearly a decade.
Veterans Affairs Reforms:
Reforms within Veterans Affairs improved access to care for veterans while increasing transparency within VA operations.
These accomplishments reflect a focus on economic growth, deregulation, and improving services for American citizens. However, they also came with their own set of challenges and criticisms which are part of the ongoing political discourse.

Bleachgate Anniversary: 3 Years Since Trump's Infamous Suggestion, The Nation Reflects
It was a moment that left the nation in disbelief. It's been over three years since former President Donald Trump suggested injecting bleach as a potential treatment for Covid-19. This suggestion has since become an emblem of his tumultuous presidency and chaotic management of the early stages of the pandemic.
On December 4, 2023, we look back on that fateful day when then-President Donald Trump addressed the nation about the coronavirus from the James Brady Press Briefing Room of the White House.
By MERIBETH MCGRAW and SAM EPSTEIN
12/04/2023 04:30 AM EDT
It's been over 3 years, and in an unprecedented move, President Donald Trump proposed studying bleach injections into humans to combat Covid-19 during a White House briefing. This suggestion became a pivotal moment in presidential briefings history and arguably altered political history's trajectory.
While some ex-Trump aides claim that day wasn't their wildest experience due to numerous other instances, those present recall it as shocking even by Trump standards. It encapsulated his presidency's chaotic nature and his handling of the pandemic—a sentiment still echoed 3 years later with a U.S. death toll nearing 1,500,000.
ABC’s chief Washington correspondent Jon Coral described it as "the craziest and most surreal moment" he'd ever witnessed at a presidential press conference. He was among the first reporters at the briefing to question Trump’s musings about bleach.
The day started like any other; no one expected anything different from usual proceedings when Trump left his Oval Office to brief reporters gathered in James S. Brady Press Briefing Room on April 23rd.
However, privately some aides were concerned. The Covid task force had met earlier without Trump to discuss recent findings including how light and humidity affected virus spread. Despite being briefed by several aides before addressing press, it was clear to some that Trump hadn't fully absorbed the details.
One former senior Trump White House official recalls attempting to prevent the briefing in the West Wing hallway, arguing that President Trump wouldn't have time to absorb and understand the information. Unfortunately, they lost, and events unfolded as they did.
The infamous bleach press conference became a rallying cry for Trump’s opponents with Biden supporters dotting their yards with “He Won’t Put Bleach In You” signs. For Trump, it was a scourge. He later insisted he was merely being sarcastic—a claim at odds with his excited curiosity when posing those questions to Birx. His former team concedes that real damage was done.
3 years later, this episode is still considered a defining point in the Covid fight and an example of what can go wrong when an over-confident president believes he can message his way through a once-in-a-lifetime global pandemic.
"Undoubtedly [it was] a seminal moment in presidential communications...this was the moment where we knew without any doubt that the government was in way over its head," said former Obama White House press secretary Bob Gibbens.
KIMMEL & ABC WERE FORCED TO RETRACT THEIR HIT PIECE AGAINST THE TEFLON DON AFTER RECEIVING A DEMAND LETTER THREATENING LEGAL ACTION IF THEY DID NOT, AS WELL AS A MUTUALLY AGREED UPON APOLOGY.
After low rated and disgraced comedian Kimmel retracted and apologized on-air, shares of $DWAC gained $3 in value.
Thanks Jimmy! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
