He's created these wonderful beverages, with, imo, new ones on the way, and he's kept the company alive through some difficult money problems, even with a great deal of negativity surrounding him. Plus he's creating a bright future for Pulse that we can all profit from! LOOK FORWARD!! That's the correct direction to set your gaze! Not backward! You cannot invest in the past! GO FORWARD! WE ALL KNOW THE PAST HERE, ALL TOO WELL! Repetition is boring!! Please spare us. Shan Stratton is no "slacky"! Neither are other entities involved. WE DO NOT NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON THE WELL KNOWN PAST!!!
By the way, Taco....thanks for the translation!! Very, very informative! A great Idea!
Great news Taco! Go pulse!
I repeat an appendix, Appendix B, from one of my 41 letters to Beverage company executives. It's a reminder of the extremely broad and extremely huge Chinese market for Pulse Cabana. Better4U is now handling that distribution. This is happening!
This is from my letter to Starbuck's CEO Shultz. I sent it to his residence as well as his office. This letter was dated May 2017.
A distribution process is starting in Guangdong Province which has a Tropical/sub-tropical climate similar to Florida in the USA, but with a population of 109M which is more than 5 times Florida's population of 21M! Rosa 2 years ago started in Northern provinces around the capital of Beijing. At the time of this letter, Yates was still in control. Distribution is now under the control of Better4U and other entities that I won't mention here. Remember introduction of Cabana to China is now starting in the tropical areas of Guangdong/Hainan(a tropical island) and Taiwan. This area includes the entertainment area of Macau and the mega financial center of Hong Kong!
"APPENDIX B
My China Analysis relative to PULSE Beverages
CHINA ANALYSIS:
China/Rosa Trading Company
I think there is hope in the China markets for PULSE drinks. In August 2015 Pulse Beverage Corporation announced an order for Cabana products, 1500 cases (small but a start) by the “Nantong King” Food Co, a member of the Beijing Rosa International Trading Company which is based 50 miles north of Shanghai, the largest port city in China.
Rosa’s mode of operation includes transport of goods from the country of origin (in this case the USA) to Chinese markets. Also Rosa sometimes invests in the companies whose products they are transporting.
Rosa’s facility locations in China include the Beijing/Tianjin metro area and the surrounding 2 Provinces of Liaoning and Hebei. This Beijing metro area alone has a population of approximately 127.5 million. Additional Rosa facilities are located south of Beijing and from north to south are the Provinces of Shandong and Jiangsu, the port city of Shanghai, and the sub-tropical Province of Fujian.
It turns out that these locations are all on the east coast of China. If a few other east coast provinces that are interspersed among the aforementioned provinces are included in the prospective Pulse market areas, then the entire east coast of China is covered. These provinces include Anhui, Zhejiang, the sub-tropical/tropical province of Guangdong (which includes the cities of Hong Kong and Macau) and the tropical island province of Hainan. The combined population of this potential market area is 574.1 million. OVER ½ BILLION!
This east coast of China can be easily compared to the east coast of the USA with respect to length and climate.
Beijing in the north to the tropical island Province of Hainan in the south is a distance of 1804 miles. Additionally, a very high-speed bullet train covers 1428 miles of these 1804 miles, from Beijing to the Guangdong Province capital city of Guangzhou. In comparison, Bar Harbor Maine to Miami FL is 1769 miles.
The climates of both coasts can be compared. From the Liaoning/Beijing climate comparison with the New England/New York climate, to the Guangdong/Hainan climate comparison to Miami and southern Florida’s climate, the two coasts are very similar, except for one thing…..population.
The tropical/sub-tropical population of the China east coast is approximately 207.1 million. This is a little less than 2/3’s of the entire US population. If we add persons living in warm humid
APPENDIX B (cont.)
My China Analysis relative to PULSE Beverages
temperate climate zones this number jumps to 446.6 million. That’s 446.6 million people living in either a Tropical/sub-tropical or warm humid temperate climate zone! That’s a lot of persons needing rehydration with a new novel drink from America and that’s 35% more than the entire US population. This is particularly interesting if the use of air conditioning is low in China, which may be true.
PRICE POINT?
Picking a price-point for Cabana in China could be a challenge particularly with a falling Chinese Juan. Rosa’s president said the wealthy will be interested in Cabana. I looked at a comparison of income distribution in China and was very surprised! Both countries have almost identical income distribution percentages.
Income share held by the highest 10%:
China 28% USA 27%
Income share held by the highest 20%:
China 43% USA 45%
Income share held by the lowest 20%:
China 4.9% USA 4.9%
Maybe the price point is not that critical on the Chinese east coast. A majority of the wealthy in China live on the east coast so maybe an ample portion of the population can afford Cabana?
Thank you for your attention to my China analysis,"
No, it's secret! I don't care what you say in response. Say whatever you want. It means nothing to me. Go Pulse! I know what I know and I keep it to myself. Do your DD on your own! I'd like to know about NEOM? Will you tell us? I guess not. That's your secret!
Guangdong Province is playing a key roll in the success of Cabana. It has a climate simular to Florida and a population of approx. 109 million!
Guangdong's GDP in 2017 reached 1.42 trillion US dollars (CNY 8.99 trillion), making its economy roughly the same size as Mexico. Since 1989, Guangdong has had the highest GDP among all provinces of Mainland China. The province contributes approximately 12% of the PRC's national economic output, and is home to the production facilities and offices of a wide-ranging set of Chinese and foreign corporations.
Taiwan controls a small portion of the original Guangdong Province.
How many BKs declared?
How many BKs declared?
VI repeat!
The VI's have not gone! They're back! Their great fear that Pulse products are becoming successful is a great endorsement for the products! They see the writing on the Great Wall of China in Chinese characters. It says: GO PULSE! The Best Beverages in China and a great plus....they're BETTER4U!!
The Products!
Wow Taco!! Yesterday I did the calculations for both the Chinese Yuan and the Taiwanese dollar. I looked at both amounts, said to myself, it must be the lower amount! it can't possibly be the Yuan at $3.6B to $7.2B US Dollars....I was wrong!! WOW!!!! Thanks Taco!! Weeeeeeeeeee!, Weeeeeeeee!, Weeeeeee! all the way to the bank!!!! You're Great!!!
Is that Taiwanese dollars? If it is, it converts to a pool of $812M to $1.6B US Dollars.
You got that right! The products are premium!
Thanks Taco! That's great! ......And you are great!
I guess they had a craving for a piece of penny candy? lol
No need for the phone! ????
Only "now" exists. The past does not exist. It's gone and will never return. Don't dwell on it.
The table is set for an abundant future. My "pulse" is racing for PULSE....with good reason (classified) !!!
Keep the faith....Faith in the future! IMO
Jack, Like NNK says, Does it matter now? I think you've been burnt before and can't get over it? I really think this POS is changing into a POG! Piece of Gold! But like I said and you said, I'm a dreamer! NEOM?
Dreamer me, & proud of it!
Talking about the past is just that....talk about the past. I truly believe this company is turning around. They are not yet dead! No BK! That's my own opinion. Companies, unlike humans have the ability to come back to life. I believe this company is on the verge of doing that. They have great products and some new management personnel in Better4U. Better4U has recognized the quality of these products.
Coca Cola took upwards of 20 years to reach true success and they had very little competition. Pulse has a lot of competition but they are not BK. They have started in new markets with Better4U as their partner. Success does not come with a negative attitude but begins with a positive attitude and a dream. Coke began with a dreamer, going to the moon began with a whole nation's dream and ended in a great human accomplishment for the world. I'm proud to be a dreamer! Yates began Pulse with a dream. His dream is not dead. Constant negativity is a sign of lost dreams. I'm proud to be called a dreamer. I'll never give up dreaming even if it's about the smallest of things. I'm an engineer and an inventor at heart. It looks like Yates does not give up either!
Thanks Taco! I thought it was and I'm glad you thought so too. I think the combination is a very healthy alternative to other drinks. No added sugar except the natural sugars in the Cabana.
Sorry for the previous blank message! I don' know how to delete an entire message, just the content.
Fanatical BS Like BK in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018?
No, what is a "Chatter Financial"? Not a chatterer. Comprehendo? I already know what you comprehend is a chatterer!
What's a "chatter financial"? Please explain? Never heard of that term before.
Thanks Taco. Thanks for that "info"!
You're spot on! China's moving it!
Sounds good GTW! Very Healthy. Go Cabana!
Yesterday I had cold black brewed coffee mixed with chilled Cabana Coconut Water. (about 1 to 1 ratio, or to your preference) Deeeeelicious and a very successful experiment. Combines the many, many health benefits of Cabana CW with the benefits of coffee. Plus it provides the needed morning caffeine kick.

Even More Reasons to Drink Coffee…
New research concerning coffee and health is being conducted all the time. Here are some more of the latest studies.

Yet another study published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that coffee drinkers were at less risk of dying prematurely from diseases like diabetes, heart disease and forms of cancer. Study link. Another study from Japan found that men who drink at least 3 cups of coffee per day have a 24% less risk of dying early from disease. Yet another study from Harvard also confirmed that those who drink 1-5 cups of coffee a day avoid diseases linked to premature death. The study. A Japanese-based study also found similar results when it comes to coffee and longevity. The study. Two more 2017 research studies have confirmed what earlier studies have found. Those that drink coffee live longer than those who don’t. The American study is found here and the European-based study is found here.
4. Prevents Retinal Damage. A Cornell University Study showed that coffee may prevent retinal damage due to oxidative stress. Caffeine isn’t the culprit here, but chlorogenic acid (CLA), which is one of the strong antioxidants found in the coffee bean. link

7. Coffee may protect against melanoma. A study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute found that melanoma risk decreases with coffee consumption and that this risk decreases with each cup consumed. Study link.
8. The USDA’s new 2015 dietary guidelines recommend it for better health. They advise people that having 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day is good for their overall health and reduces the risk of disease. However, they report that adding sugar, cream, or flavored creamers quickly negates the potential benefits. The complete report here.(pdf)
9. Reduced heart attack mortality risk. Researchers found that those who drink two or more cups of coffee daily after having a heart attack have the least risk of dying from the heart attack. The study.

Coffee consumption also enhanced participation in workplace group activities.
Coffee’s Health Promoting Antioxidants
Coffee Berries
Coffee’s health promoting properties are likely due to the antioxidants naturally occurring in the coffee bean.
• A typical serving of coffee contains more antioxidants than typical servings of grape juice, blueberries, raspberries, and oranges.
• Antioxidants in coffee may dampen inflammation, reducing the risk of disorders related to it, like cardiovascular disease.
• A study from Monash University even further demonstrated the antioxidant capacities of brewed coffee.
Just drink decaf then?
While there are still some health benefits to drinking decaf coffee, most of the above studies showed that caffeinated coffee had the greatest benefits.
Good Morning Jane! Have a great day! Go PULSE!!!!!
Can't wait to see the reactions when this takes off! All the wasted endless negativity! That will be a pity for some and a celebration for all the rest. Pulse will prevail & will soar!
Yes,Taco, sometimes it takes 8years+ to make a successful go of a new beverage. Stick around Jack and be "re-born"! It may be worth it?
I agree with you! I suggest you should write it off? Plus, if you want, write off this posting board at the same time, that's only if you want to? (SARC). You will be missed!
Yes Jane, Pulse is prevailing!
Thankyou. And thankyou Taco for that valuable info!
Stagnation over soon! Change is happening. Stock price stagnation will end quickly & not with BK! IMHO
Taco,.....YES!!
Phenomenal is the word!!!
Wow! the excitment of Cabana is causing sleepessness!!!
My patience is by no means an excuse. It's what I believe. This company is definitely changing! Better4U is moving Pulse forward internationally and domestically. There was no BK here, not in 2015, 2016, nor 2017, as some here have endlessly and monotonously stated, nor, IMO, will there be BK in 2018. In addition, I hope there will be new & exciting products in the near future? Yates is a genius at formulations. His current ones are excellent! Nobody disputes that. He has more time to devote to that endeavor.
Healthful beverages is the word of both PULSE & Better4U! It's a perfect match of a health conscience food company with a health conscious beverage company! Their products can be marketed and sold together with a mutual supporting and multiplying effect. Exciting!!! Patience here! Pulse has found its place!
I added something to my previous message:
Pulse beverages are so superior I'm willing to be patient.
Patience is definitely a virtue and reflects an intelligent thoughtful mind. When patience runs out, it can lead to foolish mistakes. I've had 6+ years of patience here and it's about to pay off " big time " IMO. If it does not, I won't spend endless time complaining about it & blaming others. Investing is a gamble and I have my "big boy" pants on. Call me foolish if you want I don't care.
When you visit a doctor(MD) and walk into his filled-up waiting room you suddenly realize why you're called a "patient" who must have patience. When you finally reach the doctor sometimes unfortunately you become dissatisfied and realize why it's called his "practice"! We all practice investing and are not always satisfied. Such is life!
Make your own decision on Pulse! This is just me.
Patience is definitely a virtue and reflects an intelligent thoughtful mind. When patience runs out, it can lead to foolish mistakes. I've had 6+ years of patience here and it's about to pay off " big time " IMO.
It's bigger than WOW! Cocktails? Wow!!Thanks Taco!
