I received an e-mail from Bob Reynolds today in response to the question of an expected date for the audited filings and further company updates. His response was "At this time the company has not confirmed any firm date on the financial filings that could be released to the investment community"."The company will inform the investment community as soon as they are filed" He added "Once the filing has been completed the company will further address the website and other PR items will be updated accordingly". This response appears to confirm another board member here who stated no updates before the filings. I don't know why that would be but the action of the BOD not releasing anything or saying anything publicly fits their operating style with regards to the release of information related to the company. We have to remember that this is the 2.0 restart version of FLPC and I believe they have been and continue to be very careful with only releasing what is fully ready and what can be supported once released. I also believe and it's just a hunch that they are very close but will not hint at anything until the moment they are ready to release it. Bob is very receptive to communicating with shareholders and I would encourage anyone who has questions to contact him directly.
My guess is whatever we learn it will come from a board member digging up the information and sharing it here.
We as shareholders have been in the dark for a very long time and it would appear it continues. We should have been officially notified of the de-listing of BRWC and becoming shareholders in the now private Boreal Water Collection but we were not. We got some vague note from Francine of that with almost no explanation of what we own shares in and what if anything that position was worth. Now we have all this court action taking place and still as shareholders hear nothing, everything we have heard, has been through the work of board members here finding out what they can. Francine's behavior continues to be disgraceful when it comes to the shareholders of Boreal Water.
Yeah I think part of the confusion is that it was suggested by a poster here some time ago that company updates would follow audited updated financials. I don't know where that belief originated from other than the update of 30 May mentioned both but I don't see why that would necessarily be the case. You are right either way we will have to wait on the company's timeline of this summer.
Labradorite I sent an e-mail to Bob yesterday morning asking about the audited financials and have not received a response yet. I know as do you that 1KGW spoke to Bob yesterday and he posted the information he received. I will ask Bob when I speak to him again about the summer updates that are expected if nothing out at that time I'm just waiting to see what the response is to yesterday's e-mail first.
Great observation and suggestion. It would be some justice to see St Ellie fail and with no BRWC cash to pump in it probably will.
Yeah I wonder what he is pumping these days as GOLD? I'm sure Francine is still blaming the shareholders for stressing her out and that is why it all fell apart.
I would love to see us all get a fraction of our investment back in some way but mostly just want a conclusion to the despotic Francine regime of the last 6 years.
Caveat the only reason I mentioned the filing date was because it was noted by one of our board members that through a conversation they had with Bob a general date of two weeks was specified. I am not sure of any specific date other than the general time line of this summer as stated in the company communication of 30 May this year. Having said that I also stated that I would contact Bob myself this week if the filings were not out and only because I think an estimated time should be more closely established since the rumored filing date created an expectation of news for last week or this week.It is obvious you don't take the BOD seriously and of course your entitled to your opinion. I will advise this board if my inquiry is necessary this week and of any information I receive related to the release of the filings.
If we don't see the filings by tomorrow I will ask Bob for a good faith estimate on their expected release. The filings IMO are more important as a compliance issue then as a source of game changing information but it would appear we do need to have them out before this can move higher. Bob reportedly stated that the filings would be out by late last week so if not this week then I believe we need to hear what is holding it up especially if progress updates are being held up by the filings not being out. We are so close to a major breakout here that I think we need a solid date to look for with the filings.
I'm sure the now private investors in Boreal Water have more money in this company than Francine does yet we have no place at the table. The courts are deciding the fate of Boreal and I hope it's a forced sale or something similar that gets rid of Francine altogether.
I would think that if we are left with any shares in a new entity of what was Boreal Water then maybe we could see a little bit of our investment restored. I have gotten over my loss here but will never believe a single word from Francine.
Thanks for the reply I hope whatever happens next Francine is out.
Do you know from your communications with Francine what if any business Boreal has been doing since it went private? Are they still bottling water?
I guess we will see and maybe hear something soon either way. Thanks for your work on following up on the goings on with BRWC.
Obviously I believe that Francine destroyed the shareholders value in BRWC and our investments. I do not expect to get any of my $9,500 investment back but I find it inexcusable that as a shareholder in a then public company and now a shareholder in a private company that I have not been officially notified of anything related to my stake in such. When BRWC went private as Francine stated last year there should have been a notice sent to all shareholders explaining the new company structure and our share valuation in it even if it was $1.00 Did my 5 + million shares become 100 shares at X valuation or did the Share structure remain the same what do any of us know about what we have? Will the courts force Francine or anyone else connected to this company to explain what our situation is beyond the lies that Francine spews out? It is really a shame that in the end I know nothing about my investment in Boreal Water Collection other than the garbage statement that Francine put out last year. At the end of the current litigation will we the shareholder be told anything official or just some summary statement from Francine leaving us in continued ambiguity?
Is anyone obligated to formally notify the shareholders of the disposition of their shares in the now sold private Boreal Water Collection? Am I supposed to wait for Francine to say something and for that matter does she even have a responsibility to say anything at this point if in fact BRWC was sold? To this day I have never been notified in writing that BRWC even went private. The only updates of what is happening have come from other shareholders very strange.
Gtn135 Thanks for your efforts.
Agree very cheap right now.
Well we are all entitled to an opinion. Sounds like it's not for you. guess we won't be hearing from you any longer unless you want cheaper shares.
Only if someone dumps to manipulate to buy even cheaper or news is way late.
This is the point here the valuation is too low to start with. Financials are important and might even lift the Canadian restrictions but isn't the bigger driver here in terms of share price IMO. FLPC went out and said updates this summer and I'm convinced that they already have something new to add to what we know or they would not have said that in late May. Summer to me means by late August although the calendar summer goes into September. I would be surprised if the financials aren't in any day now as one of our board members mentioned that Bob said they should be out in two weeks and I believe that was on July 14. Either way this has room to move up on expectations and the value of the stored Antimony ore.
What's the story with Boreal these days anyway is it in bankruptcy? Is it functioning at any level?
It rather makes one wonder why you are still here. I guess some things will never be known.
I can see the point of some investors who like the stocks potential but who don't want to park thousands of dollars here for months waiting for a bigger move up but I have never taken the quick flip approach with FLPC. There are OTC stocks that fit the quick flip category and while not always many also fit the pump and dump category too. FLPC in my opinion isn't necessarily a stock, if you consider the company goals, one would invest in for the very short term. Even if the SP moves quickly on the awaited updates and financials it is a stock that I will hold a portion of my position for the long term because I believe that the Antimony still in the ground will only become more valuable over time along with it's availability from foreign sources being more and more uncertain. We have a long term winner here IMO.
Just waiting for updates and guidance from the company at this point. In the meantime great entry price for investors who see the potential IMO.
Aside from the high last week of .002 which if I remember was a buy of 600 shares off the ask .0018 is a level of resistance I think is important to break. .0028 for sure but we seem to be hung up around that .0018 level.
Lol. Add to Debbie Downer list.
I know it hasn't passed yet so can't count on it but H.R.1407 is working it's way through Congress and it would provide 5 year interest free loans to companies for the production of strategic and critical materials (and yes Antimony is one of them) through a working capitol fund administered by the DOD's Defense Logistic Agency. This legislation was introduced by Representative Duncan Hunter of California this year to protect the supply of critical materials required for national defense. If it passes it could be a game changer for FLPC as a funding source.
Never could understand that move unless they are waiting on funds to buy larger position and think they can hold it back?
I can tell you it was exciting and the price moved up fast. I actually got the timing right on that move buying in high double zero's and made a nice profit selling most of my position between .04 and .07 Added shares again here in low trips a couple years ago and been holding so may get a repeat.
Very cheap glad to see some getting very good buys.
That's the game they play but they will have to chase it soon. Meantime great buys for the rest.
They know what I know this is going to .005 then to .01
Can't wait to hear some facts from the company so we can ditch the broken record here. Yeah if anybody here hasn't been warned about the risks of the U.S. OTC market and startup companies you can go back and read the previous 1,008 be careful posts or just do your own DD. On the other hand we have an Antimony mine in Nevada that has reserves of ore that FLPC will refine to 50 to 60% Antimony concentrate (public record from FLPC December 2013) and will be the only Antimony producing mine in the United States. Individuals don't spend hundreds of thousands of dollars (no matter who"s money) to get a company moving again toward mining if there wasn't a very good possibility of a big return on investment. Also remember there is currently no possibility of increasing shares to raise funds. The trading today is of existing shares changing hands. 800 tones of ore waiting to be processed now and sold, not sitting in the ground, ready to go now at a processing facility. The price of Antimony has increased significantly since 2013 and the the supply from overseas is becoming increasingly questionable. Read H.R. Bill 1407 (The Metals Act) introduced this year as proof. The company is not throwing out fluff PR's in fact they are saying very little one way or the other because they will only release information that is factual and can be supported. If this all sounds attractive to you then you might consider a position here if not happy trading elsewhere.
Make an offer and I will consider it.
I'm afraid the ship on repetitiveness sailed over 1,000 posts and over 2 years ago. Two words for the rest of us and don't forget them going forward they are PERSONAL AGENDA. My belief is that in a month or less from now there will be so much substantive discussion on the progress and activities with FLPC that the ones yelling about the BOD grabbing shareholders cash will be lost in the real facts and this angle will be merely a footnote of this boards history matey.
The other problem with trips is it attracts too many flippers and it can really hold you back as they jump in and out for a 1 or 2 tick flip.
Makes today's .0012 ask look very cheap.
Misery loves company but don't worry about us we will do just fine at .005 in a week or so.
