I buy for the l-term. No charting for me although I will put bids at the support. As far as news another dispensary or two announce would surprise. Management is top notch and believe new highs coming soon as I believe we will decouple feom the pack. Of course imo.
Yes the 11th.
Now that truly sounds penny ante to me. Buy the bid and make a whole $30 minus commissions plus taxes sound like a profitable trade. Sheesh Doc never thought of this and to think I could make $20 a day. Wow just plain genius.
I agree. Have not sold a share and add when I can.
Assuming you are moving on from your posts. Gl
Have you any interest getting back in or just going to remind us what a greedy crappy management team we have here?
Very interested in your thoughts as the interest rates etc. is the same as last year and the NM announced in Jan
We certainly are ahead of the pack. Now just need congress to move.
Gave you a follow as your DD has been spot with N.M. I to believe that their could be something quite plausible.
Debt service was something I was concerned with quite some time ago and stated so. However, management's recent results has proven without a shadow of doubt with challenging times that this issue is a mute point as not only have they survived they are thriving.
I believe the synergies in Co. and N.M from the economies of scale will be a given as we move forward. Thx. for you and a few others for all you add to keep investors like myself with all the info.
Good news. No dilution and the revenues look to be growing nicely. No flipping here as our time will come .
I thought total debt was around $160 Mil give or take. Alot less if shares are converted. It appears he used the fully diluted shares including preferred in his market cap and then while adding $100 Mil in the N.M. ro the debt. As I believe the convertibles are in the debt and thus only 54Mil o/s. Once converted debt is less. Is this your understanding?
PS I don't believe AB is intentionally giving them a bad rap just not to keen on tier 2 & 3. Of course imo
Maybe he is going to do both. With prices coming down so much maybe he has the confidence to show his hand. After all he has a management team from Albertson's that is more than capable. Gt
This will spark some interest. These numbers are amazing for threcent Q and continue to get improve. Hopefully all 6 new dispensaries in N.M. by year end. 100 dispensaries in Co. will add significantly to the bottom line as margins are projected to increase.
For me I've been adding albeit in small amounts. Looking forward with what this management has deliver and continues their is no way we do not become a buyout or substantially a much higher price in the next couple years.
Any thoughts on the next state? IMO, it will be a border state with possibly Arizona. Proving they cn make money while others are losing should bring ample opportunity.
I truly do not expect new acquisitions to be announced until a high pps as obviously Dye is not going to get diluted to 9blivion with stock and cash under a buck.
As far as my question regarding interest the $32Mil seemed high with $169Mil in total liabilities. In no way was that meant to bash as management has more than proven its competency to me. Thx. for everything you guys have contributed.
How are we coming up with $32 Mil. In interest? For all the notes outstanding we would need $200Mil debt at 15% and that is just not the case. Was that a typo? Seems very excessive from the notes and interest rates stated.Thx
I am thrilled to hear this. Last q was a game changer. The ANALYST has less revenue forecast than Q2. With sales plummeting in CO. the last year was eye popping. Any 8ndication of or idea about which state Dye could be referring to?
Thanks for sharing.
As we all know that NM is adding 4 dispensaries. I wonder why this has not been pr-ed. Any ideas?
Stay focused on operating results.
This big gain in pps will show a loss next q because of deriviates. However they are only an accounting function. The fact is they made $9 mil operationally and that is what smart money is looking at. For me I pay no attention to the losses or gains from the derivaties.. With that said we have a whale by the tail. GLTA.
Great news. Synergistic! Just recent legal here gives more bang for the buck. Hopefully cherry pick in Co.wiithin the perimeters and playbook laid out by Dye &Company.
Absolutely.
Maybe but this is all about growing revenue and with the current decrease in sales in Co. you can't help but notice Dye is taking market share there.
Impressive revenues. With a real chance at Safe Banking. Remember to add in the interest expense guys/gals. A little deceiving but this was all about revenues as this alone tells me this is a monster in the making!
Unless something very bad with earnings meaning a huge loss which I do not see the bottoms should be in. Of course IMO which isn't worth much. GLTA
Agree. Usually a good sign. Plus Dye keeps saying "one of the leading profitable cannibus companies blah blah" in the last podcasts is telling.
Seems to be the place where the growth potential is greatest at this time.
Be nice to have a profitable q
I've given .one which was break-even but now I believe .01-.02 is possible operationally.
Definitely not good news going into earnings. Biggest issue imo is the black market.
Looking for a hard bounce from here. Possibly $1.4-$1 5 in the next couple of weeks. Let's see how that pans out.
I complained on this board about the high interest and dilution and that was one of the questions answered on the last podcast. Not 100% sure but now it does make sense.
Nope only post here. As far as other bloated multi-billion share companies have no interest at all.. I'm an investor and not a flipper or a PnD scum bag either.
You are correct about the 138 mil o/a my concern was the debt shares bringing the total to 177 mil. While this is not terrible management has remained cognizant as just the mention of this is imperative for bringing in new investors.
Like you and Doc I am much older than most here. Some comments I make are merely to bring in discussion. With that I have the utmost confidence in management. Share count and the cost of business was asked and very comforting to this shareholder as his eyes are focused on the price
Also congrats on your call about being below a buck middle of July. Excellent crystal ball. Jan 1, 2023?
GLTY
Just listened to the presentation. Dye has a way of giving off warm positive feelings. He certainly reassures the sky isnt falling..
He did talk about solution and the cost of interest which I am grateful for and the fact that he does read this board. IPSresonce to my complaining about dilution D or Nancy did confirm the 138 mil o/a with 177 when the debt part is added in.
Sounds like a few small oncies or twocies as far as acquisitions going forward . Overall, a good call on where we are and what to expect
So there is a storm and not all rosey. My thoughts also as I have said numerous times. However, pps may go lower but a fantastic buy imo.
It would be nice to see insider buys with hard earned cash for a real change. Funny how management has been quiet with fresh new lows almost daily. Other Mso's have maintained their lows yet we keep hollering its everyone. We need some assurance all this high interest costs are not going to put us in bankruptcy or ratchet up the dilution machine.
No surprise. With sales down 11 months in a row in Co. and sales totally flat since April in N M
If derivatives are a non cash charge as stated in q1 financials how can the gains help?
Q1 had how much in interest costs? These were extensive and need explanation. You're getting off the topic which clearly does not add or subtract to the company.
You never did. I'm just saying blowout earnings is misleading. There is no material change from q/q as the value of the derivatives changes based on the share price and will add or subtract but no direct reflection of earnings.
Hope so but derivatives is not operational
I believe Doc is not totally correct with the pinned headline Blowout earnings. Revenues yes. My hope is for break even. The reasoning being N.M. is a very positive however after the 3rd month since going rec the sales appear to have already peaked hopefully temporarily. Plus there has been additional dispensaries added. My thought was similar to others that Texas would have helped but so far the increase in sales have not materialized
Next you have Co. in which sales have decreased for 11 months albeit they appear to have bottomed. Then you have the Starbuds doing a revamp which started last Q which will hurt margins s-term but should greatly benefit sales down the road as someone stated.
While I believe anyone looking forward at least 12 months this is a fantastic opportunity. My belief and hope being operationally we do make money this Q. but believe break even is a realistic expectation.
We have had some speed bumps and more will come. However, with that said I will be adding substantially over the next few weeks. Make no mistake things will get better as I believe big things are happening behind the scenes.
Regardless if a bear trap these are tremendous time to average down. I still believe this qtr that just ended will not be as great as Doc expects until Co. sales stop the downtrend. Mexico should help
Bought a few today at the open for grand kids at $1 07 this morning. Anyone else been adding or still waiting for sub dollar
Almost 50k for sale at $1.10 somebody wants out.
