Dude don't you already have like 5 million. I imagine at some point it's gonna be difficult to unload all.
Probably nothing after digging a little deeper. I just came across it just before I had to leave for work and just thought it was ironic that this scam had the same affiliate as NHMD. It doesn't appear that Trapon purchased any of the $15 million they promised to OXFC.
SEC freezes assets in penny stock sports scam. Google it! An LLC a few months back agreed to purchase up to $15 million in OXFC stock. The company is Tarpon Bay Partners LLC, the same company that has agreed to purchase up to $5 million in NHMD. I don't know what this means just yet because I just discovered it. Hopefully nothing negative will come of it for Nate. I don't know if the Tarpon is involved but one has to follow the money to think it might. Again I'm not making any assumptions. I encourage you guys to look into it.
LOL!!....Just keeping it real with the false claims Fink! "ABCO has done nothing". BS!!! Nate would be nowhere without ABCO! Perhaps you should proof read before you post such an absurd comment. That statement is just as false and misleading as basher claims. BTW... ABCO's pres is on the board of directors. I believe I'm in the right thread. Thanks
Major customers I am unaware of.
I'm sure they have quite a few competitors that can do the same. Who are they? I don't know. This new co-packer that Nate has is more suitable than the last by far. Nate has his own area to produce his product. Batter Blaster had to schedule their production around other clients who shared the production facility. Nate no longer has to worry about a scheduling conflict. ABCO has been around for decades too. That speaks volumes.
ABCO has done EVERYTHING! After all it's their facility, not Nate's. Get it?
Nate PR'd an International phase 4 completion date that would be finished by ABCO 6 months after phase 3. I don't recall reading about this certification prior. To suggest that ABCO has done nothing you make it sound as if Nate is in someway the larger player here. Nate would be dead if it weren't for ABCO! ABCO then Nate. Nate is a small fish compared to ABCO.
Thanks
I wonder why ABCO hasn't had that certification already? Haven't they been around for 40 years? Or is that 8k only addressing the space Nate will be operating? I'll have to read it again
Wade mentioned on several occasions to shareholders that he wasn't selling until this reached a share price that would be quite substantially higher than the current price. If NHMD is about to explode in PPS and have the same success as Batter Blaster, why in the world would he sell a single share at these levels?
Also from reading the 8K's about a "third party", which most likely involves Wade, I don't read that it states that a partner ship is completely dead and they both went their separate ways. After all, isn't Wade selling THC pancake batter in a can?
What do you think? Thanks
I can't necessarily disagree with your comment. I'm not so sure that a purchase order would make this rocket to the moon. Interest has definitely faded. How many more notes close to being due? There's no clear answer to that. I like the product a lot and comparing it to many other over priced crap in super markets I believe it has a good chance for success. It's another question if big box stores are willing to take a shot at it. We need some great news from Nate in the next 4 weeks IMO.
I thought these convertibles were done? Looks to be plenty more from the last two days. Will Nate release another 8k detailing the amount like last time? I wonder
I'm back!! I was released from jail. Haven't lost faith and I've been reading the posts on a daily basis. I have a lot on my mind, but I'll keep it simple with just this reply.
I believe Nate has some wiggle room with retail price. I've tried the product and the competition's and it's Nate's by a landslide! I live in Northeastern Ohio and noticed while working at a Giant Eagle store that similar products were selling surprisingly high. An 8 oz. can of Easy Cheese goes for $4.50 and a 12 oz. Shake and Pour pancake bottle goes for $3.79, capable of making 24 four inch pancakes. Thin pancakes I bet...lol.
These are inferior products IMO. Nate's would easily sell for $7.99 a can here in Ohio while keeping customers coming back for more. JMO
TOAST!!!!!!!!!!! EPIC FAILURE W/ HANG W/!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hub sucks!
You're correct in saying that grocery placement is what will create the revenue, but let's not forget what a kiosk and branded store will do and that's initiating brand awareness. And it's at the expense of 1PM and not NHMD.
What the heck is wrong with ihub?
Don't you know already? They have a de-biggalizer. They shrink the product to the size of golf ball and then use the re-biggalizer to bring the product back to its original size.
Who here likes big southern flap jacks?
Looks like Nate is trying to stop the bleeding. I'm glad. They just need to deliver on time with their plan and the share price will work its way up. I like the branded store idea more and more as I read of Sprinkles Cupcakes success. Nate is much more experienced in this area now then Candace Neilson was when she first launched. I'm looking forward to kiosks, printed Ads and commercials, but I'm hoping more for the 3 branded store locations to open before the end of the year. I think Jeremy has done a fine job with the printed ads. I can't wait to see the store design. It should draw lots of attention.
It is a very tasty product but I wonder why it's so expensive? Could it be because it's gluten free? And why is Nate only receiving 10 percent for every can sold? Where does the remaining 90 percent go? What percentage is Wade and ABCO receiving? Any thoughts?
What probably happened there is that big box meetings didn't go as well as planned. One food broker was fired. Big box wasn't leaving much profit for Nate I'd be willing to bet and proof of concept needed to be established before big box was willing to give Nate a better profit margin. So this whole idea of kiosks and stores was created to give this product the exposure it needs to go back and renegotiate with big box and show that the product has been proven and marketed to a wide variety of customers who will be buying again. This only helps everyone involved. Including shareholders.
I have a few questions about the electronic food kiosk that opens in July. What will it look like? Will someone be demoing the product and will it be Nate? Or will they hire and train someone? Will it be sold over the counter by an individual or be like an ATM/ vending machine? Thanks
Investor229 when do you plan on giving your synopsis to yesterdays SHM? I listened in but didn't catch it all. It sounded as if the delay was mainly due to the move and the need for more product awareness before grocery placement so Nate can have more bargaining power.
Is QVC happening?
When will phase 3 be finished or Nate's be ready for grocery stores?
When is the earliest we can see commercials/printed ads/social media etc?
Will branded stores be opening around the US before grocery placement and when can we expect the first 1300 sq. ft. store opening with waffle bar?
What type of sales $$$ can we expect from these kiosk's and stores?
Nate's will continue to sell for $9.99 a can. Nate will make $1 for every can sold to 1PM. Who are he other players making money here and what is the percentage break down per can?
Did they scrap the shelf stable can idea?
Did Nate speak about any broker meeting details with grocery stores and their concerns/requirements/estimated break down per can sold?
Still holding all my shares. Thanks.
News out and another sell off. These penny plays have no hope!
Billytbone is 100% correct! They need to proof read their 8K's and PR's. They're misspelling words and leaving out important details like the time. LOL. Heck, I even read over my posts before submitting them! Why can't they do the same? One person here thought the SHM would be held at 1PM Pacific time or 4PM EST despite it being in NYC. Their attention to detail is crap! And what's going on with this $400,000 rotary piston equipment that was supposedly purchased and installed? No invoice for it. Only a pre-owned one for $75,000. So, which is it??? This company is not sticking to what they originally planned. From the equipment purchase to expected high demand for the last online sale to selling the cans first out of a glorified vending machine instead of Costco. They're starting to bury themselves. I thought they had this all figured out after discontinuing Batter Blaster? I sure hope I here something good that is verifiable and trustworthy or I might be selling tomorrow.
Is Nate's ready to meet the high demand yet? They made an error in my estimation declaring "high demand" expectation without having social media sites in place. I cannot understand why or how the heck these business guys could over look such an obvious first step. If a social media blitz was in place perhaps the whole kiosk idea wouldn't be necessary. Do they really expect to drive more sales with ONE kiosk as opposed to online sales through a social media campaign?
So there's no profit to be made at all in grocery stores? Then why even go to stores if no money can be made? If the profits are that low, than this product will fail 100%. Doesn't make any sense. And what ever happened to Wade financing the first purchase order?
Where was the high demand for Nate's this time around? They stated that the product would be shipped late due to "expected high demand". 408 cans sold in 3 weeks doesn't justify shipping the product late IMO.
Now, without ads or commercials and ONLY investor enthusiasm, I suppose this go around was somewhat successful. What's Trending on the Elvis radio show had little effect as well IMO. I'm happy that Joe and Nate released accurate sales numbers and not disingenuous ones like last time they declared that 10,000 cans sold in 20 minutes (I'm probably the only long position that would publically admit that).Everyone then was lead to believe that this product would easily sell. Now the picture is getting clearer and investors get a better idea of what it will take to make this successful and that is TIME! This product has some definite hurdles to get through. It's not a slam dunk to consumers yet and the pps remains at current levels until big sales numbers are released or a big box/grocer deal is struck.
Just calling it the way I see it folks. I'm still holding 275,000 strong, but this stock is starting to remind me a lot like MEDL (tech company), which I've held for over 2 years. It would take too long to go through the similarities.
My one post for the day
I have a feeling that Nate was told that they needed proof of concept for big box stores before a deal could be struck. Even though batter blaster had success, a few years have passed since and Costco is making sure this is a product that can still sell.
Does anyone know if they have done anything with Facebook and Twitter? If online sales are live and permanent , you'd think they have their social media in place.
Why was Joe Wade disbarred? That isn't too encouraging. I said 2 months ago that I'd probably sell my shares if a grocer deal hadn't been announced. Well, 2 months later and still nothing... what gives? I really hope those that attend the SHM don't throw Nate and Wade softball questions to hit out of the park.
WE NEED SPECIFIC DETAILS EXPLAINING WHY NO DEALS YET AND WHEN WE CAN EXPECT TO SEE NATES IN STORES! THE NEW EQUIPMENT AT ABSCO SHOULD BE ABLE TO PRODUCE AT FULL CAPACITY IN A FEW SHORT WEEKS. NO MORE BS'ING AROUND NATE AND JOE! EVERYONE HERE WAS EXPECTING TO SEE THIS IN STORES BY NOW. IT NOW APPEARS THAT IT'S STILL A FEW MONTHS AWAY AT LEAST. THIS IS JUST TURNING OUT TO SMELL LIKE JUST ANOTHER TYPICAL PUMP AND DUMP! WE NEED PROOF AND ACTION!
QUESTION: 1PM plans on opening up shop in 8 locations around the US. How does that correlate to higher profit margins for NHMD? 1PM buys the product from Nate at a discounted rate and then sells to customers. 1PM would be collecting the high profit margin sales IMO. 1PM is retailing the product! The only thing Nate gets out of it is product awareness. And the whole idea of modeling it after Sprinkles is just absurd IMO. I can understand people walking into a bakery (cupcake shop) and ordering product, but pancakes in a can? LOL! Ok maybe brownies... Still sounds absurd! Why not just go to IHOP or THE WAFFLE HOUSE.
And this stupid China thing a ma jig has me going nuts! It all went from big box stores in the US and around the world to 3 million cans to China with HUGE REVENUE models! June 7th it's currently limited online sales to 90% shareholders, No ads or commercials, No store deals yet, and what sounds like a complete transition of plans to open up their own locations because the big box deals have failed. Is there a single long position that doesn't see the concern? Who ever attends this SHM... DO NOT HOLD BACK ON THESE QUESTIONS! GET SPECIFIC DETAILS!
My one post for the day
Just wondering if anyone who ordered cans is having problems with the batter coming out. I ordered 4 and 3 were slow to release batter. Really had to keep pushing the nozzle down and be patient. All nozzles were clean too. Not a big deal but just curious.
Here's my one post for the day. Flare9x is on spot!!!
Got my cans and syrup. Wasn't too impressed about the packaging. My cans were warm and left in the sun. Perhaps I should of specified to leave at the back door. Nonetheless, I have four cans and two syrups. Gave it a go yesterday and I have to say WOW!!! this is some good shit!!!. Made some for my mom and she said they were excellent. Nate's needs to be in store now! This will sell easily.
How about batter that you can eat and fix a flat tire with? Campers would love it. Or how bout a fire retardant batter? Eat it or put out a fire with it. Fire extinguishers are too damn expensive anyway. I'm on to something
Was just reading an article about how Hormel wanted to expand a healthier variety of meats to customers through the purchase of Applegate Farms LLC. The buyout was $775 million. Applegate has quite a large amount of different food products. Probably around 40 or so. I like the approach Nate is taking with his gluten products. I don't believe this is just a fad. Everyone is altering current versions of food products that are more healthy. Including Taco Bell just today... Lol. Nate is going for the big buyout IMO. General Mills knows Nate. A deal in the future is coming!
Just wondering then how long does anyone think they need to sell online before going retail? 3-4 months?
I'm hoping they get ads rolling next week or the week after. All the kinks should be worked out by then. Word about QVC before the shareholder meeting would be awesome too. I don't know if the pps can continue on an upward trend unless we here news.
Teaser Advertisements: More to come soom! A minor typo someone might want to fix.
