No he didn't. The entire document except one phrase was about raising the authorized shares. Read it yourselves, folks: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=74686290.
The only thing authorized by the filing was the following, copied directly from it:
Kept under wraps so it hopefully doesn't happen again. Buy shares or don't, your choice. I've tried the product and I know it will sell when it's in stores. That's why I'm still here holding some shares. Coulda bailed if I wanted. I believe I will be nicely rewarded for weathering the storm, though.
My time will have been well-spent.
Man, I love my signature.
It was not a single email, it was a campaign. A third party feeling the need to interfere with the deal obviously has a short position in the company. Please give me a better explanation than that for the interference.
Private communication, sorry. I can link to admission of meddling with the deal if you like. Just ask.
And yet the first attempt at retail launch (that was announced beforehand and was CONFIRMED by Bristol Farms) was deliberately sabotaged.
Good luck at No Bid. Retail launch is coming, out of the blue. I've got my tickets.
Oh really? Please explain the BOLD claim further.
There's JSJ. Unless there is any evidence whatsoever to the contrary, that's it. The dilution sucks but we're still inb4 Retail Launch. Dangerous game shorting along JSJ selling, CSTI and CDEL. News could come any day, any moment.
As much as I hate being in the dark I absolutely love that any forces hoping to profit by putting NHMD out of business are just as much in the dark.
Are you claiming that all the expenses went into the pockets of insiders? Please provide proof, not just unverified claims on an internet chat board.
Please provide any evidence of that claim.
Would be interesting if dilution is funding production for retail orders. Just sayin'.
The burden of proof is on the one making the claim.
That IS how it works.

He's obviously been gone for quite a while except for the debt on the books. And now even that is gone.
Please provide any evidence of any recent "involvement" other than that.
Is JSJ able to convert? If so, why is there zero volume? Shouldn't they be dumping? What's up with that?
Are you claiming that every single unboxing or product review video in the history of YouTube falls under the category of corporate officials/insiders/promoters?
I am highly dubious of the claim that the SEC agrees.
Anybody not believing him is welcome to buy cans of their own so they can confirm the fact for themselves.
10,000 cans a day? LOL! It's one at a time, by hand. For single can batches of solvent-based paints, not viscous delicious pancake batter by the pallet.
It's never been proven, only claimed.
I keep hearing that over and over yet it is NEVER PROVEN.
If it was such an obvious scam it would be easy to spell out EXPLICITLY what makes it a scam. But that never happens.
Please explain EXACTLY how this is a scam. I want specifics.
That's not how it works.
YouTube/Google know what they're doing with regard to keeping proper statistics on views. They know how to disregard manufactured fake views. That's a totally awesome monkey picture, though! AMAZING! He just keeps clicking that mouse like an absolute BOSS! I love him! :)
I'm absolutely LOVING the shiny new sentiment indicator! It's totally AWESOME and RAD! I hope we get even more amazing features in the future!
:)
This Sentiment indicator seems to be just some made up crap. Obviously it has nothing to do with an actual stock seeing as how even this board has one attached to it. Where does the info come from?
After all the skewed Moderating, you're not doing yourselves a favor in the Legitimacy Department, ihub.
Please provide actual proof of a scam. Just repeating the phrase does not make it true.
Please tell me more about these accumulation lies.

Good for Pillsbury, I wish them all the best. Just as I wish all the best to all the folk that make pancakes from scratch, as I did when I was a kid. I made them enough that I didn't even have to open my Mom's Betty Crocker Cookbook, I knew the recipe by heart.
I wish I had the time these days.
It's convenient as heck, you just push the nozzle to the side and out it comes.
Some people are willing to pay for convenience. Like it or not, that's an indisputable fact.
A higher price for the convenience it brings does not make something a scam.
Easy Cheese sucks, is expensive for what you get, and yet sells millions worth every year.
Do you have a better explanation for why there is such resistance to a pancake in a can company trying to get off the ground?
It's pancakes in a can. Buy it or don't, who cares what you put into your shopping cart.
Yet someone, somewhere, out there, is quite set on doing their best to make sure the product doesn't get onto shelves.
I'd like a better explanation than big short positions taken when notes previously converted but I haven't come up with one yet.

Well, there's the plural form right there, "more than one".
And that's just the publicly admitted attempts.
Okay, I want to get this absolutely crystal clear. Are you claiming that there was absolutely no outside interference with the Bristol Farms deal and it was all just a Wade fabrication?
A "third party" felt the need to interfere with the Bristol Farms deal. That's not a delusion.
The deal would have eventually imploded on its own if NHMD was actually a scam, right? Eventually it would get caught, no?
Yet there was a deliberate attempt to derail the retail rollout and stop the company from climbing that rung up the ladder.
I cannot think of another explanation for that scenario other than a party with a large short position trying to put the company out of business so they never have to buy cover.
I am open to other explanations. Try me.
Another cool thing to Google is naked shorting and trying to drive a company out of business so the shorters never have to buy cover.
Odd that a third party sabotaged the Bristol Farms rollout. Why would anybody try to thwart the American Dream? A cool product that many consumers might want to enjoy. Yet it seems somebody, somewhere, has a vested interest in the company not getting off its feet.
I asked for proof of a scam. I have yet to receive it. The claim is repeated over and over yet never has any proof accompanying it. That's weird. Notably so.
I asked for proof of a scam. Yet I always get the runaround and never get a straight answer with any actual proof.
Repeating the scam phrase over and over does not make it true. I'll hang onto my shares, thanks.
Changes of plan do not make something a scam.
Please provide actual proof of a scam.
Still no proof of a scam, just the same tired regurgitated stuff.
Is Nate jet-setting the French Riviera on the shareholder's dime? Maybe then we can start talking scam. Until then it's a startup that has had a rocky road.
Good luck with the scam claims when we're in stores.
I asked for proof of a scam. I have yet to receive it.
Do you have any proof of your accusation?
What did that building have to do with NHMD? That was 1PM's business, that's why it was in 1PM's filings.
